Abstract

The Objectives of Community Service Activities Training to Grow the Spirit of Entrepreneurship among Housewives is to provide insight into entrepreneurship so that it becomes an alternative to increase family income and mothers can be more productive using their free time. The method used in the form of training to foster entrepreneurial spirit among housewives and mentoring in the form of consultations about the potential of participants in entrepreneurship and the problems faced. The results obtained from this training activity are: a.) Participants know the importance of entrepreneurship for themselves and their families. b.) Participants are able to identify their potential and know the problems commonly faced in entrepreneurship.Community service activities implemented through this training can benefit a wide audience. Furthermore, it suggests the need for continuity of activities and evaluations after these community service activities are carried out. So that housewives can be more empowered and can contribute in improving family welfare

Abstract

Stunting is one of the biggest problems that occurred in the Sampang regency. The regency was the region with the highest prevalence level of stunting in East Java province in 2018. As a decent society, the students of the Human Resources Development (HRD) Master program of Airlangga University own the responsibility to impact society positively. The HRD Master students coordinate with the Senyum Untuk Desa (SUD) society to conduct the social services in Kampung Tenggher, Banjar Village, Kedungdung District, Sampang Regency. One of the significant programs that hold is nutrition counseling. The nutritionist could educate the young mothers about the importance of breast milk supporting foods to prevent infant stunting by conducting this program. The counseling is also helpful to gather various factors that influence infant stunting from Kampung Tenggher citizens. Then, the profound factors could help to identify the surrounding conditions. After analyzing those findings, the author could formulate the suggestions and the work recommendations to diminish the prevalence level of infant stunting to the Sampang regency government

Abstract

Empowerment is really needed, especially during difficult times like today, namely the Covid-19 pandemic. Empowerment to improve the quality of self and family can be done with the ability to fill business opportunities, especially during this pandemic. one of the business opportunities that can be done is with a cloth mask business/business. This community empowerment activity has the following objectives: 1). Help create skills and comfort in social life through the business/business of cloth mask products. 2) Helping partners through psychological assistance to have self-confidence and have an entrepreneurial spirit. 3). Helping to develop partners to continue to have family income in the midst of covid-19 through the business of cloth mask products by providing tools to process cloth mask products. 4). Assist partners with education on determining the selling price of cloth mask products and marketing through social media. The methods used to achieve this goal are by conducting training in making cloth masks, procuring tools for the production of cloth masks, assisting the psychological realm to form an entrepreneurial mentality that is resilient, creative, and able to see opportunities, and education in determining the selling price of marketing cloth masks through social media

Abstract

Tax is a form of contribution from the people to the state which can be forced and based on the law, is used to finance state expenditures. As tax prayers, we should obey the tax laws and regulation. Such compliance can be done by fulfilling tax obligations. To fulfill the tax obligations, it is done by calculating, paying and reporting the amount of tax payable. The purpose of service activities is to provide knowledge about taxation, especially knowledge about how to calculate income tax article 21 at The Islamic College (STAI) AL Fithrah Surabaya. This activity is intended to assist The Al Fithrah, namely students in calculating the amount of income tax payable article 21. With the calculation of income tax has been in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations, students of The Islamic Collage Al Fithrah Surabaya can report the amount of tax owed correctly

Abstract

The As an embodiment of one of Tridharma University, which is community service, School of Economic of Indonesia (STIESIA) Surabaya assigned both lectures and Students to assist as companion in making portofolio of Kampung Pendidikan – Kampunge Arek Suroboyo or commonly abbreviated as KP-KAS at RW 01 Kelurahan Gubeng, Kecamatan Gubeng Surabaya. This companion aimed to guide, search and collect existed potency of kampung in order to be able to arrange portofolio of KP-KAS which was represented by RT 9 and RT 10 for Pratama category. While programs and mechanism of the category were conssist of Kampung Belajar, Kampung Sehat, Kampung Asuh, Kampung Aman and Kampung Kreatif. More over the result of the companion concluded team of RT 9 and RT 10 RW 01 Kelurahan Gubeng, Kecamatan Gubeng Surabaya had succeeded in exploring their potencial and advantages and successfully compiled the 2019 KP-KAS Portfolio Report which was submitted to Dinas Pengendalian Penduduk, Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak or DP5A on time

Abstract

The purpose of this assistance is to provide understanding, enthusiasm and take advantage of opportunities for entrepreneurship. The driving factor for improving the Indonesian economy is that entrepreneurship through micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) can increase creativity, the ability of the community to channel ideas and creations by utilizing available natural resources. This is because Al Fithrah Islamic High School has a location close to the Assalafi Islamic Boarding School environment. Taking advantage of business opportunities to meet the educational needs of female students starting from Elementary Schools, Junior High Schools, High Schools, Universities, and providing solutions in running businesses, problems arise such as difficulties in business bookkeeping, how to prepare financial reports is considered complicated and pays little attention to business which is carried out ethically, it is necessary that the methods used to provide training are knowledge of business ethics, guidance for recording financial transactions in an orderly manner for trading businesses to the preparation of financial statements in accordance with the application of Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP).

Abstract

Health education is important in hospitals, because health education is an important component of the patient's recovery process and is an integral part of professional nursing practice. Objectives: to increase public knowledge about the importance of hand hygiene, to prevent infection and disease and to disseminate information to Caregiver Professionals (PPA) regarding the latest features in the SIDEK application, namely audio-visual (video) based education. Implementation Methods: Coordination with hospital management regarding adding audio-visual-based health education media features in the SIDEK APPLICATION, adding audio-visual-based health education media features in the SIDEK application, making audio-visual-based health education media, conducting outreach about the addition of audio-based health education media visualization in the SIDEK application, providing health education to patient caregivers about hand hygiene using audio-visual media, distributing hand sanitizers to patient caregivers. Results: there is an increase in public knowledge about hand hygiene and based on the results of interviews with patient caregivers about providing health education 95% chose audio-visual media (video) over leaflet media. Conclusion: There is a new feature added to the SIDEK application at RSUD R Syamsudin SH, namely audio-visual (video)-based health education media. The implementation of health education based on audio-visual media on hand hygiene is proven to increase public knowledge about hand hygiene.
