Abstract

As a commodity for fulfilling community nutrition, beef should be guaranteed continuous availability to meet the needs of consumers in the DKI Jaya area which is recorded as the highest absorbent of beef in Indonesia. The Procurement of beef is supplied in the form of livestock and imported carcasses by meeting the requirements. This function is carried out by Dharma Jaya regional company that specializes in the beef supply industry. Since January 2019, DKI Jakarta is recorded as the epicenter of the spread of pandemic Covid-19. This study objectives are (1) to identify the risks that can occur in the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic in each business process chain (2) to analyze the mapping risk by using a risk matrix chart and (3) providing suggestions for priority risk mitigation actions that can be done. The results showed a delay in supply due to large-scale social restrictions, low implementation of sanitation and hygiene, physical distancing and lack of discipline in the use of personal equipment. In Risk mapping was located in quadrants 1 and 2 with mitigation by supervising every business process chain, giving training and improving sanitation and hygiene. Keywords: Risk, Pareto diagram, Risk Matrix Chart, Risk Mitigation  ABSTRAK Sebagai komoditas pemenuhan gizi masyarakat, daging sapi perlu dijamin ketersediaannya secara terus menerus untuk memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di wilayah DKI Jaya yang tercatat sebagai penyerap daging sapi tertinggi di Indonesia. Pengadaan daging sapi dipasok dalam bentuk ternak dan karkas impor dengan memenuhi persyaratan. Fungsi ini dijalankan oleh perusahaan daerah Dharma Jaya yang bergerak di bidang industri penyediaan daging sapi. Sejak Januari 2019, DKI Jakarta tercatat sebagai episentrum penyebaran pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) mengidentifikasi risiko yang dapat terjadi pada kondisi pandemi Covid-19 di setiap rantai proses bisnis (2) menganalisis pemetaan risiko dengan menggunakan diagram matriks risiko dan (3) memberikan saran prioritas tindakan mitigasi risiko yang bisa dilakukan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan keterlambatan pasokan karena pembatasan sosial skala besar, penerapan sanitasi dan higiene yang rendah, jarak fisik dan kurangnya disiplin dalam penggunaan peralatan pribadi. Pada Risk mapping terletak pada kuadran 1 dan 2 dengan mitigasi dengan mengawasi setiap rantai proses bisnis, memberikan pelatihan dan peningkatan sanitasi dan hygiene. Kata Kunci : Risiko, Diagram Pareto, Diagram Matriks Risiko, Mitigasi Risiko

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of financial ratios and efficiency of animal feed companies in Indonesia based on financial reports. This type of research is a quantitative research with research methods using financial ratio analysis and Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA). The data used are the annual financial statements for the period 2017-2019 from animal feed companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The calculation results show; 1) analysis of the current ratio of all companies able to meet short-term obligations, 2) Debt to Assets Ratio analysis shows that on average all companies are quite good and able to pay their long-term obligations, 3) Debt to Equity Ratio analysis shows that only PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk has achieved The best ratio figure is below the ratio of 100 percent and below the industry average value, 4) Total Assets Turn Over Ratio analysis shows that all companies achieve a fairly good ratio value, 5) Analysis of Return On Investment Ratio (ROI) and Return On Equity The ratio (ROE) shows that there are 2 companies whose value is below the industry average, namely PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk and PT. Sierad Produce Tbk, 6) analysis of the average gross margin of the animal feed industry during the study period was in the range of 10.05 percent to 21.19 percent with an average of 11.21 percent, and 7) analysis of the efficiency tests of PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk and PT Sierad Produce Tbk which are efficient whose value reaches 100%, while other companies PT Japfa Comfeed Tbk and PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk are not yet efficient because the numbers do not reach 100%. Based on the results of financial ratio analysis and company efficiency tests, it was found that there was only one company that had excellent and efficient financial performance, namely PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk. While the other three companies, namely PT. Japfa Comfeed Tbk, PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk and PT. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan; 1) analisa current rasio seluruh perusahaan mampu memenuhi kewajiban jangka pendeknya, 2) analisa Debt to Assets Ratio secara rata rata seluruh perusahaan cukup baik dan mampu membayar kewajiban jangka panjangnya, 3) analisa Debt to Equity Ratio hanya PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk yang mencapai angka rasio terbaik di bawah angka rasio 100 persen dan di bawah nilai rata-rata industri, 4) analisa Total Assets Turn Over Ratio seluruh perusahaan mencapai nilai rasio yang cukup baik, 5) analisa Return On Investment Ratio (ROI) dan Return On Equity Ratio (ROE) ada 2 perusahaan yang nilainya di bawah rata-rata industri yaitu PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk dan PT. Sierad Produce Tbk, 6) analisa gross margin rata-rata industri pakan ternak selama periode penelitian berada di kisaran 10.05 persen sampai 21.19 persen dengan rata-rata 11.21 persen, dan 7) uji efisiensi menggambarkan PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk dan PT Sierad Produce Tbk yang efisien karena nilainya mencapai angka 100%, sedangkan PT Japfa Comfeed Tbk dan PT Malindo Feedmill Tbk belum efisien karena angkanya tidak mencapai 100%. Berdasarkan hasil analisa rasio keuangan dan uji efisiensi perusahaan ditemukan bahwa hanya ada satu perusahaan yang secara kinerja keuangan sangat baik dan efisien yaitu PT Charoen Pokphand Tbk. Sedangkan tiga perusahaan lainnya yaitu PT. Japfa Comfeed Tbk, PT. Malindo Feedmill Tbk dan PT. Abstract

