Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor. Where the independent variable of job satisfaction consist of the work it self and co-workers. The research design used is quantitave descriptive associative. The method of data collection is using a distributed questionnaire. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The sampled used in this study amounted of 30. The results showed that the work variable it self and co-workers simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the results of the two independent variables which are the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor, the work variable is proven by the largest regression coefficient value, which is 0.472 compared to the regression coefficients of other variables

Abstract

This study discusses the Development of Pottery Entrepreneurship, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The problem in this research is how is the marketing strategy used in developing the pottery craft business so that it can survive in the midst of intense competition in other handicraft businesses that exist today. The type of research used is qualitative research in the form of applied research, which takes place in the center of the pottery industry, Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis in this study was carried out using inductive analysis techniques using interactive analysis models and the preparation of community empowerment strategies with SWOT analysis using cross strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing all strengths to seize opportunities, strategies for overcoming weaknesses to seize opportunities, strategies for utilizing all strengths to overcome threats and strategies to overcome weaknesses and threats. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, eight strategies were produced for the pottery industry in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency, (1) Opening new outlets, (2) Utilizing social media to sell products, (3) Activating promotions, (4) Adding capital to increase sales. production capacity, (5) Improving the quality of products and services, (6) Developing new products, (7) Improving managerial capabilities, (8) Improving the quality of human resources. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of production quality, capital and labor on the production of floor mattresses in Baureno District, Bojonegoro Regency. This type of research is quantitative using quantitative descriptive associative research methods, for technical data analysis using multiple linear regression, partial correlation analysis, simultaneous, and determinant coefficient (R2). The population in this study were entrepreneurs and workers in Gunungsari Village, 80 respondents were taken as samples using the solvin formula. Collecting data using a questionnaire. From the research that has been carried out, it shows that the variables of production quality, capital, and labor partially have a significant effect on the production of floor mattresses, as evidenced by the results of partial testing that the results of the X1 variable are 0.541 > 0.05, the X2 variable is 0.876 > 0.05, and the variable X2 is 0.876 > 0.05. X3 0.616 > 0.05 means that the independent variable partially has a significant effect. The variables of the quality of raw materials, capital, and labor simultaneously have a significant effect on the production of floor mattresses with simultaneous test results where a value of 0.078 > 0.05 simultaneously has a significant effect on independent variables. And from the research, the coefficient of determination was 62.7%.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the effect of Village Allocation Funds (ADD) and Village Original Income (PADesa) on Village Community Welfare. The location of Sukorejo Village, Bojonegoro District, Bojonegoro Regency used a sample of 30 respondents. Sukorejo Village is the largest recipient of Village Fund Allocations, this is based on a reference to the high poverty rate of the population. This study uses WarpPls analysis to describe the data obtained from the location. In accordance with the results of the research and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the village's original income has an effect and is significant on the welfare of the community. So that the village's original income is still dominant in influencing the welfare of the people in Sukorejo Village. This research is limited to 3 variables which causes it to be known clearly which ones will have an effect.

Abstract

Individual financial conditions have a major influence on human survival. Low wage rates can be one of the causes of financial problems. Seeing the low level of wages in Bojonegoro City, it is necessary to have knowledge about how to manage good sources of income. One way to do good financial management is to invest.. Bibit mutual fund application is one of the investment media whose advertisements appear on social media. Thus the purpose of this study is to determine the effect of mutual fund seed advertisements, financial literacy, and personal interest on the investment decisions of the people of Bojonegoro City. Sampling in this study used a nonprobability sampling method with a Snowball sampling approach. The results show that Bibit advertising, financial literacy, and personal interest influence investment decisions.

