Jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al Falah Banjarbaru. Jurnal ini dikhususkan untuk memuat tulisan dalam bentuk hasil penelitian pendidikan Islam, atau gagasan tertulis dalam bentuk karya ilmiah dengan bidang kajian yang serumpun. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menampung ide dan gagasan tentang pendidikan Islam dan untuk memudahkan civitas akademika pada umumnya untuk memperoleh angka kredit dalam menunjang eksistensinya di dunia akademik. Semua artikel yang diterbitkan adalah wawasan dan ide individu dari penulis yang tidak mewakili jurnal ini atau lembaga afiliasi penulis. Jurnal ini terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Februari dan Agustus. Abstract

The curriculum in its journey always developing and changes according to the development of science. Not only that, political, economic, social and cultural factors also become a matter of concern in curriculum change. Islamic educational institutions such as Madrasah in the implementation of education must always evolve in accordance with the conditions of curriculum development that exists. But as an educational institution whose main purpose is to shape the character of learners who are not only able to answer the needs of society, Islamic education institutions must also be able to answer the needs of the market. Moreover, Indonesia has entered the AEC (ASEAN Economic Community) which allows the free market among ASEAN countries so that Islamic education institutions must also grow up so as not to be left behind with other countries. Abstract

Humans are principally born to have the nature of the climbing. This ascent means its move to achieve the goals of life into the future. Then Adversity Quotient is part of determining someone's success to reach the ascent of climbing. Instinctively, the process of climbing will be faced with various obstacles, challenges, and difficulties. All of that cannot only be solved by capitalizing on intellectual intelligence but also with the help of emotional, spiritual intelligence and Adversity Quotient. In this article, the author wants to explore Adversity Quotient Education in the concept of Islam. Adversity Quotient Education in Islamic concepts includes patient education, optimistic education, and unyielding, high-minded education and jihad education. Patient education is in line with the control dimension of Adversity Quotient, education is optimistic and unyielding in line with the dimensions of ownership in Adversity Quotient, education with a great spirit is aligned with the reach dimensions of Adversity Quotient and jihad education in line with the endurance dimension of Adversity Quotient. These educational values are indispensable in Islamic education, in order to produce generations of Muslims who love struggle, never give up with all obstacles, dare to face challenges, are immune to difficulties and enthusiasm in living life, especially in the world of education. Abstract

This study discusses the efforts to improve the learning outcomes of Quranic Education by applying the cooperative learning model type make a match. The purpose of this study was to find out through the application of cooperative learning models the type of make a match can improve learning outcomes of Quranic Education in fourth grade C SDN 3 Syamsudin Noor students and the process of applying cooperative learning model type make a match in Quranic Education subjects in grade IV C students SDN 3 Syamsudin Noor. The method in this study uses qualitative descriptive with the type of participant class action research. Subjects in this study were all students of grade IV C SDN 3 Syamsudin Noor. While the object in this study is an increase in learning outcomes and the process of applying cooperative learning model type make a match. Based on the results of the study, it is known that through the application of cooperative learning models the type of make a match can improve the learning outcomes of Quranic Education in grade IV C SDN 3 Syamsudin Noor students. This can be seen from the achievement of research success indicators namely qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators. Qualitative indicators are seen in terms of the process of student activity and teacher activity. The average value of student activity in the first cycle is 80.15 and in the second cycle is 92.96. While the average value of teacher activity in cycle I am 85 and in cycle II is 100. This shows that the activeness of students and teachers are very good criteria. Quantitative indicators are seen in terms of the results of the pre-cycle classical completeness which initially only 31.25% increased in the first cycle to 65.62% and in the second cycle increased again to 100%. The process of applying cooperative learning model type make a match in the Quranic Education subject to grade IV C SDN 3 Syamsudin Noor students runs effectively and efficiently in accordance with the steps that have been determined. This can be seen from the increased activity of students in following the learning process of Quranic Education. Abstract

This study discusses the application of demonstration methods to improve students' understanding of Jurisprudence learning about the organization of the body at the Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru Islamic Boarding School which includes how to apply the method, understanding students with the implementation of the demonstration method and the reason for choosing the demonstration method. This study aims to find out how the application of demonstration methods to improve students understanding of Jurisprudence learning about the organization of the body at the Al Falah Islamic Boarding School in Putera Banjarbaru and what are the factors that influence the application of the demonstration method to improve students' understanding of Jurisprudence learning about the implementation of bodies in Islamic boarding schools Al Falah Putera Banjarbaru. Subjects in this study were the third-grade students of Wustha at the Al Falah Putera Islamic Boarding School, while in the object of this study were the method of demonstration on the teaching of Jurisprudence related to the organization of the body. In extracting data, researchers used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. Data processing techniques are carried out by editing, data classification, and data interpretation. Furthermore, it was analyzed with qualitative descriptive analysis and deducted vertically. Based on the results of the study that the application of the demonstration method to improve students' understanding of Jurisprudence learning about the organization of the body at the Al Falah Islamic Boarding School in Putera Banjarbaru, in general, has been carried out quite well, this is influenced by several factors, including religious factors, santri factors, time allocation factors , facilities and infrastructure factors, as well as supporting environmental factors so that the learning of the body is implemented. Abstract

The background of this research is based on the thought of educational problems characterized by the elementary level. Among the causes is that the education applied does not have a good concept of character education, so it has implications for the low level of education. Character education is chosen as an educational model because it is believed that this model will improve education and facilitate the achievement of character education goals. The Problem Formulation of this research is how character education and what factors influence character education in the effort of developing education and improving character education in accordance with the expectations and desires of education in Pemurus Dalam 7 SDN Banjar Indah II Kec. The South Banjarmasin City of Banjarmasin. The aim to be achieved in this study was to find out the character education in SD Pemurus Dalam 7 Banjar Indah II Kec. The South Banjarmasin City of Banjarmasin and the factors that influence it. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data processing is done by editing techniques, data classification and data interpretation, while data analysis techniques use qualitative descriptive analysis, by describing each data obtained and to get a conclusion, researchers use inductive methods of character education in the research location. Based on the results of research that has been done, it is known that overall character education in SDN Pemurus Dalam 7 can run well and effectively enough in accordance with the values of character education developed by schools in Pemurus Dalam 7 Elementary School. The factors that support character education are factors teacher, student factors, time factors, and environmental factors greatly support the implementation of character education.
