Abstract

This article discusses village transformation through the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) concept with a focus on tackling digital crime, stunting, and increasing religiosity. In this context, the village integrates digital approaches in education and waste management as part of sustainable development efforts. Tackling digital crime is done through community socialization and education on cyber threats, while health and nutrition programs are implemented to address stunting. In addition, increased religiosity is achieved through education at the Qur'anic Education Park (TPA) by utilizing technology to strengthen religious values. Effective waste management is also part of the initiative to maintain environmental health and quality of life. This article examines the impact of this transformation on the village community and how the synergy between technology, health, education and religiosity can support the overall achievement of the SDGs.

The Manbaul Iman Prayer Room in Tegal City faces obstacles in managing qurban savings which are still done manually, often causing recording errors and delays in reporting. Therefore, this community service topic was chosen to introduce innovation through the development of the Qurban Savings Application (TAQUR) to improve the quality of qurban fund management at DKM Musholla Manbaul Iman. The aim of this service is to improve digital literacy and the skills of DKM managers in using information technology through implementing the TAQUR application. The methods used include needs analysis, design, development and application implementation, followed by digital literacy training for 10 DKM managers. The results of the activity showed an increase in managers' hard skills in using applications by 75%, as well as an increase in soft skills in financial management by 60%. From an economic perspective, there has been an increase in transparency accompanied by an increase in the amount of Qurban savings by 40%. The results of this service are important because they show that technological innovation can increase efficiency and trust in the management of Qurban funds, so it is worthy of being used as a model for other DKM.

Abstract

Citra Collection MSME is a business engaged in the production of ecoprint fabric. This MSME was established in 2017 by Retno Wulansari. It produces clothes, bags, shoes, and wedding or seminar accessories using fabrics and leather that have been ecoprinted. The demand for ecoprint fabric products is very good, and sales volume has increased. However, some consumers are particular about the ecoprint results, particularly the quality issues, such as wrinkles and color fading. The company also faces difficulties in increasing its boiling capacity due to the limited design of its equipment. So far, the company has been using a meatball pot (manci bakso) for the ecoprint boiling process. Seeing these issues, this community service aims to help improve the quality of ecoprint products and enhance the production process. The method used in this community service is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. The PAR method involves the business or MSME from the start, with the hope of delivering targeted and effective results. By implementing APEc_3, the company is able to increase production capacity. This tool can process 30 pieces of fabric in one boiling session. The use of a roll made from stainless steel material helps eliminate wrinkles and prevent color fading, which has always been a problem with the 'manci bakso' equipment.