The objectives of this study were to: (1) know the characteristics of consumers; (2) determine how much influence social, cultural, personal and psychological factors (each factor) had on consumer purchasing decisions; and (3) determine how much influence the four factors above (collectively) had on the consumer purchasing decisions of cut flowers at Pondok Lily. The results of this study were: 1) The consumers of Pondok Lily’s cut flowers were dominated by women aged 20-30 years. Consumers aged 20-30 years represented 42.8%, female represented 67.2%, college graduates represented 65.7%, private company employees represented 51.4%, and income earners of above Rp 5,000,000 represented 40.1% of the population; 2) Social factors had no significant effect on the decision to purchase cut flowers at Pondok Lily. This was because consumers already had experience in buying cut flowers and the availability of online information reduced social interactions. Cultural factors also did not have a significant influence on the decision to buy cut flowers at Pondok Lily, especially because of the lack of habit of using cut flowers on religious events and holidays and the low popularity of special days in their culture. Personal and psychological factors had a significant impact on consumer purchasing decisions of cut flowers at Pondok Lily; 3) Social, cultural, personal, and psychological factors together had a significant effect on the decision to buy cut flowers at Pondok Lily, which represented 45.1% of the decision process.  Keywords: cut flowers, consumer purchasing decisions, the influence of personal psychological socio-cultural factors, multiple linear regression. ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) mengetahui karakteristik konsumen; (2) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor sosial, budaya, pribadi dan psikologis (masing-masing faktor) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen; dan (3) mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh keempat faktor di atas (secara bersama-sama) terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bunga potong di Pondok Lily. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Konsumen bunga potong Pondok Lily didominasi oleh wanita berusia 20-30 tahun. Konsumen berusia 20-30 tahun mewakili 42,8%, berjenis kelamin perempuan mewakili 67,2%, berpendidikan akhir perguruan tinggi mewakili 65,7%, berprofesi sebagai karyawan swasta mewakili 51,4%, dan berpendapatan  >   R p  5.000.000 mewakili 40,1% populasi; 2) Faktor sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian bunga potong di Pondok Lily. Hal ini karena konsumen sudah memiliki pengalaman membeli bunga potong dan tersedianya informasi online yang mengurangi interaksi sosial. Faktor budaya juga tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian bunga potong di Pondok Lily, terutama karena minimnya kebiasaan menggunakan bunga potong pada acara keagamaan dan hari besar, dan belum membudayanya hari-hari khusus di kalangan mereka. Faktor pribadi dan psikologis berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen bunga potong di Pondok Lily; 3) Faktor sosial, budaya, pribadi, dan psikologis secara bersama-sama berpengaruh nyata terhadap keputusan pembelian bunga potong di Pondok Lily, yaitu sebesar 45,1%.Kata kunci: bunga potong, keputusan pembelian konsumen, pengaruh faktor sosial budaya pribadi psikologis, regresi linear berganda.

