Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the performance of Dinas Tenaga. Work andTransmigration in implementing the unemployment reduction program of Bogor City. Thetheory used to measure the performance of Disnakertrans in implementing unemploymentreduction program of Bogor City is the theory put forward by Dwiyanto (in Pasolong 2007)on bureaucratic performance measures. This theory says that there are 6 (six) indicatorssuch as productivity, quality, responsiveness, service, accountability, and responsibilitas.The method in this research using descriptive qualitative research method. Whilethe data analysis technique used is using Interactive model developed by Miles andHuberman (in Sugiyono 2010), which includes data reduction, display data, and conclusiondrawing / verivication data collection techniques used are interviews, direct observationand documentation. The informants that the researchers took were two types ofinformants, firstly some employees of Disnakertrans were considered to be involved in theprogram of reduction of unemployment rate and second was 2 participants who hadattended the program.The results of research on the performance of the Department of Manpower andTransmigration in implementing the program of reduction of unemployment rate in thecity of Bogor is good. Because so far, the Manpower has done everything possible inimplementing the existing program despite some obstacles. With this result, it is expectedthat the Manpower and Transmigration Office will be able to overcome the obstaclesexperienced and the better performance and reduce the unemployment rate in Bogor citytoday.Keywords: Performance, Bureaucratic Performance, Unemployment Program

Abstract

Factors affecting the achievement at the club include a lack of sports facilities, trainers, motivation, how to train, budget, moral support. It is no less important to note is the election strategy for football coaching at the club so that the Football Association of Bogor able to perform again.Barriers - barriers to the implementation of the Management Development of Football in the Club Football Association Bogor Based on information from the Head Chairman, Coach, and The Visitor Sport of the tabulation of data questionnaire found a number of factors which may be cited as barriers to the implementation of coaching in order to Management Coaching Football in Clubs Football Association of Bogor others as follows: (1) a lack or weakness of Infrastructures, funding and coaches in clubs PSB (2) for the factors inhibiting the Management coaching is that implementing Management coaching is still recognized the respondent adds to costs Athletes football this an interpretation of the scoring interpretation lowest figure with a score of 2:21 yangberarti Not Good. (1) Factors inhibiting Management coaching is a lack of facilities and infrastructure and completeness Sports fulfilled. (2) Inhibiting athletic performance is that the implementation of the guidance by Club Football Association Bogor weak in attention and meningatkan that athletes always achievement in football matches (3 ) efforts to solve the bottleneck problem and factor in coaching athletes football is by tersediannya facilities, infrastructure and completeness Sports fulfilled (4) efforts to address the problem of weak settlement of coaching athletes within the time set by Klub football Association of Bogor in reaching the champions necessary adannya additional fees for athletes who are able to earn achievements (champions) Keywords: Management, Development, Youth and Sports Office.

Abstract

Control of street vendors in Kebun Flower Market is still not optimal, it can be seen still occur kesemerawutan, untidiness and traffic congestion. Abstract

Public service is all types of activities the do by the central government and regional to meet all kinds of basic necessities or also in order to implement the act.Tax is making a major contribution to of the republic of indonesia this.Vehicle tax get better itself is tax are part types of taxes province that is occupied for their household needs their own province.Objectives of the study are aimed to know and to also analyzed the hour by hour a model that they are located in operation of samsat kota bogor it is also determine the influence of the quality of act to provide service for of community satisfaction tax payers in operation of samsat kota bogor.Was used in the study research methodology associative by the use of quantitative data .Data collection was carried out by means of observation , the interviews and also the spread of other of any economic indicators .Pengumpalan the data is provided by way of the population as many as 1450 and the research sample as many as 94 respondents in the present study.Of the study is such an amount for variables x 3.34 and belonging to the criteria for good enough . While for variables y got as much as 3.31 belonging to the criteria for good enough also .In the test correlation rank spearmen known such an amount 0.976 which means there is a correlation between extremely strong and positive varaibel x and y variables .While for the coefficient of determination obtained 95,2 % the figure of .It was discovered that the variable x contributed 95 % for variables y or customer satisfaction .Keyword: Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

The research aimed to know the implementation workload, the barriers of implementation workload and the efforts made in the implementation of the workload at the Branch Office Revenue Service Office of the Provincial Bogor City Region. Methods Used was survey research. The types of data used were the primary and secondary data. Primary data was collected by spreading questionnaire, and supported by the observations and interviews. The collection of secondary data sourced from documents, libraries and related writings. Sampling Technique: The research population amounted to 23 respondents in the Branch Office Revenue Service Office of Bogor City Region. on the workload analysis at the Office of Personnel Services Branch Office of the Provincial Revenue Bogor City Region can be concluded although there was a delay only requirements factor and completeness of the taxpayer that were less satisfied however, it did not affect the overall performance. The volume of work could be obtained information about the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization, and had the objective to the achievement of public service in minimizing the public complaints in particular taxpayer and effective working hours in work standards was a guide or guidance of each employee to complete the appropriate time in order to carry out tasks to provide certainty and clarity of the process and provide legal certainty to the public, especially taxpayers. Keywords: Workload, Work Volume, Norm of Effective Time and Effective Working Hours

