Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat perlu dilakukan oleh pemerintah ataupun oleh para akademisi seperti; dosen, guru dan mahasiswa. Pemerintah Indonesia di Era Pandemi Covid 19, sangat penuh perhatian terhadap para pelaku UMKM. Perhatian disini diwujudkan dalam bentuk bantuan penambahan modal kepada para UMKM yang tentunya modalnya sangat terbatas, sehingga mengalami kesulitan untuk bertahan di Era Pandemi.Untuk menjaga kelangsungan UMKM, Pemerintah Indonesia telah fokus memperhatikan eksistensi dan pertumbuhan UMKM mencapai setahun 2020 sebesar Rp695,2 triliun, sebesar Rp123,46 triliun (atau 17,75%) dialokasikan khusus untuk mendukung UMKM. Jenis Bantuan Program Pemulihan Ekonomi Nasional untuk UMKM berupa (a). Subsidi (b). Penempatan Dana untuk Restrukturisasi Kredit (c). Belanja Imbal Jasa (d). Penjaminan untuk Modal Kerja dan (e). PPh Final Ditanggung Pemerintah (f). Pembiayaan Investasi kepada Koperasi melalui LDPB.

Abstract

The training of disinfectants and sanitizers aims to help reduce the spread and break the chain of corona virus in the people of Pangkajene sub-district, Pangkep district. This is expected to increase entrepreneurial starting from innovation to create entrepreneurial independence. This program exchanging information and knowledge explore people's creativity. This training was carried several stages; providing material presented by online workshops and training people to innovate entrepreneurship. Methods of implementing activities based on inputs (a) survey, (b) feasibility study, (c) selection of materials; processes (a) model making, (b) online shop marketing; community creative output to be marketed. The results of this activity (1) to make easier for obtain products, (2) independent production becomes pilot innovation improving entrepreneurial skills and spirit to seize business opportunities, (3) online community entrepreneurship training improves the quality of independence business opportunities, (4) cultivating mindset for creatively innovative entrepreneurship using online shop business communication technology.

Abstract

In the implementation of regional development, the active role of the community in regional planning institutions needs to be increased and coordinated with each other in order to achieve faster and more targeted development. The regional autonomy implemented aims to assist the implementation of the central government, especially in providing services to the community and implementing development programs so that there is a need for efforts to increase regional income from local revenue (PAD). One of the financial sources obtained comes from retribution. Awareness of the obligation to charge fees is often related to willingness and compliance in exercising the rights and obligations of fees in accordance with applicable regulations, especially regarding community knowledge, level of education, and the applicable system. Lamongan Regency is one of the areas with abundant resources in the form of fishery products. The Lamongan Fish Market is a form of government service to business actors in carrying out fishery product transactions. Thus, socialization regarding fees at the Lamongan Fish Market needs to be carried out in order to create awareness of mandatory fees for the sake of development progress in Lamongan Regency.
