Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Asset (ROA), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) on stock returns, both partially and simultaneously. The research method used is quantitative with purposive sampling technique on 44 samples, analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 23 software. The results showed that DER (X1) had no significant effect on stock returns (t value < t table (-0.983 > 1.684) and sig value. > 0.05 (0.555 > 0.05)), which indicates that investors focus more on other factors such as earnings stability, dividend policy, and general financial performance rather than the company's debt structure. ROA (X2) has a positive and significant effect on stock returns (t value > t table (2.540 > 1.684) and sig value. < 0.05 (0.015 < 0.05)), reflecting the operational efficiency and the company's ability to generate profits from its assets. PER has a positive and significant effect on stock returns (t value> t table (2.095> 1.684) and sig value. < 0.05 (0.043 < 0.05)), reflecting positive market expectations of future earnings growth. Simultaneously, DER, ROA, and PER have a significant effect on stock returns with the test value of F count> F table (2,840> 2,839) and sig value. <0.05 (0.050 <0.05), with a contribution of 11,4% to the dependent variable.

This research entitled "Efforts to Develop Regional Through Economic Empowerment of Jabung Subdistrict Community Through Cow's Milk Production" aims to find out how regional development efforts are carried out through economic empowerment in the community. Development is a transformation or change from a certain condition to a better condition. With regard to government social assistance, progress can be defined as work to improve or work on local government assistance. As we may be aware, rural communities cannot be distinguished from underdevelopment, despite the fact that rural communities have a lot of potential.Research conducted by the author who took the object of research on the Agro Niaga Cooperative where the existence of cooperatives greatly affects the economy of local residents. The presence of KAN can be proven by the impact of the creation that can be felt both by the surrounding area and to KAN itself. KAN Jabung is one of the cooperatives that participates in the management of various cooperative in Indonesia, specifically in administration monetary through reserve fund arrangements and advance administration, dairy, horticulture and general stores for individuals. The ability of KAN as an effort to move the regional economy is also highly expected in the progress of the community's economy. His presence should have an option to help the economy. The economy in general favors the lower working class (poor) and cooperatives are seen as something that is ready to fight for the economic needs of the community. as stated in Article 3 of Government Regulation No.25 of 1992 concerning Cooperatives.

Abstract

Halal tourism is a rapidly growing tourism segment globally, driven by the increasing number of Muslim tourists. Indonesia has a significant opportunity to optimize the halal tourism market, including in man-made tourist destinations like Jatim Park 2 in Malang City. This study aims to analyze the potential, challenges, and strategies for developing halal tourism at Jatim Park 2 in Malang City. The research approach used was descriptive-qualitative, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews with managers, local government officials, and Muslim tourists, and documentation. The results indicate that Jatim Park 2 has significant potential as a halal tourism destination due to its strategic location, large Muslim market segment, and educational tourism theme aligned with Islamic values. However, several challenges remain, including the lack of halal certification for food court tenants, suboptimal prayer room facilities, a lack of human resource understanding of the halal tourism concept, and the absence of halal tourism branding in destination promotions. Based on the SWOT analysis, potential strategies for halal tourism development include optimizing prayer facilities, facilitating halal certification for food tenants, training human resources on halal tourism, strengthening halal tourism branding, and developing halal tourism education programs. This study recommends collaboration between Jatim Park 2 management, the local government, halal certification bodies, and the community to develop Jatim Park 2 as a leading halal tourism destination in East Java.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze Toyota Motor Corporation's international expansion strategy by comparing two main approaches: Joint Venture (JV) and Wholly Owned Subsidiary (WOS). This comparative case study is conducted in the context of China and the United States, two key markets with distinct institutional and regulatory characteristics. Using a qualitative approach and secondary data analysis, the study finds that Toyota chooses the JV strategy in markets with high regulatory barriers to gain legitimacy and local access, while WOS is used in stable markets to maintain full control and protect innovation. These findings are analyzed through the lens of Transaction Cost Theory and Institutional Theory, which explain that strategic choices are not solely based on internal efficiency but also adaptation to institutional pressures. The results of this study provide theoretical contributions to the study of internationalization strategies and practical implications for multinational companies in designing contextual and sustainable market entry strategies.