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work rotation on employee performance RSUD Ciawi. The method used is the method of associative research, data collection in the form of observation, interview, and questionnaire. Sampling technique used in this research is Probability Sampling technique that is Simple Random Sampling. The correlation used in this study is Rank Spearman correlation, with the number of samples of 55 (fifty five) people. The results showed that the correlation between work rotation variables and employee performance variable was 0.490 in medium relations category, and significant. Significant means the correlation is significant at the level / level of 1%. In this study work rotation affect performance as much as 24.01%. Suggestions in this study that need to be improved again on the dimension of experience, rotation should be done based on the length of time and work experience, because the experience of employees will affect with the work of employees. And should be in the work rotation more tailored to the background of employees. Keywords: Job Rotation, Employee Performance, Structural Employee

Abstract

This research is based on time problem which has no certainty. in the House Unfulfilled House program in Bogor City there are still problems in terms of development, implementation that is not in accordance with the appropriate program. The purpose of this research is (1) To know the implementation and Program In Program House Not Eligible Hunidi Bogor City, (2) To know the inhibiting factors in the implementation of Program Housing Incomplete Bogor City, (3) Formulate the strategy of construction of Unfit House in Bogor city. This research uses qualitative method that is research that produce descriptive data in the form of oral or oral words from people and behavior that can be examined. The results of this study indicate that 1) Implementation and procedures in the program RUTILAHU In the city of Bogor, has not run well as in the development stage and community programs that are not evenly distributed and many homes that have not been realized in home improvement. 2) Unfit Housing Program in Bogor City that has not been equitable in terms of development, information and socialization and unfavorable process. 3) The formulation of the results of this study responsiveness in the needs of the people of Bogor City Government research results are sufficient to provide programs that can help the poor, one of which is RUTILAHU program. Keywords: Development Strategy, Inhabitable House, Slum Area.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of guidance and supervision in groundwater exploitation in the Technical Implementation Unit of the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources (UPTDESDM) West Java Province Service Area I Cianjur. With working areas including: Cianjur, Sukabumi, Sukabumi, Bogor, Bogor and Depok.According to Pratowo (2001) the success of groundwater management is highly dependent on supervisory and control functions, including coaching function. Ivancevich put forward a number of important points, namely, coaching is a systematic process to change the work behavior of a / group of employees in an effort to improve organizational performance. Georgr R.Terry (2006: 395) defines oversight as disseminating what has been done.  That is to evaluate work performance and if necessary apply corrective action action so that the result of work according to the plan has been determined. Business is the process, the way, the act of cultivating and organizing. Groundwater or so-called ground water is-water located beneath the soil surface in the zone or water-saturated layer. Methodology This research uses descriptive research design with qualitative approach method. The analyst unit in this research is in the form of individual / informant. The research informants were chosen by purposive sampling, while the technique technique used in this research are: Observation, Interview, and Documentation. Results and discussion: 1. Checking / analysis of groundwater quality, 2. Groundwater retrieval data, 3. Ground water tax, 4. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Discipline Supervision by the Agency (DLLAJ) towards public transportation driver in the city of Bogor, so  discipline of public transportation drivers in the city of Bogor can be achieved.                 Research method used in this study is associative correlation. The data used are primary and secondary data. Primary data are collected by distributing a questionnaire, and supported by the observations and interviews. Collection of secondary data sourced from documents, literature and related researchs. Research sample are 93 drivers from nine routes of public transportation that crosses main route (Padjajaran Road) and 55 officers of DLLAJ agency Bogor City.                 Based on the discussion can be concluded that the effect of supervision taken by Dinas LLAJ towards public transportation in the city of Bogor basically been implemented quite well. Based on the conclusion, the author recommend : DLLAJ officers must provide supervision continuosly, improve traffic infrastructure, especially at the point of congestion and hustle to immediately known root causes. For example, due to lack of traffic signs or in the absence of road markings (zebra crossing) so as to create traffic conditions that are safe, comfortable and smooth. Keywords: Supervision, Discipline, Public Transportation

Abstract

Posdaya Thematic Field Work Experience (KKN) is part of the learning activities undertaken by the students that aims to help empower people with emphasis on four aspects, namely education, health, environment, and the local economy. Through the program, the students may improve the quality of the family in building theirselves into a prosperous family, independent families, and families are able to face the challenges of the future better. As many as 160 students from seven faculties of Bogor Djuanda University the Posdaya Thematic KKN followed and implemented in District Ciawi and Megamendung for forty days, from 12 August to 20 September 2014. During this period, the students managed to establish 15 Posdaya and implement programs that include Education by providing tutoring, educational seminars, provision of libraries and the establishment of early childhood education. Health Sector perform Saturday Clean Program, Helping IHC Activity, Healthy Way, cultivation of Medicinal Plants. Economics training manufacture of food products, crafts, seminars manufacture Household Industrial Permit (IRT) and halal certification from MUI. Environmental Affairs held Agricultural Extension and Waste Management. Achievement of targets and outcomes of nearly 100 percent with the main obstacle is the lack of capital and lack of synergy between the public, private and local government.
