Abstract

Aplikasi bank sampah berbasis android adalah suatu aplikasi mobile android yang menjadi salah satu solusi masalah sampah yang ada di masyarakat dan secara tidak langsung aplikasi ini mempunyai nilai edukasi terhadap kepedulian akan lingkungan sehingga dapat menciptakan lingkungan yang bersih dan bebas dari sampah dan dapat meningkatkan ekonomi bagi masyarakat.Aplikasi bank sampah berbasi android ini juga memiliki fitur jemput sampah yang ter intergrasi dengan google maps dan memungkinkan pengepul langsung menuju ke lokasi penjemputan limbah sampah dan dapat melakukan transaksi secara langsung dan penggunaannya dapat ditampilkan menggunakan smartphone android.Berdasarkan hasil implementasi, aplikasi bank sampah ini mudah digunakan sehingga tidak memerlukan waktu yang banyak untuk mempelajari fitur-fitur yang ada di aplikasi. Dengan adanya aplikasi bank sampah ini di harapkan masyarakat bisa dengan mudah untuk berpartisipasi secara langsung terhadap issu lingkungan dan bisa menjadikan aplikasi ini sebagai pemasukan tambahan secara ekonomi.

Abstract

Smartphone is one of the most important things for people nowadays. The increasing number of products as well as the amount information carried by each brand of smartphone can overload, there are many things to consider before buying a smartphone. Fuzzy logic is a form of many- valued logic in which the truth values of variables may be any real number between 0 and 1. Fuzzy logic is one method to analyze system containing uncertainty. This study aims to use fuzzy logic in helping people make decisions on buying the most suitable smartphone for them by producing an output value that can help the user to determine which smartphone will be purchased based on user’s ideal criteria of a smartphone.

Abstract

As people get busy, they want fast and easyservice. This also applies to skin services in beautyclinics. The patient wants ease in terms of determiningthe type of facial skin problem and what treatments areappropriate for them. However, due to the limitednumber of dermatologists, patients often have to wait along time to be examined and sometimes even cannot beserved due to limited schedules. This expert system isbased on how doctors determine the type of facialproblems in patients and what treatments areappropriate for the problem. By using a mobileapplication, this system can be accessed by patients fromhome, making it easier for patients to get a quick andaccurate examination. This application was built usingthe forward chaining method where later patients willanswer questions that are used as a decision branch todetermine the skin problem. Eventually the patient canmake the required treatment and skin care needs andtake them to the clinic.

Abstract

Recently, people use physical mouse to control the computer. Virtual Vpaint can be a new innovation to change the physical mouse to virtual mouse, then the users can minimize the cost of hardware consumption and damages. Having virtual mouse, users can control the computer only through webcam to do a lot of things such as drawing, editing images, mouse control, and others. Virtual VPaint application will discuss the development of Computer Vision for drawing an object in Windows form application by using virtual mouse. This application can perform common image editor such as blurring, gray scaling, and negating images. Users can control mouse pointer through the webcam by using object mover which has specific color, then can draw an object on canvas by using virtual pencil.

Abstract

— In daily life, almost everyone uses smart phone with different types of operating system and one of them is android. People intention to steal someone else smartphone were very high. This is one of the problems for all Android smart phone users.  While it was happening, they could not do anything to get it back. The objective of this research is to create an application that will help android smart phone users to get information about their phone. The information will be obtained by the user which is about the location of their android smart phones.  Another feature, it can lock android smart phone while the SIM changed by other person. Only one registered SIM card that can access the android smart phone.  Last thing, their phone can be checked by the trigger alarm feature. Those features can be obtained by sending the keywords via SMS remotely from another phone user.  This application needs two devices in order to run perfectly as this application runs remotely by another device.  Also, these applications need enough amount of pulse to send the keywords.  It needs GPS and network connection to obtain the right location. This application will make the android smart phone users feel safe, secure, and comfortable and not have to worry about their phone.

Abstract

With the development of information technology, computer has played more and more important role in many regions and human’s life. The number of computer and network users is increasing minutes by minutes which make this global network and its information expanding rapidly day by day. Meanwhile, the modern computerized information system has been developed rapidly and implemented in many regions, such as education regions, enterprise and provides an electronic means to access information and data. As the fast development of computerized system, the W3C group has developed a flexible language named XML. The W3C has deemed the Extensible Markup Language (XML) will form the important basis for the information interchange and accessing in the field of computer network. It will make the electronic exchange of documents and other exchangeable information much easier, convenient and less expensive. At the same time, the security requirement (e.g. integrity, authenticity of the information and/or data and/or signer authentication) of accessing and exchanging information and data in a modern computerized information system has increased rapidly, and now, as the development of XML function, a new efficient security technology is provided which is named XML digital signature (XMLDsig). The XML digital signature provides a more flexible secured technology to keep the integrity and authenticity of data and/or information.This paper aim to embed and implement XML based digital signatures to an existing Student Query System model in order to achieve the user authentication and integrity of accessing data and/or information from the system.

Abstract

Short Message Service (SMS) has limitation in the length of its text message, which only provides 160 characters per SMS. It means that if we send more than 160 characters, it will be considered as sending more than one SMS, so that we have to spend more cost for sending SMS. On the other side, the Arithmetic Coding algorithm provides an effective mechanism for text compression. It has performed the great compression result and in many case it was considered as the better compression algorithm than other ones, such as Huffman and LZW (Lempel-Ziv-Welch). This research will implement the Arithmetic Coding algorithm to develop an application that will compress the SMS text message. The concept of Arithmetic Coding will be implemented to compress the SMS text message before it is sent from the sender to the receiver. The application is called CheaperZipper (CZ). This application will handle the sending and receiving SMS in the hand phone by preceding the compression and decompression process.

Abstract

Pengendalian stock terhadap bahan pendukung ini sangat penting agar proses produksi bisa berjalan dengan baik. Pembuatan sistem inventory ini merupakan bagian dari proses pengendalian stock. Metodologi pengembangan aplikasi inventory bahan pendukung mengadopsi metode Feature Driven Development (FDD) mulai dari pengembangan model sampai pada membangun sistem berdasarkan feature yang telah ditentukan. Aplikasi yang dibangin telah memberikan effisiensi baik dalam hal pengelolaan laporan stock barang maupun pengontrolan dan pemesanan pembelian barang.

Abstract

Sulitnya menentukan klasifikasi judul skrpsi berdasarkan peminatan yang diambil oleh mahasiswa informatika unjani merupakan salah satu permasalahan penting yang dihadapi oleh pihak Jurusan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu memberikan sebuah penunjang keputusan bagi pihak Jurusan agar setiap judul skripsi yang diajukan oleh mahasiswa sesuai dengan peminatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, model yang dibangun menggunakan algoritma KNN menghasilkan tingkat akurasi yang lebih tinggi jika dibandingkan dengan model yang dibangun menggunakan algoritma VSM. Nilai akurasi tertinggi berdasarkan hasil pengujian pada penelitian ini adalah sebasar 96,85%.
