This study aims to determine how the role of risk management and internal control in improving employee performance at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya. The object of research in this report is to describe the level of performance of employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya. The type of research is descriptive qualitative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, documentation, literature study. The population is all 12 employees at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya.The results showed that Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya has implemented the principles of risk management, namely: Transparency, Accountability, Responsibility, Professional, Fairness so that it can boost employee performance levels. The existence of the Sharia Supervisory Board also encourages a level of discipline in fulfilling sharia principles in raising funds, channeling funds, and providing services. Forming a Risk Management Committee (KMR), a Risk Management Work Unit (SKMR) that is independent of the Operational Work Unit both structurally and operationally as a means to support the smooth implementation of Risk Management at the Bank. Implementation of compliance, Internal Audit and Internal Audit functions to ensure the Bank's compliance with applicable regulations that can boost employee performance levels to comply with / implement commitments made by the bank to the Financial Services Authority.

Based on the results of interviews with the Admin Head and Sales Coordinator, the lack of compensation and internal control is the cause of fraud, this is evidenced by data for the last 5 years the number of customers and the number of employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari which has fluctuated. This study was conducted to determine how the influence of internal control on fraud, the influence, the effect of compensation on fraud and the influence of internal control and compensation simultaneously on fraud. The object of research that is the target of research is employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari with associative quantitative research, while the data needed is data taken directly to the field or called primary data. In the sampling, 21 employees at PT Mega Finance Tanjungsari were taken in 2020. The results showed that there was an influence between internal control on fraud with the results of the t test 2.620 < t table 2.093. And there is a significant effect between compensation for fraud with the results of the t-test tcount 4,942 > ttable 2,093. Meanwhile, simultaneously there is a significant influence between internal control and compensation for fraud with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount is 14.7 > Ftable 3.52.

Based on the results of the study, the background of this research is the gap between theory and practice between NOM and KAP on ROA at Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. This study aims to determine how the influence of NOM and KAP on ROA at Bank BJB Syariah either partially or simultaneously. The object of research in this thesis is the financial statements of Bank BJB Syariah in 2017-2021. The type of research is quantitative associative, with secondary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature study. While the population in this study are all financial statements of Bank BJB Syariah for the period 2017-2021. The sample in this study is the financial ratio report of Bank BJB Syariah totaling 5 financial statements. The results showed that there was a significant effect between NOM on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (19.382 > 2.35)., there was no significant effect between KAP on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with the test results t where tcount < ttable (0.480 < 2.35), and simultaneously there is no significant effect between NOM and KAP on ROA at BJB Syariah Bank with F test results where Fcount < Ftable (-1.719 < 19.16).

The background of this research is that it is suspected that the customer's lack of understanding of the specified margin gives rise to the customer's perception that the margin applied to Islamic banks is the same as the interest applied to conventional banks. In addition, the level of margin that is considered high and not in accordance with the ability of the customer is also suspected of influencing the decisions of murabahah financing customers partial and simultaneous. The object of research in this report is the customer at Bank BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong. The method used is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using statistical applications, and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study is murabahah financing customers in 2021 with a sample of 93 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between customer perceptions of customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 33.3% with t test results where the value of t count > t table (6,747>1,986), there was a significant influence between the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 46.1% with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (8,819>1,986), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between customer perceptions and the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong is 53.2% with F test results where F count > F table (51.154 > 3.10)

Based on observations, that the background of this research is that there is a lack of customers who use internet banking. This is caused by several factors including differences in perceptions of information technology, risk and complaint handling.This study aims to determine how the effect of information technology perception, risk and complaint handling both on customer interest in using partial and simultaneous Internet Banking at BSI Syariah KC Suniaraja Bandung.The research object of this report is Perception of Information Technology Risk, and Handling Complaint to Customer Interest in using Internet Banking at BSI Suniaraja Bandung.The results of the study show that there is an influence between the Information Technology Perception variable on Customer Interest, which is 1.2% or t count of 2.290 > 1.989, There is an influence between the Risk variable on Customer Interest which is 2.3%. Or t count 11.870 > 0.256 with a significant value of 0.049 < 0.1. There is a significant influence on the Handling Complaint variable on customer interest, which is 35.1%, it can be seen from the t count of 13.310 > 0.256 with a significant value of 0.007 < 0, 1. Simultaneously there is a significant influence on the variable Perception of Information Technology, Risk to Customer Interest, which is 36.5%, this can be seen from the Fcount of 18.430 > 2.270 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.1.

