The research method used is case study, with data taking through document studies, literature study and indepth interviews on zakah and tax practitioners in Bekasi and Jakarta. Zakah as a tax credit is a policy that can directly reduce the amount of tax payable. The result of integration of analysis found that the tax credit from zakah can increase the acceptance in zalcat sector and tax, compared if zakah only as cost or as deductible of taxable income. Zakah as a means of tax payment control can recruit muzaki to enter groups paying zakah as well as taxes, without causing double burden for the Moslem population. The policy is in line with PSAK 101, where zakah is not involved in the income statement. The policy also helps the role of the state to allocate funds specifically to the poor in accordance with the mandate of the 1945 Constitution, which is not found in the provisions on tax allocations.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to know the influence of the land area and the amount of sugar cane plantation labor in the plantation in East Java province year 2011-2015 and analysis whether there is a difference between production of Kabupaten/Kota cane producer on a plantation in East Java province year 2011-2015. Analysis tool used is a panel data regression then do hypothesis testing with F-test, t-test, and the coefficient of Determination () on error rate α = 5%.The results of the regression analysis of the data panel with the selected model is a Random Effect Model showed that the land area of influential labor and significantly to the amount of production value of each 0.97 to land area and 0.04 for amount of labor. While the value of the coefficient of determination () is 0.99 or 99%, this indicates that the ability of the variable land area and the amount of labor in explaining the amount of production of 99%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the driving factors of the formation of new autonomous regions in Indonesia during the reformation era and its impact on state finance. This study is a policy study by collecting data and then analyzing it into a conclusion and recommendation. This type of study is a literature study with the method used is descriptive qualitative method. The results of the study show that since the reform era, the formation of a new autonomous region has been very massive. If calculated on average from 1999 to 2014, each year the new regions increase by 13 regions per year. The formation of the new autonomous regions requires considerable preparation and costs, starting from the initial formation to the implementation. In addition, in general the new autonomous regions show higher fiscal dependencies than the old regions. Thus, it can be stated that the establishment of the new autonomous regions has caused pressure on the state finances due to the large amount of funds that must be transferred to new regions.

Abstract

Regional economy explains that there is an urban hierarchical relationship, cities that have higher hierarchy will serve cities that are below it as well as cities that are in hierarchy under supplying cities that are in the hierarchy above them, so there is a gravitational relationship between the two. This study aims to determine the gravitational relationship of Medan city to the hinterland of the city of Binjai. Furthermore, this study also wants to explain its influence on economic growth in both cities. This study uses time series data from 1990-2016, taken from North Sumatera BPS test equipment and analysis tools used are descriptive statistics, gravity models, unit root test, co-integration test, optimal lag, VECM, granger causality test, impulse response function and variance decomposition. The results showed that the city of Medan has a gravity style greater than the gravitational style of the city of Binjai. This is because the city of Medan has a larger area, population, income per capita compared to the city of Binjai. The VECM estimation results show that the gravitational variable in the city of Binjai in lag -1 and lag-2 has a positive and significant effect on the economy of Medan city with a confidence level of 95%. Then the economic variable of the city of Binjai itself in lag-1, the population of the city of Medan in lag-2 and the gravity of the city of Medan in lag-2 had a positive and significant effect on the economy of Binjai city with a confidence level of 95%. While the variable population of Binjai city in lag -1 and residents of the city of Medan in lag -1 negatively affected the economy of Binjai city with a confidence level of 95%.