Abstract

Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) are not always linear. For example, the increase in GRDP in Bojonegoro Regency is mainly caused by the oil and gas industry sector, while other sectors are lagging behind, so the increase in UMR may not be comparable. This research uses a quantitative approach and descriptive design to measure and explain the influence between independent variables (population and GRDP) and the dependent variable (minimum wage). The research population and sample include all data related to population, GRDP, and minimum wages in Bojonegoro Regency for the period 2009–2023 (time series) available from BPS. The data is processed using outlier filtering techniques. After that, statistical analysis was carried out using Eviews software: (1) normality test using the Jarque Bera method; (2) Autocorrelation test using the Durbin-Watson test if the DW DU value and (4-DW) DU value are equal; (3) Multicollinearity test based on the VIF value; (4) T test to test the partial effect by comparing the tcount and ttable values and a significance of 0.05; and (5) F test to test the simultaneous effect by comparing the fcount and ftable values and a significance of 0.05. In accordance with the research results, both variables contribute to the minimum wage in Bojonegoro district, namely 80.2%. This indicates that population and GRDP contribute a lot compared to other variables. The research results also explain that population and GRDP have a significant influence on the minimum wage in Bojonegoro district. As well as illustrating that the population is significant to the minimum wage in Bojonegoro district. Meanwhile, GRDP is not significant to the minimum wage.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze GRDP according to Business Fields which influence the economic growth rate of Blora Regency. This research uses secondary and primary data. This research uses secondary data, namely Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) According to Business Fields Based on Constant Prices for the 2013-2022 Base Year, GRDP. Secondary data comes from BPS (Central Statistics Agency), while primary data comes from Blora Regency Bappeda employees. Data was obtained using the documentation method. The data was processed using the Pearson Correlation Analysis technique using SPSS 20 to determine the strength or weakness of the relationship between the 17 business sector variables (X) and the GRDP variable (Y) of Blora Regency. Based on the results of the Correlation analysis, there are five sectors that are the base sectors in Blora Regency, the Financial Services and Insurance sector, the Government Administration, Defense and Social Security sectors, Real Estate and Wholesale and Retail Trade and Education Services. The Financial Services and Insurance sector has the largest level of closeness or correlation of 97.18% with a time span of 10 years.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor PDRB menurut Lapangan Usaha yang mempengaruhi laju pertumbuhan ekonomi Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yaitu Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) Menurut Lapangan Usaha Atas Dasar Harga Konstan Tahun Dasar 2011-2023, PDRB, Data sekunder bersumber dari BPS (Badan Pusat Statistik) Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Data diperoleh dengan metode dokumentasi. Data diolah dengan teknik Pearson Correlation Analysis dengan menggunakan SPSS 20 untuk mengetahui kuat atau lemahnya hubungan antara variabel 17 sektor lapangan usaha (X) dengan Variabel PDRB (Y) Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Analisis korelasi sektor usaha terhadap PDRB Kabupaten Bojonegoro menunjukkan bahwa sektor pertambangan dan penggalian merupakan sektor dengan pertumbuhan tertinggi, didukung oleh kekayaan sumber daya alam yang melimpah. Sektor jasa, terutama di bidang administrasi pemerintahan dan perusahaan, juga memperlihatkan pertumbuhan yang signifikan, menandakan adanya peningkatan aktivitas ekonomi yang berkaitan dengan sektor ini. Temuan penelitian mendapati hubungan yang paling besar keeratannya atau korelasinya yaitu pada Pertambangan dan Penggalian dengan PDRB, dengan angka korelasi yang paling besar yaitu 0,9880. Koefisien korelasi tersebut bernilai positif, artinya peningkatan pada Pertambangan dan Penggalian akan diikuti dengan peningkatan PDRB. Temuan berikutnya adalah terdapat hubungan signifikan antara Pertambangan dan Penggalian dengan PDRB, ditandai dengan nilai sig(2-tailed) sebesar 0,000000000229.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of education quality, labor absorption, and poverty level on the unemployment rate. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive, utilizing secondary data in the form of a cross-section from the Central Statistics Agency (CSA) website. The population in this study was 34 provinces in Indonesia. The sampling technique applied was saturated sampling, where the entire population of 34 provinces was sampled. The data analysis used multiple linear regression for data testing. The study's findings indicate that individual testing shows a more diverse picture; education quality and poverty level do not affect the unemployment rate, and labor absorption positively affects the unemployment rate. This study has implications for the complexity of the unemployment issue and the importance of a holistic approach in formulating policies to address these problems. These results can be a reference for related parties to develop more effective policies and programs in dealing with unemployment problems.
