Jurnal ilmiah berkala yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) Sekolah Tinggi Agama Islam (STAI) Al Falah Banjarbaru. Jurnal ini dikhususkan untuk memuat tulisan dalam bentuk hasil penelitian pendidikan Islam, atau gagasan tertulis dalam bentuk karya ilmiah dengan bidang kajian yang serumpun. Tujuan dari jurnal ini adalah untuk menampung ide dan gagasan tentang pendidikan Islam dan untuk memudahkan civitas akademika pada umumnya untuk memperoleh angka kredit dalam menunjang eksistensinya di dunia akademik. Abstract

The discipline of Islamic boarding schools is part of the organizational component as recommended in Islam, which is just like timeliness and is prohibited from delaying work. A good organization is an organization that can realize its goals effectively and efficiently with high productivity. The purpose of the organization will be achieved if the established work programs can be implemented effectively and efficiently. For the sake of carrying out the predetermined work program. This research was conducted in Islamic boarding schools in Bengkalis District and used descriptive methods. The data collection technique used is through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique is triangulation. The results of the study show that the work discipline of Islamic boarding schools in Bengkalis District is good and can improve the performance of educators and education staff. The work discipline of educators and education Staff is relatively effective so that indiscipline actions can be reduced relatively small, because there is guidance from the leadership of the foundation carried out with kinship and openness, in finding solutions needed by educators and education staff. Abstract

Islamic Education subjects at various levels and types of education as a whole are in the scope of the Quran and Hadith, faith, morality, jurisprudence, and history. The scope of Islamic religious education includes the realization of harmony, harmony, and balance of human relations with Allah, self, fellow human beings, other creatures and the environment (Hablun Minallah wa hablun Minannas). So Islamic religious education is a conscious effort carried out by educators in order to prepare students to believe, understand, and practice Islamic teachings through the activities of guidance, teaching or training that has been determined to achieve the stated goals. In this study, we will discuss the analysis of the characteristics of Islamic Education materials at various levels and the type of education that aims to find out what the material is and where the advantages and disadvantages are. In this study it was found that PAI material at various levels and types of education, namely from kindergarten, elementary, junior high and high school had different characteristics, starting from the content of the material, material weight and depth of material also different from psychological, philosophical, sociological and technological aspects. Abstract

This study discusses the role of kyai in instilling the value of honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter Banjarbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is how Patni's role in instilling values honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter Banjarbaru and any factors that support and slow him down. Based on the formulation of the problem, then the purpose of this research is to find out how Patni's role in instilling the value of honesty as well as any factors that support and that slow him down. The subject in this study are kyai, ustadzah, as well as students of Princess mualimat. Whereas the object of this research is in Kyai role in instilling the values of honesty and what factors that influence the cultivation of value honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi's daughter. The author uses data mining engineering interview, observation, and documentation. While the engineering management and data are done by editing and data classification, and interpretation of data further analyzed as well as qualitative and deskriktif conclusion inductive way. Based on the results of the study, noted that the role of kyai in instilling the value of honesty in boarding schools Darul Ilmi Daughter through education religious education and example. As for the example: education as the supervisor, controller, educators for any act or behavior of students. In addition kyai also had a role as a leader in the teaching and learning process, corrector, inspirator, motivator and as a model for the a santri especially in the values of honesty, because honesty is a virtue, morals which will take on a very important impact in the life of the individual and of society. While the role of religious education in the Kyai, namely: Ta'limul of the book and may. As for the supporting factors, namely: the ma'had religious activities, supporting the code of conduct, while restricting factor: the number of students that are heterogeneous, and the outside environment. Abstract

Islamic terminology to know the term educator with the word al-murabbi, al-mu'addib and al-mu'allim. There is no contradiction between the sharp third term, but a third of those words indicate the construction of the physical (jasmaniyah) and (ruhiyyah). To explore the meaning of this research theme researchers use research library research with deductive patterns of thought and analyzed in content analysis. Research findings show that the dimension of educators consisting of the elements of the physical and psychic, both are one of the factors in the formation of attitude and character, the physical-biological human beings have in common, and the same tendency between one and the other, in the human psychic have in common but different tendencies, so that education not only in the formation of physical but more importantly, is the formation of psychic protege. Abstract

This study is an attempt to find out the influence of social competence of teachers with students learning interactions in the SMP 15 Banjarbaru. Formulation of the problem in this research is how high social competence of teachers, and how high the interaction of student learning in 228 15 Banjarbaru, and what factors affected it. It is aimed at teaching and learning in the process in order to get success, for it is very necessary competence of teachers in social inclusion students in the subjects taught to pay attention resulting in the process of teaching and learning desired. The goal in this research are (1) to find out how the social competence of the teacher against the subjects of Islamic education at SMP 15 Banjarbaru, (2) to find out how the interaction of student learning against the subjects of religious education Islam in 228 15 Banjarbaru, (3) is there any significant influence of social competence among teachers towards interaction students can study subjects of Islamic education at SMP 15 Banjarbaru. The study of quantitative analysis techniques with a statistics product moment. Data collection in the field by using the technique of the now, the population in this research is the most students who are in class IX as much as 15 people from the total to 82 people. Based on the results of research performed can be concluded that there was significant influence between the Social competence of the teacher against Student Learning Interactions in the SMP 15 Banjarbaru well enough, or significant. This can be seen from the test results correlation product moment. With the results of calculation show that xy is greater than rtabel5% (0.514 > 0.686) and greater rtabel1% rxy (0.686 > 0.641) then the hypothesis: there are causal relations Ha due to Social Competence among Teachers Towards students ' Learning Interactions in the SMP 15 City Long Beach received.
