Abstract

This study aims to determine the quality of service to patients using BPJS Kesehatan and to determine the inhibiting factors in providing quality service to patients using Class II BPJS Health who are in the Mawar Room of the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital, Riau Province. The method used in this research is mixed methods. Determination of respondents in the study using the census method where the number of respondents focused on inpatients using Class II BPJS Kesehatan in the Mawar Room. BPJS Kesehatan Class II participants became the focus of the study. Based on data obtained from the Regional General Hospital Arifin Achmad, Riau Province, it was found that there were 61 patients who were treated in the rose room, while for the research informants, 1 employee was the medical data processing coordinator, and 1 Hospital patient registration staff. The results showed that the quality of health services received by patients using BPJS Kesehatan Class II Mawar Room was considered good. This is illustrated by the 5 dimensions used in this study, namely: the reliability dimension, the responsiveness dimension, the assurance dimension, the empathy dimension, the tangibles dimension. Factors that hinder health services for the Arifin Achmad Regional General Hospital in Riau Province include System Factors, Procedures and Regulations, and Facility and Infrastructure Factors.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure in the implementation of Communication, Information and Education of Family Planning, both simultaneously and partially on the participation of fertile age couples (PUS) KB Long-Term Contraception Method (MKJP) in the City. Pekanbaru. This research type is a quantitative approach with survey methods and quantitative / statistical data analysis. Primary data collection through questionnaires to 35 respondents to the City Family Planning Extension Officer. Pekanbaru and secondary data through other data relating to the problem under study. The analysis method uses descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the help of the SPSS application. The results showed that simultaneously the variables of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure had a significant effect on the Participation of Fertile Age Couples in the Long-Term Contraception Method with a calculated f value (6.129)> f table (2.69) and the contribution of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 75.0%. With the remaining 25.0% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Abstract

Riau Province Government considered to be foremost in preparation and planning for the implementation of SDGs in Indonesia. However, SDGs is an United Nation policy introduced into Riau Province development planning, the concept of SDGs can be in accordance with the direction of development policies and can also be something foreign, contradictory or even become a burden in its implementation in the regions. This study aims to see how the process of integration and implementation of SDGs in regional development, especially poverty alleviation in Riau Province, also revealed what obstacles were faced by the Riau Province government. This a qualitative descriptive research methods by collecting information in various ways such as direct observation, document review, recording and through direct interviews with selected informants from Regional Services that deal with poverty alleviation in Riau Province. The results showed that there were 17 indicators in Riau Province's RPJMD that were in line with SDGs indicators, and as many as 15 SDGs indicators that could be proxied into RPJMD indicators, while 217 indicators were not in the RPJMD and needed to be developed. In the RAD SDGs of Riau Province in 2017-2019 4 targets and 26 poverty SDGs indicators have been set which are supported by various programs implemented by several relevant services and other non-government parties.

Abstract

Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Siak of Pekanbaru City as one of the government agencies in the form of Regionally-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) which has a type of service included in the service group of goods namely services included in the service group of goods namely services that produce as forms / types of goods, in this case is the supply of clean water. The purpose of this research is to find out how the quality of service of PDAM Tirta Siak of Pekanbaru City and the factors that inhibit it. The theory used is Zeithaml's theory that there are five dimensions to measure service quality: Tangible, Reliability, Responsiviness, Assurance, and Empathy. This study uses qualitative research with a phenomenological approach and the data needed both primary and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation techniques for subsequent analysis. The results of this study indicate that: first, the service quality of PDAM Tirta Siak of Pekanbaru City is still not fully optimal due to the discovery of several things that are not in accordance with quality service, only one indicator , namely Empathy which has been running properly because it can we see PDAM Tirta Siak has been maximized in terms of giving good empathy to its customers. While Tangible indicators, Reliability, Responsiveness, Assurance which can be concluded have not been implemented properly, because there are still conflicts with the Perda, vision and mission, and good SOPs. the factors that hinder the Quality of Service of the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Tirta Siak of Pekanbaru City, namely: Facilities and Infrastructure and human resources.

Abstract

In order to carry out this type of self-service market, there are many things that must be considered, not only planning but also how to make a design / shape that aims to maintain the self-service business, so that it is not only how the supermarket is able to provide various forms and types of goods needed.Provide input to supermarket managers on aspects related to the marketing mix and customer loyalty that must be addressed based on the priority scale in order to encourage customer satisfaction levels and sales turnover growth.Based on the test results, it is known that the marketing mix has a positive effect on consumer loyalty, meaning that any increase in the marketing mix will increase consumer loyalty. If there is a decrease in the marketing mix, consumer loyalty will decrease. This is reinforced and supported by the sig value. smaller than the alpha value, namely 0.040 <0.05, it means that the marketing mix has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. Furthermore, it can be seen that the results of t count is greater than t table, namely 2,795> 2,021, meaning that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So this shows that the marketing mix in Pepsi Jaya Supermarkets has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty. The results of this study are supported by empirical evidence from previous research researched by Ocky Dwi Putranto (2016). The results of this study indicate that the retail marketing mix has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty at Lenmarc Mall Surabaya.
