Abstract

The purpose of this study is todetermine the effectiveness of the quality of public health services at the Public Health Centerin Palembang with service indicators; tangibles, reliability , responsiveness, assurance andempathy. The research methodology based quantitative descriptive survey. The unit of analysis isa clinic in Palembang. Samples use purposive sampling method : 2 main public health centers,four public health centers in a center of Palembang city, and 2 public health centers in suburb ofPalembang. Samples are 721 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with fiveresponse categories in Likert Scale . The results showed that the quality of public health servicesin Palembang as perceived by the respondents is lower than what is expected of respondents(patients). The model used to improve the quality of health care in public health centers arestarting strengthen the chain of variable reliability, followed by empathy, responsiveness,assurance and tangibles.Keywords: quality of service, reliability, assurance, empathy, responsiveness

Abstract

Thisstudy aims to determine the model of policy implementation hometown conversion Hazy SalakMountain National Park in kelestaria environmental improvement and welfare of the community. Locations were taken in two villages namely indigenous villages and rural villages Kesepuhanregular administration Sukagalih village . Using research methods research study participationaction , where the data obtained with the aim of finding problems with new measures to solveproblems , and improve the employment situation . Data were collected from 30 imforman consistof the officers involved in the management and villagers elected GHSNP . Analysis of the datathrough qualitative analysis of the data obtained by the method of workshops , focus groups anddiaries ( log book ) . The results showed that the implementation of policies Conversion ModelKampung Salak Mountain National Park (MKK GHSNP) in improving the forest environmentand the welfare of society has not been effective . The main factor is the cause for differencesin the perception of the cultural values of the two communities on the concept of sample MKK.Keywords: policy implementation , conservation , reforestation , rehabilitation , participatoryobservation.

Abstract

This study aimsto determine the performance of services and the determinants of the services performance atRegional Water Company (PDAM) in Jepara Regency. The method used is a qualitative approach,and the data were collected by interview, observation and documentation. Analysis of the datausing the domain analysis techniques. The results showed that the performance of services atPDAM in Jepara are still low or less satisfactory. The deciding factor for poor performance ofservice, dominated by employees. The quantity of employee behaviours are less. Moreover, theirquality of the education level is not in accordance with the nature and type of positions assignedto the organization’s principal task at PDAM.Keywords: performance services, performance assesment, human resources, public service.

Abstract

The Implementation of Integrated Licensing Services. The purpose of the study is tofind an overview of the implementation of OSS, especially in Bangka Regency. The researchuses qualitative descriptive method. Then, The primary data are obtained from interviews andobservations, and the secondary data are obtained from the documents. The analysis of the datausing triangulation method. The results show that the commitment of the Bangka Regency headin implementing OSS is good, but the problem is found in terms of the functions of coordination.It arises as the impact of institutional forms. The impact of the pull of interests between thetwo institutions in the public service licensing can result in low confidence of the businessmenbureaucratic public service providers.Keywords: implementation, integrated public services, coordination
