Abstract

The research purpose is to find out about people satisfaction level to public service at Kedungkandang sub-district Malang city.   Analysis technique used in this research is tabulation analysis and public satisfaction Index  or analysis of all research data result. For the ten indicators in tabulation equation analysis, there found nine indicator stated that public satisfaction is quite enough, while one indicator stated that public satisfaction of public service is very satisfied. While for public satisfaction Index  analysis, there found overall index value found index number 66.12, so that public satisfaction in Kedungkandang sub-district  viewed from all indicators in public service stated quite satisfied but close to satisfaction index less satisfied because of convection result of public satisfaction Index value.

Abstract

Regional economic growth is expressed in the Gross Domestic Regional Product is a good indicator in analyzing the economic conditions of a region. East Java is a province with high regional economic growth. This is supported by adequate government spending, labor, and local revenue. In terms of government expenditure that always experienced increase, indicating more activities financed by the government budget so that the expected multiplier effect is also greater. On the other side of the labor force, East Java has great potential, 19, 36 million people by 2015. Finally, in terms of Original Local Government Revenue, in 2015 the percentage of realization of Original Local Government Revenue East Java is even able to exceed the percentage of realization of state revenues derived from taxes. This study aims to determine the effect of government spending, labor, and Original Local Government Revenue  on regional economic growth in 38 districts / cities in the Province of East Java period 2010-2015. Using panel data analysis, it was found that government spending, labor, and Original Local Government Revenue variables were positively and significantly influenced regional economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to detect national income variable influence, credit rate of interest level and domestic investment previous period towards domestic investment with detects which variable that has influence dominantest towards domestic investment. Method which is used in this researcd is double linear regression PArtisl Adjustement Model used for perceiving short-range and long-range responsivenees from dependent variable to one changed unit of independent variable value. After conducted by t-test known that national income and previous period of the domestic investment individually having influence significantly to the level domestic investment. But credit rate of interest level individually not having influence significantly to the level domestic investment. The influence variable to the level of domestic investment is the level of previous period domestic investment model because analysis model that used is adjustment of partial model. Outside independent variable, in the reality variabel that influencing to the level of domestic investment is national income.

Abstract

The objective of this study was to investigate the effects of capital and labor in both small and medium industries of classic batik entrepreneurs in Margorejo Village, Kerek District, Tuban. The result of multiple linear regression analysis shows that: Y = -6.286474 + 0.695922 1.260502 X1 + X2. Regression coefficient of 0921 states the influence of the amount of labor (X1) and capital (X2) on the production of batik per month (Y), meaning amount of labor (X1) and capital (X2). While the rest of 7.80% is determinaned by factors beyond the studied variables

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of foreign investment and domestic investment directly to employment opportunities. To analyze the effect of foreign investment and domestic investment directly to unemployment. To analyze the effect of foreign investment and domestic investment indirectly to employment opportunities. To analyze the effect of foreign investment and domestic investment indirectly to unemployment. To analyze the effect of employment opportunities directly to unemployment. In order to test the hypothesis analysis the authors use analytical tools path analysis using SPSS 19. The data used in this study is the data per foreign investment, domestic investment, employment opportunities and unemployment in 2002-2011. The results show that two is a direct influence between foreign investment and domestic investment to employment opportunities and unemployment in East Kalimantan, and The results show that two is a indirect influence between foreign investment and domestic investment to employment opportunities and unemployment in East Kalimantan

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the village building index in the development of village in Kuala sub-district of Nagan Raya regency. This research is descriptive qualitative and quantitative. The object of this study is 17 villages in the region of Kuala sub-district, while the data used in this study is sourced from primary and secondary data derived from document review, observation, FGD, and interviews from 2015 to 2017. Data analysis technique using descriptive analysis in the form of tables and diagrams, while the quantitative analysis using multiple regression test with the dependent variable percentage of village fund accumulation 2015-2017, independent variables are Environmental Sensitivity Index, Economic Conditions Index, Healthy Family Index and Village Building Index. The results showed that the analysis of the use of village funds for development in Kuala sub-district positively influence. Then with the development of village infrastructure and empowerment, the status of villages in the region of Kuala sub-district increased with an average developing status of 71 percent and advanced village status of 23 percent.

Abstract

This research tries to know factor that regard industrial labour absorption manufacturing outgrows and intermediate on regency / city at Javanese East. With insert free variable total industrial pay, industrial raw material, total manufacturing industrial enterprise and manufacturing industry production is gotten usufructs that variable fourth that free signifikan's ala having for to labouring absorption on industrial manufacturing with determinant coefficient R2  as big as 94,8% on zoom glosses over 5%.

Abstract

This paper discusses the importance of pension fund which is a non-banking financial institution that has Perana in promoting economic growth and the welfare of workers in the retirement age and its benefits to eksistensu SMEs in the face of the Asean Economic Community (AEC). The purpose of this study to see the importance of the pension fund for workers during the later retirement age and the need for pension funds to the survival of SMEs in the face of the Asean Economic Community (AEC). The results explain that the role of pension funds are expected not just those given priority to the final target is to meet the needs of the current workforce entry age pension which is more widely used in the activities of a consumptive but expected the pension fund can be used not only by the participant retires but family members as well can be used for activities - activities such as setting up operations without having to wait for the parties concerned entered the retirement age. So with demikan welfare pension fund participants and families will be more prosperous and productive. It is then hoped all companies or small-scale industry should have a medium or large and obliging each program tenagakerjanya have pension funds to avoid terjadniya mobilization of human resources to a foreign company at the time of entering the MEA 2015. With the increased prosperity that it offered by domestic perusaaahn one of them by giving progam pensions to workers expected the existence and well-being of the workforce will increase.

Abstract

The intention of this research are 1) To know how pattern consume society of malang city after the increase of price foodstuff? 2) How pattern consume society of malang city after increase of price of food-stuff compared to previously? and 3) Whether difference of pattern consume society of malang city before and hereafter the increase of price food-stuff? From result of research indicate that there is no change meaning to consume rice and soy (tempe/tofu) before and also after existence of increase of price. This matter give indication that consumption of rice and soy(tempe/tofu) of society is not affected by change (increase of price) remember that rice and soy (tempe/tofu) represent fundamental requisites. As suggestion for the government is shall the stock of soy and rice have to be taken care of don't be scarce in marketing. Rare of soy and rice (tempe/tofu) is disaster for society. For the government is obliged to control price so that did not be heavy against for the society especially the impecunious society.

Following writing will try to work through how relationship among accepting region taxes and region retribution to PAD'S step-up by use of approaching Error Correction Model( ECM) by use of annual data begins year 1990 until years 2010. It utilizes error correction's approaching with consideration that this model feels equal to word relationship among variable one is analyzed well that in the short term and also on a long term.
