Abstract

Tunneling is the process of packaging data sent by other protocols in a network. Point to point over Ethernet (PPPOE) andSecure Socket Tunneling Protocol (SSTP) are protocols that function or are designed to carry out tunneling processes. Datasecurity in this case is a top priority, with the encapsulation and authentication process making tunnels one of the many waysto secure data in a network. Besides security, network performance is something that must be considered in providing goodservices. In the process of testing the performance of PPPOE and SSTP using the Quality of Service method, it can beconcluded that SSTP is better in the parameters of Througput, Delay, and Jitter while PPPOE is better in Packet Loss. In thesecurity testing phase, both protocols have encapsulated data packets sent over an http-based web.

Abstract

Public transportation is a major part of developing an advanced and modern city. Progress in public transportation is needed to be planned and realized to deal with the development of the city together with population and economic growth. The use of the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation is not in line with the development and progress of the City of Pekanbaru, which wants to be a smart city, where the role of the Internet of Things (IoT) needs to be realized in building smart cities and currently the use of the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus in Pekanbaru is still becoming a problem. it needs to be resolved like the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus lane which still uses a shared lane which causes congestion and lack of good trafic regulations. Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation is still weak in terms of arrival and departure times. Trans metro Pekanbaru has not yet been integrated in a system that can be monitored centrally through the application of an application system based on the Global Positioning System (GPS). To overcome this problem, it is necessary to have the Trans Metro Pekanbaru bus transportation in the form of a prototype line follower robot which is a solution to overcome this problem. The purpose of this research is to make the line follower robot as a trans-metro silmulation bus for Pekanbaru become a smart city that is able to serve and facilitate the public's need for public transportation towards the industrial revolution 4.0. Line follower robot is a robot that works by following a line in the form of a road such as a traf ic lane, where the robot works using photodiode sensors and ultrasonic sensors as proximity sensors so that it stops automatically at every stop or place where passengers rise and fall. Line follower robots are automatically controlled so programming code and fuzzy algorithms are needed. Line follower robots are also equipped with Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) to determine passenger conditions.

Abstract

Purpose of this study is to test the accuracy of ear, nose and throat (ENT) diseases with an expert system. The expert system is designed to help people make early detection of illnesses so that the possibility of delay in treatment can be minimized. The method used is Naive Bayes with Forward Chaining Inference for 14 types of diseases with 42 symptoms originating from ENT specialists. The method was tested on 25 patients who used an expert system and adjusted the results of expert diagnoses. The test results are influenced by the number of symptoms, so that the accuracy obtained is only 88%. So this research is needed to be further developed to find a more reliable expert system in diagnosing ENT diseases.

Abstract

Expert systems (expert systems) in general is trying to adopt a system of human knowledge into a computer, so the computer can resolve the problem as was done by the experts. Or in other words, the expert system is a system designed and implemented with the help of a specific programming language to be able to resolve the problem as done by experts. In this case I tried to implement an expert system to diagnose sexually transmitted disease from the symptoms and the causes of Sexually Transmitted Disease. The purpose of this paper is to build a knowledge-based system on Sexually Transmitted Disease using backward chaining method that will be displayed in the form of a website using PHP programming and MySQL database.

Abstract

West Sumatra is an area in Indonesia that has many Creative Industries, this is the reason the government places representatives of the Ministry of Creative Industries in this region. This is done to foster, oversee and develop the Creative Industries that exist today. The Creative Industries that exist today are very diverse there are 15 fields that are very potential to be developed in Indonesia, Advertising (Advertising), Architecture, Art Goods Market, Crafts (Craf), Design, Video, Film, Photography, Interactive Games (Games), Music , Performing Arts (Showbiz), Publishing and Printing, Computer and Software Services, Television and Radio (Broadcasting), Research and Development (R&D), Culinary. Of the 15 creative industries in Indonesia for the West Sumatra region there are 9 sub-sectors of potential creative industries, namely, fashion, culinary, handicraft, music, performing arts, photography, design, animation, and film, but not all creative industry sectors it is developing so that it has an impact on the marketing of its products. For this reason, it is necessary to analyze and develop the marketing of creative industries in West Sumatra that prioritizes the concept of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) so that marketing concepts that have the potential to increase marketing of creative industry products will be known. Especially now that the Provincial Government is developing the Halal Tourism Industry, of course in this field there a re very many opportunities for the development of the Creative Industries

Abstract

Padang city as we know it is a tourist city which is a lot of tourist destinations of both domestic and foreign tourists. Therefore, more than 50% of the people of Padang city choose to trade as the basis of their lives. But now as technology develops, people are more dominant or want everything to be easy. Including for shopping. In a very large number of MSMEs that have not been touched by the community. Therefore, with technology, the sales system that was previously done traditionally can be input in an integrated system. Market Place is a form of modern market today. Does not need a place but can accommodate all SMEs in the city of Padang. With this Market Place, it is expected that the community can reach out to the Padang city MSMEs even further and the sales and promotion systems of these MSME products can be spread more widely and make the revenue generated from the sales of MSMEs be increased and maximum again and the management of the sales system can be well managed. With this marketplace application, it is expected that MSME entrepreneurs who do not have a permanent place can increase their income. There are at least 88.8 percent contributing to economic growth in Southeast Asia. Abstract

This study aims to map the earthquake prone areas, and identify the nearest alternative route for evacuation of earthquake victims in Singkarak District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra. This research method was conducted with descriptive methods that analyzed by GIS (Geographic Information System) based on intensity scale (MMI). The results of this study stated that 90% of villages in Singkarak District had a high earthquake intensity, with an acceleration of the land surface of more than 0.34 g. For evacuation areas can be directed away from areas with steep cliffs and areas close to high buildings and should be directed in the direction close to Lake Singkarak, because the area around this has a low earthquake risk with earthquake acceleration of only 0.1 g.

Abstract

Expert systems are widely used in various types of fields, one of which is in the field of animal husbandry. The number of chicken farms that appear is not comparable with information and knowledge about raising chickens, so dependence on experts is the only solution in handling chicken disease problems. Expert systems can be a solution to problems that arise in terms of handling chicken disease. Expert systems that are built using the forward chaining method can work like an expert who can deduce the problem from the symptoms given. With the existence of an expert system, dependence on experts is no longer a solution in dealing with the problem of chicken disease, because ordinary people can also provide action like an expert.

Abstract

Fuzzy logic is considered capable of mapping input into output without ignoring existing factors. Fuzzy logic is very flexible and tolerant of existing data. By using fuzzy logic, a model will be produced from a system that is able to estimate the perceptions of immigrants to local wisdom. The factors that influence the determination of immigrants' perceptions of local wisdom with fuzzy logic are the attitude of immigrant communities. Society's socio-cultural life is shown by the many links to other social life, such as ideology, lifestyle, and economy. This means that changes in one socio-cultural life will affect other social and cultural lives. Therefore this system is made so that the public can know, study and examine the variety of local wisdom, examine the role of indigenous and immigrant people in preserving local wisdom and study the strategies of indigenous and immigrant populations in limiting conflict and so on by applying fuzzy mamdani methods that are expected to provide decisions good in responding to the perceptions of immigrants towards local wisdom in West Kinali Pasaman.