The background in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 is still often found inaccuracy of Acoounting Staff in making financial statements and the unavailability of an automatic financial statement recording system in making financial statements.This study aims to find out how the analysis of human resources, accounting information systems and internal control systems in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 in the Amil Zakat Agency of West Java Province.This research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The data used is primary data, with information taken on amyl and financial statements of BAZNAS of West Java Province. The data collection techniques carried out are observation, interviews, literature studies and documentation. The results showed that the head of the Department of Human Resources, Administration and General, Accounting Staff and Chairman of the Internal Audit Unit has applied aspects of human resources, accounting information systems and internal control systems in conducting analysis on the optimization of the application of PSAK No.109. Aspects that play a role in optimizing the application of PSAK No.109 are SDM, SPI and SIA. Assessment of HR aspects amounted to 3 points. The assessment of the SIA aspect amounted to 4 points. The assessment of the SPI aspect amounted to 9 points. If the analysis of human resources, SIA and SPI has been applied, there are 9 stages to apply PSAK No.109 which must be done in order seseuai with the provisions contained in PSAK No.109.

PT. Ma'soem Cikalang Group is a business institution engaged in oil, gas, mineral oil, mineral water and an educational foundation in equipment ownership assets. PT Ma'soem has more than 1000 equipment used to support its operational activities. But in managing the inventory of equipment is still done semi-computerized using Microsoft Excel. Causing problems such as difficulty in performing physical check of equipment with existing data, difficulties in finding information on equipment in the branch office, limited working hours to access equipment information and allowing data loss and data duplication. The analysis conducted in this study includes an analysis of the current system and an analysis of the proposed system. The system design used is the OOAD (Object Oriented Analysis and Design) method approach with the UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling language. The design of this information system is expected to make it easier for officers to carry out an inventory of equipment, present information on needed equipment wherever and whenever, and minimize data loss and data duplication.

Based on observations, that the background of this research is the fluctuating number of mabrur savings customers, where there are many factors that influence the development of the number of mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri Rancaekek Sub-Branch Office. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image, advertising and perception on the interest in saving savings simultaneously at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The object of the research is the mabrur savings customer at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The type of research is quantitative associative, with primary data types and data collection in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. While the sampling technique using non-probability sampling with the type of sample is Incidental sampling. The population is all mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri, totaling 712 people with a sample of 88 people. The results of the study that there is an influence of brand image on the interest in saving savings seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 42.4%, there is an influence on the influence of customer deposits with an R square value of 38.3%, there is a perception of customer savings interest with the value of R square is 36.2%. There is a simultaneous influence between branding, advertising and perceptions of interest in saving for mabrur savings at BSM KCP Rancaekek seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 49.3%.

The ongoing registration system is still manual, where prospective students come directly to the school to register by bringing the requirements that have been determined by the school then fill out the form and make payments immediately, there are two ways of paying, namely cash and installments, after that the officer recaps the data all registrants and enter it into the ppdb book manually, then the officer inputs the data into microsoft excel for it to be printed to produce registration slips and reports. The purpose of this Final Project is to anticipate deleted/edited data, facilitates in finding acceptance data in making acceptance reports. The design of this system uses SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle) with the Waterfall method. The Waterfall model is one of the SDLC models that is often used in the development of information systems or software. This model uses a systematic and sequential approach. The stages in this model start from the planning stage to the maintenance stage and are carried out in stages.

In teaching and learning activities, student learning motivation is very important and mandatory because it can encourage students to participate in teaching and learning activities curiously so that the learning atmosphere becomes conducive, learning objectives can be achieved and students have the expected value standards. The purpose of this study is to apply data mining in processing student value data to measure how far the influence of the use of technology in learning is on student learning motivation at MAS Plus darul Hufadz. The analysis used in this study consisted of the calculation of the highest and lowest values, mean, median, standard deviation and range in each research variable.
