Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine effect of Communication and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service, either partially or simultaneously. The research data collection method was analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using the SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The number of samples in study were 52 respondents. Research data were collected through questionnaires, and documentation studies. Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test is intended to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α = 0.05). The results of the study based on the simultaneous test showed that the variables of Communication and Emotional Intelligence had a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. The partial test also shows that the communication variable has a significant effect on employee performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. Then Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Employee Performance at the Aceh Population Registration Service. The conclusion of study communications significantly influence the performance of employees at the Department of Population Registration Aceh value t count (2.069) is greater than ttable (2,010). Emotional intelligence significantly influence the performance of employees at the Department of Population Registration Aceh value t (10.231) is more than the value of ttable (2,010). communication and emotional intelligence simultaneously affect the performance of employees at the Aceh Population Registration Service with F value Fcount (65,608) is greater than Ftable (3,187).

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the accountability of decision funds, the commitment of the organization and the clarity of budget targets towards managerial performance at the Aceh Financial Management Agency both simultaneously and partially.The sample of this research is a staff member of the Aceh Financial Management Agency with a total of 29 staff members using census techniques. To test each item on each variable, a validity and reliability test of the instrument has been carried out. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence on the accountability of otsus funds, organizational commitment and clarity of budget targets on managerial performance. The result of the F test is obtained a number Fcalculus > Ftable or (22,814>2,73) and the test signifies that the p value of 0,000<p is set to 0.05 which means significant. Partially variable decision fund accountability, organizational commitment and budget objective clarity influence managerial performance. The determination coefficient value of 73.2% indicates that the ability of the independent variable (the accountability of the otsus fund, the organic commitment and the clarity of budget targets) in explaining dependent variables (management performance) and the rest are other variables not described in this study.

Abstract

This study analyses the influence of budget management participation, and budget management experience, on budget performance and strengthened by SIMA SIPKD (IT). The sampling technique used is total sampling with the number of research samples to be analysed is the same as the population of 155 respondents, which are all members of the Aceh Government TAPA Team. The results showed that Budget Participation, and the experience of budget managers had a positive and significant effect on budget performance. SIMA SIPKD (IT) does not moderate the relationship between Budget Participation, budget manager experience and budget performance. The findings of this study agency problems in local budgeting are related to the experience of budget managers.

Abstract

Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) play an important role in supporting their own country's economy, but often face challenges in managing and reporting their finances. This community service activity aims to introduce digital-based financial reporting to PMIs with the aim of improving their understanding of financial management and facilitating more accurate reporting. The method used in this community service involves counseling and training to PMI on the use of digital-based applications to record their financial transactions. In addition, they were also given a better understanding of the importance of reporting their finances routinely and accurately. In this process, PMIs are taught about basic accounting concepts and how to apply them in recording their personal finances. The results of this service showed an increase in PMI's understanding and skills in managing and reporting their finances. They are able to record transactions in a more structured manner and report their finances more accurately, which can support better financial planning and wiser decision-making. This service activity makes a positive contribution to the economic welfare of PMI and encourages the use of digital technology as an effective tool to improve their financial literacy and financial independence. In addition, this service can be the basis for further program development that supports PMI in their financial aspects.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi pada mahasiswa jurusan akuntansi di STIES. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswa S1 Akuntansi yang aktif pada angkatan 2017-2020 dengan jumlah keseluruhan 321 Orang, dengan sampel yang terpilih adalah 77 orang mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. pengolahan data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei yang menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada Responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan bahwa (1) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi (2) kecerdasan emosional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi (3) perilaku belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi (4) pengujian simultan menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional, kecerdasan spiritual dan perilaku belajar berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pemahaman akuntansi, dengan nilai Fhitung = 25,415 dimana Ftabel = 3,12.

Abstract

Purchasing products online makes it easier to shop without wasting a lot of time and energy. One innovation in this industry is the live streaming feature offered by the TikTok application, namely Tiktokshop, which allows sellers to interact directly with buyers in real-time. This study aims to analyze the influence of discounts and trust on purchasing decisions during live streaming on the TikTok application in Banda Aceh. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires to a sample of 200 respondents. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the variables of discounts and trust have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions during live streaming sales on the TikTok application in Banda Aceh.
