Abstract

This paper aims to present an economic jurisprudence perspective on social justice in the Indonesian context. The study was conducted using a library research approach. The study suggests that to reduce social inequality in Indonesia, an alternative perspective is needed. Because for almost 8 decades, Indonesia has not found a bright spot in terms of alleviating social inequality. An Islamic economic approach that is conceptually aligned with the ideological values of Pancasila, can be an alternative solution to overcome social inequality in Indonesia. An Islamic economic approach that upholds ethical and moral spiritual values of social justice can go hand in hand with the concept of a just economy which is the spirit of Pancasila.   Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengemukakan perspektif fikih ekonomi tentang keadilan sosial dalam konteks Indonesia. Kajian dilakukan dengan pendekatan library research. Kajian mengemukakan bahwa bahwa untuk mengentas kesenjangan sosial di Indonesia, diperlukan perspektif alternatif. Karena hampir 8 dekade Indonesia belum menemukan titik terang dalam hal pengentasan kesenjangan sosial. Pendekatan ekonomi Islam yang secara konseptual selaras dengan dengan nilai-nilai ideologi Pancasila, dapat menjadi solusi alternatif untuk mengatasi kesenjangan sosial di Indonesia. Pendekatan ekonomi Islam yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai etis dan moral spiritual keadilan sosial dapat berjalan beriringan dengan konsep ekonomi berkeadilan yang menjadi semangat Pancasila.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style on organizational commitment through partial or simultaneous communication. This type of research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach method. The sample of this study were 32 employees who were taken by total sampling technique. The analysis tool used is Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership style and organizational commitment. there is a positive and significant influence between transformational leadership styles on communication. there is a positive but not significant effect between communication on organizational commitment. on organizational commitment mediated by communication has a positive but not significant effect. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap komitmen organisasional melalui komunikasi secara parsial maupun simultan. Jenis penelian ini penelitian menggunakan jenis explanatory research dengan metode pendekatan kuantitaif. Sampel dari penelitian ini sebanyak 32 karyawan yang diambil dengan Teknik total sampling. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Smart PLS (Partial Least Squares). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komitmen organisasional. terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap komunikasi.  terdapat pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan antara komunikasi terhadap komitmen organisasional. terhadap komitmen organisasi di mediasi oleh komunikasi memiliki pengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan.

Abstract

Research on the effect of perceived value on customer loyalty have not shown consistent results. Research in different products provides different conclusions. So, it is necessary to re-research various product fields to test the relationship between these concepts. This study aims to examine the relationship between perceived value and loyalty mediated by the variable consumer satisfaction in skincare products. The skincare product in question is Scarlet, which currently has the largest market share in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative data analysis. The sample was selected by probability sampling technique with a total sample of 100 people. Hypothesis testing is done by path analysis. Research finds that: (1) perceived value has a significant effect on loyalty. (2) perceived value has a significant influence on customer satisfaction. (3) satisfaction has a significant influence on customer loyalty. (4) Consumer satisfaction mediates the relationship between perceived value and consumer loyalty.

Abstract

The function of pesantren besides education and da'wah is community empowerment. One of the implementations of the empowerment function is the role of Pesantren in increasing Sociopreneurship in the community around the pesantren. So, this study suggests the role of pesantren in increasing the Sociopreneurship of the Islamic Boarding School Community in Palembang City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and field research methods. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, and interviews by distributing 30 questionnaires to pesantren administrators and local communities. The study found that social entrepreneurship in pesantren is carried out by providing students with the skills to run a business and collaborate with SMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) to develop businesses. Pesantren also provides economic assistance to socioeconomically disadvantaged populations. The development of Sociopreunership carried out by pesantren has a positive impact on the community around the pesantren, especially in improvement an living standards.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of unemployment and economic growth on the Human Development Index in Bojonegoro. The research design used is associative descriptive quantitative. The data source for this research is secondary data in the form of data tables for 2006 – 2020 obtained from the Bojonegoro Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS). The technique of determining the sample using the judgment sampling method. The study shows that the variables of unemployment and economic growth simultaneously have a positive and significant influence on the Human Development Index. While partially, the unemployment variable has a negative and insignificant effect and the economic growth variable has a positive and significant influence on the Human Development Index. From the results of the two independent variables, the variable economic growth is the most dominant variable influencing the Bojonegoro Regency Human Development Index with the largest regression coefficient value. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai pengaruh Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2006-2020. Tingkat pengangguran Kabupaten Bojonegoro selalu mengalami fluktuasi dari tahun ke tahun. Terhitung dari tahun 2006 sampai dengan 2020 tingkat pengangguran Kabupaten Bojonegoro tertinggi terdapat pada tahun 2006 sebesar 10,02%. Dampak buruk yang dapat ditimbulkan oleh pengangguran yaitu berkurangnya pendapatan dalam masyarakat. Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan ekonomi secara bersama – sama mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2006-2020. Variabel bebas yaitu Pengangguran dan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi hanya mampu mempengaruhi variabel terikat yaitu Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Bojonegoro  sebesar  50,51%  sedangkan  sisanya  49,49%  dipengaruhi  variabel diluar penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil regresi dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel Pertumbuhan Ekonomi merupakan variabel dominan dalam mempengaruhi Indeks Pembangunan  Manusia  Kabupaten  Bojonegoro  tahun 2006-2020. Hal  tersebut sesuai dengan hipotesis penelitian yang menyatakan Pertumbuhan Ekonomi berpengaruh dominan terhadap Indeks Pembangunan Manusia Kabupaten Bojonegoro tahun 2006-2020.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effectiveness of preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for the recruitment of teaching and educational staff using risk-based thinking based on ISO 21001:2018. The research was conducted at a private university in South Tangerang, Banten, using a time reference between 2021 and 2022. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection using interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The study found that the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for recruitment integrated with risk-based thinking had a fairly good effect on the employee turnover rate. The effectiveness of recruitment by integrating risk-based thinking can be seen from the decrease in employee turnover rates from late 2022 to early 2023.   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penyusunan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) rekrutman tenaga pendidik dan kependidikan dengan menggunakan riskbased thinking berdasarkan ISO 21001:2018. Penelitan dilakukan di perguruan tinggi swasta Tangerang Selatan, Banten, dengan menggunakan acuan waktu antara tahun 2021 sampai tahun 2022. Penelitian dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data yang menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Standar Operasional Prosedur SOP rekrutmen yang diintegrasikan dengan pemikiran berbasis risiko memberikan pengaruh yang cukup baik terhadap tingkat turnover karyawan. Efektifitas rekrutmen dengan mengintegrasikan riskbased thinking ini terlihat dari penurunan tingkat turnover karyawan selama kurun waktu 2022 akhir sampai dengan 2023 awal.
