Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the influence of service quality on satisfaction and the impacts on loyalty intention of students Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to 100 students of junior high school and senior high school in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The findings of this study indicate that there is influence between the Service quality and satisfaction  on the loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. F test results showed that the Service quality and the satisfaction simultaneously affect to loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.417, or 41,7%, meaning that simultaneous Service quality and satisfaction contribute to the effect of 41,7% on loyalty students in Al Ma’soem Boarding School, as for the influence of others factors are 58,3%.

Abstract

Good employee performance can be achieved if every element in the organization is well integrated and able to carry out its role. This research is motivated by the fluctuating work performance of employees. This study aims to determine how the effect of training, compensation and motivation on employee performance at PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank. The object of this research is the training, compensation, motivation and work performance of the employees of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank Bandung Branch Office. The type of research is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data and uses data collection techniques through questionnaires and complementary data through observations, interviews, and literature studies. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling where the entire population was used as a sample with a total of 30 people. The results showed that there was an effect of training on employee performance, where t count > t table value (22,910> 1,703). Compensation where t count > t table value (10,679>1,703.) Motivation where t count > t table value (5,003>1,703). significant effect on employee performance where tcount > t table value. Simultaneously training, compensation and motivation have a significant effect on employee performance where F count = 167,570 > F table = 4.23

Abstract

Latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah fluktuatifnya jumlah nasabah produk pembiayaan musyarakah di BRI Syariah KC Suniaraja Bandung. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh persepsi dan preferensi terhadap Sikap Nasabah Pembiayaan Musyarakah di BRI Syariah KC Suniaraja Bandung baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Objek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah persepsi, preferensi dan Sikap Nasabah Pembiayaan Musyarakah di BRI Syariah KC Suniaraja Bandung. Penelitian ini adalah jenis kuantitatif dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Populasi berjumlah 112 nasabah, dengan 53 orang yang menjadi sampel. Untuk mendapatkan data, penelitia menggunakan sumber data primer yaitu angket dan disebar ke 53 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan; pertama, secara parsial persepsi berpengaruh terhadap sikap nasabah pembiayaan musyarakah BRI Syariah KCP Suniaraja di mana kontribusi pengaruhnya sebesar 21%. Kedua, secara parsial preferensi berpengaruh juga terhadap sikap nasabah pembiayaan musyarakah BRI Syariah KCP Suniaraja dengan kontribusi pengaruh 20.9%. Ketiga, secara simultan persepsi dan preferensi terhadap sikap nasabah pembiayaan musyarakah BRI Syariah KCP Suniaraja denngan kontribusi pengaruh 28.6%. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah BRI Syariah yang kini telah berubah menjadi Bank Syariah Indonesia dapat menjadikan hasil ini sebagai acuan karena untuk dapat terus meningkatkan jumlah nasabah pembiayaan maka BSI dapat melakukan riset untuk mengetahui preferensi dan persepsi masayrakat terkait dengan pembiayaan musyarakah.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between transformational leadership on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya, with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (8,111 > 2,160), there is a significant effect between compensation on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya with the result of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (6,460 > 2,160) and simultaneously there is a significant influence between transformational leadership and compensation on employee loyalty with the result of the F-test, namely Fcount > Ftabel (32,302 > 3,74).

Abstract

Based on observations, that the background of this research is the fluctuating number of mabrur savings customers, where there are many factors that influence the development of the number of mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri Rancaekek Sub-Branch Office. This study aims to determine how the influence of brand image, advertising and perception on the interest in saving savings simultaneously at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The object of the research is the mabrur savings customer at Bank Syariah Mandiri KCP Rancaekek. The type of research is quantitative associative, with primary data types and data collection in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. While the sampling technique using non-probability sampling with the type of sample is Incidental sampling. The population is all mabrur savings customers at Bank Syariah Mandiri, totaling 712 people with a sample of 88 people. The results of the study that there is an influence of brand image on the interest in saving savings seen from the results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 42.4%, there is an influence on the influence of customer deposits with an R square value of 38.3%, there is a perception of customer savings interest with the value of R square is 36.2%. There is a simultaneous influence between branding, advertising and perceptions of interest in saving for mabrur savings at BSM KCP Rancaekek seen from the analysis of the coefficient of determination with an R square value of 49.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the health level of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank for the period 2017-2021 using the RGEC method. The valuation factors used are Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning and Capital factors. The object of this research is the financial statements of research used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The results showed that the health level of PT Panin Dubai Syariah Bank based on Risk Profile factors gets a healthy predicate, Good Corporate Governance gets a healthy predicate, Earning gets a unhealthy predicate and Capital gets a very healthy predicate.

Abstract

The background of this research is the lack of service quality on perceived customer satisfaction so that it influence of customer loyalty KPR financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3. This study aims to determine how much influence the quality of service and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty mortgage financing at BSI Bandung Branch Office Buah Batu 3 both partially and simultaneously. The object of research in this report is KPR customers at Bank BSI Sub Branch Office Bandung Buah Batu 3. The type of research is quantitative associative with primary data types and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires and literature studies. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling with purposive sampling. The population is all KPR financing customers at BSI Bandung Buah Batu 3 Sub-Branch Office, totaling 87 people with a sample of 47 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between service quality on customer loyalty in mortgage financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 60,7% with t test results where the value of tcount> ttable (8.331 > 2,412),), that there was a significant influence between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. KPR financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 39,5% with t test results where the value of tcount> ttable (5,425 > 2,412), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in mortgage financing at BSI KCP Bandung Buah Batu 3 is 62,2% with the results of the F test where the value of Fcount > Ftable (36,144 > 2,42).
