Abstract

Keywords: Accounting, Business, Clusterization, UMKM, Unsupervised, Neural Networks, SOM-Kohonen.

Abstract

Advances in technology cause a lot of damage to the environment and cultural shifts in society. This condition requires learning to integrate technology with the environment and society. Society-based industrial era 4.0 towards 5.0 studying and technology must pay attention to the preservation of nature and culture in society. The approach that fits this mandate is SETS (science, environment, technology, and society). The SETS approach can be applied in various media, methods and learning models. One of them is a science comic for junior high school that has included the SETS component in its material. This research is a qualitative descriptive study about the relationship between SETS components in junior high school science comics. The instruments in this study were data cards and operational definitions. The data in this study are in the form of words, language, pictures, and behavior that show the representation of the SETS components. The analysis results show that all SETS components have been represented in the science comics. SETS which is integrated into the learning process is expected to improve the quality of students in facing an increasingly advanced industrial era but still environmentally friendly.

Abstract

This essay aims at comparing and contrasting the English and Javanese with respect to the sound inventories completed. Based on Maddieson’s research (cited in Aronoff & Ress-Miller 2003, p. 183) there are between six and 95 consonants and between three and 46 vowels in a language. While English has 24 consonants and 12 vowels (Fromkin et al. 2008, p. 216) and Javanese has 23 consonants and 6 vowels (Ager 2009; Wedhawati & Arifin 2006, p. 65).  In sum, the sound the English and Javanese inventories are both similar and different in several respects to how their consonants and vowels are produced and where in the mouth they are produced. Additionally, by comparing two languages, it can be seen that some sounds exist in one language but does not exist in another.

Abstract

In early 2020, the outbreak spread in the world. In response to this emergency condition, the world's higher education institutions have been forced to resort to e-learning and digital tools. This study was conducted to find out the students’ responses to resources and activity e-learning. The sample was composed of 37 students. The data were collected by questionnaire and analyzed by mean score and Likert scale. Using ideal normal standards for the various data above, it can be concluded that the student response to e-learning used at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa can be described as follows for the student response indicator to the resources in e-learning, has 4.1 mean scores, it can be concluded that students assess resources in e-learning are considered good. Then, the activities in e-learning have a mean score of 3.8. This indicates that it is in a fair category.
