Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine whether effect of financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance at The Pade Aceh Besar Hotel. In this study using kompesensi financially independent variable (X1) and discipline (X2).The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 71 respondents who were taken by total sampling all employees of The Pade Hotel. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondents' answers to the distributed questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance at The Pade Aceh Besar Hotel as evidenced by the acquisition of aF value of 31,857 > Ftable of 3.13. The results of this study also show that financial compensation and work discipline variables have a partially significant effect on performance decisions as evidenced by the acquisition of a t-value count of t-count of 7337 > 1.994. In the determination test there is an influence of 46% of the independent variable (financial compensation). and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance). Meanwhile, as much as 54% is influenced by other variables and is not included in this regression analysis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak Priece Eearning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Harga Saham di Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini merupakan data panel dari 11 perusahaan kelompok manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minimum yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2015 hingga 2019, pengambilan populasi dilakukan dengan model purposive sampling dengan syarat perusahaan dan secara terus menerus melaporakan laporan keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode penagamtan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegita variabel independen secara simultan signifikan terhada harga saham di Indonesia. secara parsial variabel priece earning persahre dan net profit margin signifikan positif terhadap harga saham di Indonesia. Namun, variabel debt to equity ratio tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham di Indoensia. Kemampuan independen dalam menjelaskan dependen sebesar 50.15% dan sisanya dielaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukan dalam analisis ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect profitability, leverage and firm size on Cash Holding on Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The population in this study are Banking Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 obtained 45 companies. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method and obtained 25 companies are meet the criteria and 75 data observation are obtained. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result showed that simultaneous profitability, leverage and firm size effect cash holding. Partially, profitability and leverage effect cash holdings. While firm size has no effect on cash holding.

Abstract

Compensation and work experience are things that need to be done to increase employee morale in achieving organizational goals. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work experience on employee morale at PT. Dipo International Pahala Otomotif Banda Aceh. This research uses quantitative methods . The sample size in this study amounted to 47 people with a total sampling technique of sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and interviews. Data analysis was performed using linear regression. The results showed that the provision of compensation and work experience had a significant effect on work morale were 0.448. The results of the regression coefficient of 0.478 for compensation and work experience of 0.283. Meanwhile, for hypothesis testing (t count > t table), the results of the t test in this study were compensation (6.855 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.000 and work experience (9.151 > 2.015) with a significance of 0.003. Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine effect of Communication and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service, either partially or simultaneously. The research data collection method was analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The number of samples in study were 52 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires, and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test is intended to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results of the study based on the simultaneous test showed that the variables of Communication and Emotional Intelligence had a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. The partial test also shows that the communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. Then Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. The conclusion of study communications significantly influence the performance of employees at the Department of Population Registration Aceh value t count (2.069) is greater than ttable (2,010). Emotional intelligence significantly influence the performance of employees at the Department of Population Registration Aceh value t (10.231) is more than the value of ttable (2,010). communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Aceh Population Registration Service with F value Fcount (65,608) is greater than Ftable (3,187).

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of financial performance and firm size simultaneously and partially on firm value in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Sampling was done by purposive sampling method which obtained 9 companies that met the specified sample criteria. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that financial performance and company size simultaneously and partially have a significant effect on firm value in agricultural sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.461 indicates the degree of relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is 0.461 or 46.1%. While the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.368 means that the ability of the independent variables (financial performance and firm size) in explaining the dependent variable (firm value) is 0.368 or 36.8% and the remaining 63.2% is explained by other variables outside this research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh. penelitian ini adalah melalui pertanyaan/kuisioner, Ukuran sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 67 karyawan. Hasil penelitian uji parsial variabel Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinera Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh. Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh. Semangat Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinera Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh Kemudian uji simultan antara variabel Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh. Secara parsial Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh terhadap Kinera Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh dengan nilai thitung (2,461) > ttabel (1,998). Secara parsial Disiplin Kerja berpengaruh Kinera Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh dengan nilai nilai thitung (3,723) > nilai ttabel (1,998). Secara parsial Semangat Kerja berpengaruh Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh dengan nilai thitung (15,725) > dari ttabel (1,998). Secara simultan Budaya Organisasi, Disiplin Kerja dan Semangat Kerja secara simultan mempengaruhi Kinera Karyawan pada PT. HM SAMPOERNA Tbk Banda Aceh dengan nilai Fhitung (285,012) > Ftabel (2,753).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Return On Asset dan Inflasi Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2014-2019. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 5 perusahaan dengan total pengamatan sebanyak 30,menggunakan metode purposing sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan Perusahaan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2014-2019. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Earning Per Share,Profitabilitas dan Inflasi secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Otomotif Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2014-2019 yang besarnya pengaruh sebesar 89,9%. Artinya harga saham memiliki hubungan yang kuat dengan Earning Per Share, Profitabilitas dan Inflasi. Secara parsial EPS berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Otomotif dengan pengaruh sebesar 16,381dan dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0%. Profitabilitas berpengaruh dan tidak signifikan terhada harga saham Pada Perusahaan Otomotif dengan besarnya pengaruh sebesar 5,383 dengan nilai signifikasi sebesar 78,4%. Inflasi berpengaruh dan tidak Signifikan terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Otomotif dengan pengaruh sebesar 40,792 dengan signifikansi sebesar 57,3%.

Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine the quality of service and product quality simultaneously on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant, with a total sample of 100 people. Respondents were successfully collected and analyzed by using multiple linear regression method through SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences). The results showed that service quality partially had a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant t-count value was greater than t-table, t-count (4.210) > t-table (1.984). Product quality partially has a significant effect on consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant t-count value is greater than t-table, t-count (5,129) > t-table (1,984). Service quality, product quality simultaneously affects consumer satisfaction at Subulussalam Restaurant F-count value is greater than F table, F-count (7.118) > t-table (3.09)

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt Maturity, Kebijakan Dividen dan Kepemilikan Institusional terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan terindeks LQ45 di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2017–2019. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling sehingga diperoleh sebanyak 24 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sampel. Metode pengujian data yang digunakan adalah Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda dengan menggunakan data Sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara Simultan dan secara Parsial, Debt Maturity, Kebijakan Dividen, dan Kepemilikkan Institusional berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Keuangan pada Perusahaan terindeks LQ45 yang terdaftar di BEI Tahun 2017-2019.
