Abstract

SDN Sitanggal 04 is one of the schools in Sitanggal Village, which is located very strategically because it is directly opposite the provincial road which is used by many public transportations. The school is also not too far from a large and busy traditional market and close to places for shopping and family recreation, so the health condition of the school's environment is very vulnerable. Therefore, the attitude of caring for the environment must be applied from an early age. One of them is through the cultivation of family medicinal plants (TOGA) in the school environment. The purpose of this service is to foster an attitude of caring for the environment in students, create a healthy school environment, provide insight and skills to students about family medicinal plants (TOGA) and how to grow them. The method used is Participatory Action Research (PAR). The results of this service show that the attitude of caring for the environment, the insights and skills of students at SDN Sitanggal 04 are increasing regarding family medicinal plants (TOGA) and their planting.

Abstract

Children with Special Needs in inclusive schools in Tegal City, especially at the junior high school level, are currently only present in two schools: SMPN 9 and SMPN 5. There are 9 children with special needs at SMPN 9 and 3 children with special needs at SMPN 5, all of whom require assistance in their learning processes. However, in practice, they have not received optimal support due to a lack of specialized human resources in the field. As a result, these students are still provided services similar to those given to normal children, which significantly hinders their learning development in school. Based on the results of the Special Needs Child Assistance activities in Inclusive Schools in Tegal City, especially at SMPN 5 and SMPN 9 Tegal City, there have been changes in social levels, particularly an increase in self-confidence. The learning difficulties experienced have shown improvement, with children starting to complete their tasks well, writing becoming more organized, and being able to speak coherently and manage their emotions. The findings of this activity indicate that special needs children require assistance activities to enhance their development, especially in learning. However, the weakness of this activity is that special needs children in inclusive schools in Tegal City, specifically at SMPN 5 and SMPN 9 Tegal City, still need to be accompanied by special teachers, but in reality, the human resources available in those schools are lacking.

Abstract

The rapid development of technology in Indonesia has changed the way of life in many aspects, including the financial sector. Financial technology (fintech) is one of the technological developments that has the potential to increase the productivity and efficiency of micro, small, and medium enterprises. (UMKM). SMEs play an important role in the Indonesian economy, contributing 60.5% to GDP and 96.9% to the national workforce. However, MSMEs face challenges in adopting digital financial technology due to a lack of digital skills and knowledge in accounting practices. To address this challenge, training programs on financial management systems, including accounting software applications, can be developed to help SMEs manage their finances effectively. Klubanostic UMKM Brebes, a community of MSMEs producing various types of products, faces similar challenges. By practicing with accounting software applications, SMEs can improve their accounting practices, which will contribute to the growth of their business. Fintech is a dynamic concept that brings about a paradigm shift in the financial and business sectors, with the potential to offer efficiency, cost reduction, process improvement, speed, flexibility, and innovation for SMEs.

Abstract

Munjungagung Village is one of the villages bordering the northern coast of Java. Being located in a coastal area makes Munjungagung Village rich in marine fishery resource potential. The potential fishery resources are mostly generated by capture fisheries. In addition to fishery and marine resource potential, Munjungagung Village also has potential for marine tourism and a conservation area in the Jeruk Reef region. To support the fishery and marine sectors, Munjungagung Village has fishery infrastructure in the form of the PPP Larangan coastal fishery port, the PPI Larangan fish landing base, and the TPI Larangan fish auction site. As an area bordering the coastal region, Munjungagung Village also has a marine tourism attraction, namely the Larangan Beach. The catch of fish by the fishermen is very abundant, including anchovies. Anchovies are one of the quite potential fishery products in Munjungagung Village, Kramat District, Tegal Regency. However, in its utilization, fishermen only sell anchovies in wet form. Through community empowerment activities, mothers can diversify processed anchovy products by making a pizza called "Anchovies Pizza." One of the strategies that can be implemented in empowering the coastal community of Munjungagung Village is through the optimization of fishery products based on anchovies. Anchovy products can be optimized, one of which is by making "Anchovies Pizza." Through an economic-based approach for the coastal community, especially among mothers, it is hoped that the economic status of the coastal community can be improved.
