Abstract

Based on data released by the Directorate General of Aquaculture in 2016, Indonesia occupies the top position in terms of total fish production in the world. Therefore, marine product trade is used as an important source of income for Indonesia and marine food products contribute greatly to food and nutritional security, employment and national economic growth. Water quality really needs to be paid attention to by farmers in order to minimize fish deaths during cultivation. Several important factors in fish cultivation are the level of salt content in the water, temperature and pH. Fish farmers are currently faced with big challenges in monitoring the water quality of fish farming ponds quickly and accurately. In general, fish farmers find out water quality manually, namely by taking samples of pond water to take to the laboratory. This is caused by several factors, including the physical distance between the cultivation site and the laboratory, the time required for sample collection, and the time-consuming analysis process. As a result, farmers are less able to take quick action to correct unsuitable water conditions, resulting in potential losses in fish farming. In order to help fish farmers, we need to create a PROTOTYPE OF WATER QUALITY MONITORING TOOLS BASED ON THE INTERNET OF THINGS. Making a prototype using the SDLC method which consists of several stages, namely analysis, design, implementation and testing. The output of this research is a prototype tool that is able to provide information about water quality, so that it can be a valuable support for fish farmers.

Abstract

The body caliper is a crucial component of the braking system designed to ensure safety and security while driving, especially on two-wheeled vehicles. For the production of the body caliper on the , Aluminium Alloy AA 319 T6 is used due to its high strength and lightweight properties, consisting of 90.48% Aluminum, 2.7% Chromium, 6.6% Silicon, and 0.22±0.02% Magnesium. The manufacturing process involves melting the metal and pouring it into molds. Electromagnetic penetration is used to detect conductive structures and cracks in the raw material. Hardening tests are conducted using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive X-ray (EDX), and X-ray diffraction (XRD), as well as hardness measurement and tensile testing. The results show an improvement in the mechanical properties of the AA319 alloy after T6 heat treatment, with a hardness of 124.2 ± 3.2 HV, tensile strength of 298 ± 3.0 MPa, yield strength of 201 ± 2.6 MPa, and elongation to fracture of 4.5 ± 0.3%.

Abstract

The design of a web-based sales information system is a form of utilizing information and communication technology (ICT) in the economic sector. It is expected to facilitate financial transactions in a virtual marketplace, allowing buyers and sellers to meet and mutually benefit. The aim of this research is to develop a web-based application using WordPress CMS for the sale of ready-to-wear clothing at Wegah Mangan store. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that this application can be used as a ready-to-use online store. The development process involves several stages, including feasibility study, system analysis, planning, system design, and implementation. The result of this web-based clothing sales website at Wegah Mangan Online Clothing Store is expected to be one of the online shop making options that utilizes information technology and facilitates the sales and purchasing process between sellers and buyers according to the developments of the times.

Abstract

Car Lift hydraulic system is a form of change or transfer of power by using a conducting medium in the form of liquid fluid to obtain more power than the initial power released. The purpose of this writing is to find out the Car Lift design process for vehicles, as well as the Car lift design testing process using software solidworks 2021. Observation method, literature study method, and simulation method are the references in this writing. Based on the results of the simulations carried out, the smallest von misses value is 6,017 N/mm2 and the largest is 60,174 N/mm2, then for the displacement value obtained the smallest is 0.046 mm and the largest is 0.456 mm, then for the strain value with the pressure value obtained the smallest is 0.00002 and the largest is 0.00019, and the Factor Of Safety value in the design with material (ASTM A36) results in a safety factor of 4.2, the Car Lift design offers a level of reliability that meets recognized industry standards.

Abstract

The Project of Depok Warehouse Building Construction is located at JL. Raya Jakarta-Bogor, KM. 35, Jatijajar, Depok City, West Java, 16415. The project of Depok Warehouse Building is built on a land area of 38,000 m2, with a building area of 24,000 m2. The Depok Warehouse Building has 8 floors, consisting of 5 floors for the building area and 3 mezzanine floors used for offices. PT. Depok Logistik Properti is the owner of the project, PT. Trimatra Jasa Prakarsa as the construction management, PT. Gistama Intisemesta as the planning consultant, and PT. Total Persada Indonesia as the main contractor. The type of contract used is a lump sum with a contract value of Rp 350,000,000,000. The planned duration of the Warehouse Building Construction project is 670 days. Research made on the field include upper structure works such as column, beam, floor slab, and ramp slab. The stages of the implementation method for the ramp Truck Plate Work start from preparation, marking, reinforcement fabrication, reinforcement installation, concrete decking installation, reinforcement checklist, formwork installation, verticality test, casting, formwork removal, and concrete curing.

Abstract

Produksi daging sapi merupakan salah satu komponen penting dalam memenuhi kebutuhan protein hewani di Indonesia. Namun, distribusi dan tingkat produksi yang tidak merata di berbagai provinsi menimbulkan tantangan dalam pengelolaan dan perencanaan yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memprediksi produksi daging sapi di Indonesia untuk tahun 2024 dan 2025 dengan menggunakan model prediksi berbasis Random Forest Regression, yang memanfaatkan data produksi historis dari tahun 2018 hingga 2023. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data produksi daging sapi dari berbagai provinsi di Indonesia, diikuti dengan preprocessing data dan pembangunan model prediksi menggunakan algoritma Random Forest. Evaluasi model dilakukan dengan menggunakan metrik Mean Squared Error (MSE) dan R-squared (R²) untuk menilai akurasi dan kemampuan model dalam menjelaskan variabilitas data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model Random Forest memiliki kinerja yang sangat baik dengan nilai R-squared sebesar 0.946, yang mengindikasikan bahwa model ini mampu menjelaskan sekitar 94.6% dari variabilitas data produksi daging sapi. Prediksi menunjukkan bahwa Jawa Timur, Jawa Barat, dan Jawa Tengah akan tetap menjadi provinsi dengan produksi daging sapi tertinggi, sementara banyak provinsi di bagian timur Indonesia akan memiliki produksi yang relatif rendah. Temuan ini dapat digunakan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis dalam upaya meningkatkan produksi daging sapi dan mengoptimalkan distribusi di seluruh Indonesia.

Abstract

The Train Station is the main requirement needed in the procurement of train transportation modes. Currently, trains are public transportation that is very popular with the public to transport people. The architectural style of the Kejaksan Cirebon Train Station building is a blend of colonial and art deco characteristics with local architectural influences. The colonial style of influence is shown in the form of the facade or appearance of the building. This study uses a qualitative approach to analyze the development of building facilities and their influence on the character of the Kejaksan Train Station building facade as a representation of a building that has the influence of colonial architectural style and cultural heritage objects in Cirebon. The analysis was carried out by identifying the addition of facilities and facade elements in the front area, main entrance and the front of the building facing the road. The purpose of this study is to complete the architectural research of the Cirebon Station building and add to the treasury of architectural science, especially in the research of colonial architecture in station buildings.
