Abstract

In this study, researchers drew on the performance of SME employees in Bandung City during the pandemic. At Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Bandung, where employees use information and communication technology that is incompatible with their function, such as skills in applying computer and internet-based information and communication technology. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of information technology on the performance of SMEs in Bandung. The method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach using one variable. The data analysis used in this study was carried out by means of validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumptions (consisting of normality tests and heteroscedasticity tests), simple linear regression analysis, and simple correlation. The data methods used were questionnaires and literature study. The results showed that the variables of information and communication technology had an effect on the performance of SMEs.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the efforts and steps taken by entrepreneurs, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that can be applied to improving marketing performance during the Covid-19 period. Based on the results of this study, it can provide a broad understanding of strategy and innovation and development that can be taken into consideration for research on the needs of MSME consumers in Bandung during the COVID-19 period. This research identifies problems faced by culinary MSMEs during the COVID-19 Pandemic and analyzes them using quantitative descriptive methods operated using SPSS 24 then formulates strategic models, innovations, and developments that need to be done to overcome the impact of COVID-19 which then will be the results of this research. The weaknesses faced by MSMEs in increasing business capabilities are very complex, coupled with the current environmental conditions which make it very possible for MSMEs to experience losses or bankruptcy. MSMEs here are required to always look for new ways, opportunities, or other alternatives that can be done to maintain their business and sales.

Abstract

Human resources are the driving force of the organization to achieve effective and efficient goals. To improve the organization's ability to face increasingly fierce business competition, it requires the ability of human resources that can compete. However, what is still an obstacle in human resources is employee performance. Generally, the service and manufacturing sectors face employee performance problems. PT XYZ is a garment company that produces baby equipment from the fabric manufacturing process to the distribution of finished goods. The high workload occurred in the sales division which was evident from the results of the performance assessment from year to year which decreased by approximately 10%. Not to mention the complaint of lack of time to be with family because of work. The researcher used a quantitative descriptive method which was tested on 114 respondents using a simple random sampling technique. It was found that there was a weak correlation. The contribution value of Workload to employee performance is 15% and the other 85% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of e-service quality on customer loyalty with satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population of this research is DANA users who have accessed and made transactions using DANA with a sample of 163 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire with the validity and reliability test stages first. Data were analyzed using path analysis. The results of this study indicate that e-service quality affects DANA customer satisfaction, e-service quality affects DANA customer loyalty, customer satisfaction affects DANA customer loyalty, and customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between e-service quality and DANA customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research is a literature research that aims to find out and analyze how Islamic leadership in the public sector, for the realization of a trustworthy and responsible governance. This research is a qualitative research that is library research which uses books and other literatures as the main object. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Islamic leadership in the public sector was closely related to the figure of the Prophet Muhammad Saw. which is reflected in the traits: shiddiq, amanah, fathonah, tablig, wasathan, istiqomah in carrying out the wheels of leadership. Leaders have the overall task of running the wheels of their organization in order to create governance that is able to create security and comfort for all those they lead.

Abstract

During the COVID-19 pandemic, the number of Shopee and Tiktok users increased. Users use the Tiktok application as a source of information about the products they will buy on Shopee e-commerce. Therefore, this study aims to examine the effect of electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on online consumer buying interest. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method using a questionnaire measuring instrument. A total of 116 TikTok and Shopee users in the Greater Bandung area were involved in this study. Furthermore, data analysis using the SPSS v.26 application checks the validity and reliability tests, normality, and simple regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that electronic word of mouth (eWOM) has a positive and significant influence on online consumer buying interest.
