Abstract

This research aims to fulfill the requirements of a management system for smaller trade publishers. An array of front end tools and backend in the form of sql database are used in the development. The system is done on a web-based platform and will handle the problem stated by delving into status-based categorization where each manuscript will be classified according to its state of status. These statuses are determined by a chain of subsequent validations. Scheduling itself is flexible and can even concur at the same time for manuscripts. The production processes are examined with a progress bar and with the addition of notification system will assure data passing is contained and could stay on schedule. Tests are conducted to confirm the system meets the conditions specified.

Abstract

Abstract—Projectmanagementisthekeytoneatcompany administration. The companywill grow in numbers andhire more workers and gain more projects. This system will helpthe company to manage, monitor, and track the progress of theirproject. It will help them get a better administration systemdashboard and be more productive to gainmore projects. Thissystem will allow them to track the progress from the beginningwhen a project starts, such as pitching follow-up to the executionprogress and the final billing reminder. A traditional method suchas writing manually in a digital notepad or file folder will bereplaced by this system since the old method may confuse if thecompany employee forgets to update the manual notepad. Thevision of the system will be beneficial when the company grows innumber later on more prominent.

Abstract

Lack of facilities to obtain informationabout boarding houses is one of the problems often facedby immigrants. The majority who occupy the boardinghouse are students or workers who come from outsidethe area, so to determine the ideal boarding house,considerations about apart from facilities and price, thedistance from the boarding house to the location is alsoone of the considerations for choosing a boarding house.Therefore, a web-based Info Boarding application wasmade using the google maps API. The process of makingthis web using the PHP programming language, usingXAMPP (PHPMyAdmin) for database creation, usingthe google maps API to display google maps on thewebsite as a base map. information about boardingfeatures, booking features, and filter features topredetermined locations. With this website-basedapplication, it is hoped that it will make it easier forpeople to find boarding houses according to user needs

Abstract

“Toko Miring” is a growing company sellinghousehold appliances, where the promotion and sales processis still conventional. This means that the customer has to go tothe Italic Shop to be able to purchase the product. Thedevelopment of an e-commerce sales system at the TokoMiring store is a step to increase sales and product promotionso that it can provide benefits for the company. The purposeof building an e-commerce system for selling this product isthat customers can place orders for products without havingto come to the Miring Shop, the company can also solve theproblem of product processing, order processing so that it canmake it easier for consumers to get information aboutproducts from the Miring Store. This system was createdusing PHP and MySQL as the program. The result of makingthis project is an e-commerce system for Toko Miring whichcan be used as a means of sales promotion that can beaccessed anywhere and anytime, the buying process can alsotake place without having to come to the store.

Abstract

Inventory is a stored material or item that will be used to fulfill certain purposes. Every company that carries out business activities generally has inventory. Inventories are goods that are stored for use or sale at a future date or period. Inventory system has an important role in every company, especially those engaged in purchasing good. In the health sector there is such a thing as a drug storage information system which function to monitoring drug stock supplies within a certain period of time. This system will monitoring every drug transaction In & Out or Buy & Sell. Benefits of this system are to keep drug stock, to have full control over inventory, and to analyse and make decision for future achievement.

Abstract

Amusement Park is the perfect destination forall-ages with plenty of attractions for both families and thrill-seekers. To accommodate the various attractions, the park builtmust be huge. Because of those, the tourist may struggle to selectan attraction to ride, waiting hours in a long queue line, andgetting overwhelmed by exploring the enormous park. Everyamusement park all over the world is experiencing this issue,including Dunia Fantasi. This final project development aim tobuild an information system that amusement park tourists, inthis case, Dunia Fantasi, could use while touring the park. Theproject presents a tourist information system with a navigationsystem and queue line management system to help tourist enjoytheir experience in Dunia Fantasi to the fullest. In addition, theDunia Fantasi management will also benefited from bettercustomer satisfaction. The system will consist of attractionsdescription, estimated waiting time, Dufan map, the number ofcapacity available, and which attraction are available to ride.

Abstract

Copyright is needed by everyone. They can file a copyright for a work they own to the government. If the submitted work has received a certificate of ownership rights to the work, then every person copying the work that is already certified will get a fine as regulated in the Undang – Undang Nomer 28 Tahun 2004 on copyright. President University has a department that manages and processes copyrights submitted by lecturers, employees or students on campus. In the process, currently only using a manual process, namely by face to face to submit a copyright application form. Not only that, the LRPM, the copyright filing manager, still uses the storage system on his computer and this makes his computer easy to experience problems because too much data is stored. From here an idea is created that can help make the process run fast, doesn't take a long time and reduces the problems that exist in storing approved forms. This application can also help creator to see the progress of copyright submissions digitally and download e-certificate files digitally, as well as fill out submission forms digitally. This can also serve to reduce the use of existing paper. For LRPM, they can easily see the neatly arranged storage according to the time of submission without downloading the scanned form. Process form submissions quickly and can upload e-certificates in the submitting platform.

Abstract

As one of the largest manufacturing company in Indonesia, PT. XYZ employs thousands of workers and staff, this has led to PT. XYZ is responsible for organizing and recording these thousands of workers and staff from PT. XYZ. Therefore, the In-House clinic of PT. XYZ must have all medical facilities requested by PT. XYZ to monitor the health of its workers. Therefore, a good management must be implemented to record and report all medical activities. This thesis will discuss the development of a Medical Management System to manage several aspects of a medical activity and follow the business needs of the PT. XYZ. Some aspects that will be regulated by this system management are: medical activity records, medical result documents, and data reports. This Management System will help PT. XYZ from the aspects already mentioned.
