Abstract

Policy Implementation of the Magrib Mengaji Community Movement. This studyaims to determine the implementation of the movement of the Koran Maghreb movement inBangkinang District. The research informants consisted of Officials and Staff of the Ministry ofReligion of Kampar Regency, Kesra of Kampar District, Ulama and Community Stores. Data iscollected through interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis based onphenomenological philosophy that emphasizes verstehen. The results of this study indicate that theimplementation of the community movement policy to study is still there are several problemsincluding low supervision, low community participation. There is no clarity of sanctions for partieswho violate, uneven distribution of the budget. Implementation of Regional Regulations for theMovement of Magriby Community Religion is influenced by several factors, namely the policycontent factor where there is an interest from the target group, the type of benefits, the degree ofchange desired and the location of decision making and the community involved.

Abstract

Poverty, Innovation and Hope Family Program. This study aims to determine the Implementation of the Hope Family Program Policy Innovation in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency and to find out what are the supporting factors and inhibitors. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive method. Informants in this study were heads of social protection and security, district coordinators, district operators, social welfare officers, sub-district coordinators, social assistants, beneficiary families, independent bank employees. Techniques for collecting data using observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through stages, starting from data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of the family planning program policy innovations in Langgam District, Pelalawan Regency has not run optimally.

Abstract

Organizational Culture of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia Representative of Riau Province. This study aims to analyze the organizational culture of the Riau Ombudsman as well as institutionalizing tips for the Ombudsman organization to realize the cultural equality. Key informants to the head of the Riau ombudsman and ordinary informants were 10 assistants and 3 clients and 1 civil servant as treasurer from the Ombudsman. This type of research is descriptive. The method of analysis is a qualitative approach. Data analysis methods are reduction, clarification and conclusion. The results of the study found that there were several organizational cultures that developed and institutionalized the Riau Ombudsman institution in achieving its success, namely: mutual respect and mutual trust is the key to a tolerant personality between assistants at the Riau Ombudsman. The success of this organizational culture has occurred from the attitude of the leadership who has a personality of mutual respect and mutual respect between the leadership and between assistants and other staff. To develop and maintain the organizational culture of the Riau Ombudsman institution, there are special tips, namely making leaders as role models, making socialization about organizational culture and choosing job applicants with ethics that are in line with organizational culture.

Abstract

Implementation of Financial Online Reporting Policy. This study aims to find out analyzing the implementation of the on-line reporting policy with Presidential Decree number 20 of 2015 concerning the Evaluation and Supervision Team for the Realization of the State Revenue and Expenditure Budget and the Regional Budget and Budget. This type of research is qualitative. The research informants consisted of key informants, key informants and additions. Methods of data collection are interviews, observation and documentation. Based on the results of the study Implementation of this online reporting policy is still not optimal, as is the case with problems that are still not optimal policy goals and objectives in the sense that they have not been well socialized to all staff working in their fields, then the problem of budget constraints to finance all supporting facilities for this policy . Factors that hinder the implementation of the policy of implementing online reporting in the transportation agency of the Kampar district is that the objectivity is still low, the assessment is only for those who have the ability, while those who have worked long but the limited ability to understand finally they cannot do what they should do it.

Abstract

Employee Integrity in Providing Services. This study aims to determine the integrity of employees in service at the Head Office of the City of Pekanbaru Rumbai Pesisir. Type of qualitative research. Research informants were employees of the Head Office of the City of Pekanbaru Rumbai Pesisir. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is reduction, clarification and verification. The results of this study have not been wholeheartedly seen by employees in providing services, unfair employees in providing services, not yet responsive employees in serving the community, and not yet how employees keep their promises and are responsible for providing services.

Abstract

Work Motivation, Competence, Work Discipline, Leadership, and Employee Performance. This study aims to encourage work, competence, work discipline and leadership on employee performance in Rumbai District, Riau Pekanbaru City. The sampling method uses census sampling and sample transmission using an error rate of 5%. The author conducts research based on data collection techniques through questionnaires. The analysis of the data that I use is the quantification of data through multiple linear regression analysis with t test and partial test R2 and collecting data processed with the help of the SPSS 22.0 statistical program. The results of the study show partially and simultaneously that five variables have a positive effect on employee performance. In addition, it can be seen from where the R value of 0.965 and R2 of 0.924 or 92.4% of the dependent variable independent variables and 7.6% variables are influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Career Development, Competence, Leadership, Organizational Commitment and Performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of career development, competence and leadership on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in the Department of Industry and Trade of Riau Province. This study uses primary data using questionnaires, then processed by the path analysis method. The population is all employees of Industry and Trade in Riau Province as many as 220 people and samples taken 142 using Slovin formula. The results of this study are that competence and leadership statistically significantly affect organizational commitment. However, there is no significant relationship between career development and organizational commitment. Competence and leadership are statistically significant in influencing performance while career development and organizational commitment do not exist.