Abstract

East Sepatan District of Tangerang Regency has potential products from agroindustry of cassava such as flour, tapai, chips, crackers, and opak. So far, these products are still produced by home industry scale where they used only traditional tools. However, each product has value-added that can give the household more income. The objectives of this research are to analyze the value-added of products by agroindustry cassava and to analyze the income and bussiness efficiency of cassava agroindustry in East Sepatan district. Samples used for this research taken based on criteria that is the amount of raw material use (cassava). With 11 respondents were obtained for several types of products namely opak, tapai, chips, and cassava flour. The analytical method used to adopt Hayami’s value-added model. The results showed that all products have high value-added (more than 40%). The more use of inputs, the more efficient production will be.Keywords :  cassava products, income, value-added, production efficiency AbstrakKecamatan Sepatan Timur Kabupaten Tangerang memiliki produk potensial dari agroindustri singkong seperti tepung, tapai, kerupuk, keripik, dan opak. Sejauh ini, produk tersebut masih diproduksi pada skala rumah tangga dan menggunakan peralatan tradisional. Namun demikian, setiap produk memiliki nilai tambah yang dapat meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangga. Tujuan dari penelitiani ini adalah untuk menganalisis nilai tambah dari produk-produk hasil olahan singkong dan menganalisis pendapatan serta efisiensi usaha agroindustri singkong di Kecamatan Sepatan Timur. Sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diambil berdasarkan kriteria jumlah penggunaan bahan baku singkong.  Dengan 11 orang responden, diperoleh beberapa jenis produk olahan yaitu, opak, tapai, kerupuk, dan tepung singkong. Metode analisis mengadopsi model nilai tambah Hayami. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua produk memiliki nilai tambah yang tinggi (lebih dari 40%). Penggunaan input yang lebih banyak akan lebih mengefisienkan produksi. Kata kunci : produk olahan singkong, pendapatan, nilai tambah, efisiensi produksi

Abstract

Indonesia's agricultural potential of 7.46 million hectares (ha) is managed by 33.4 million farmers, so that the average land ownership is 0.22 ha / farmer (classified as poor smallholder farmers). Rich farmers with agricultural land> 3 ha are only 5.03%, potentially capable of giving zakat (muzaki). So that the potential for zakat from the agricultural sector even though it looks large, is also a pocket of poverty with 58.73% of smallholders and agricultural laborers, who have the potential to be mustahik. The purpose of this study is to understand the characteristics of muzaki farmers, the application of zakat on rice and the factors that influence zakat muzaki farmers in Indramayu Regency. The results showed that the respondent farmers who had rice fields above 0.5 ha were able to harvest 42 kw / ha of rice (exceeding the rice ratio of 750 kg of rice). Respondent farmers who pay zakat on rice with their own awareness are 70% (muzaki). The muzaki farmers who regularly pay their zakat every year are 58%. Most muzaki farmers pay their zakat in the form of rice directly to their relatives / neighbors and the mosque around the house because of the element of convenience, being close to the house, they can directly monitor its use. The amount of zakat on rice issued is based on community habits, namely 1 tonne of unhulled rice, 1 kw of grain zakat is issued, indicating that the level of zakat paid is 10%. There are two factors that influence the awareness of zakat, namely the knowledge of tithe faith and the practice of zakat.Keywords: rice zakat, rice zakat level, rice nisab, muzaki, mustahik ABSTRAK Potensi pertanian Indonesia seluas 7,46 juta hektare (ha) dikelola oleh petani 33,4 juta orang, sehingga rata-rata kepemilikan lahan 0,22 ha/petani (tergolong petani gurem yang miskin). Petani kaya dengan lahan pertanian >3 ha hanya 5,03 % saja, berpotensi mampu berzakat (muzaki). Sehingga potensi zakat dari sektor pertanian meskipun terlihat besar, namun juga merupakan kantong kemiskinan dengan 58,73 % petani gurem dan buruhtani, yang berpotensi sebagai mustahik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memahami karakteristik petani muzaki, penerapan zakat padi dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi petani muzaki berzakat di Kabupaten Indramayu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa petani responden yang memiliki luas sawah di atas 0,5 ha mampu memanen padi 42 kw/ha (melebihi nisab padi 750 kg beras). Petani responden yang membayarkan zakat padi dengan kesadaran sendiri ada 70 % (muzaki). Petani muzaki yang rutin membayarkan zakatnya setiap tahun ada 58 %. Sebagian besar petani muzaki membayarkan zakatnya dalam bentuk beras langsung ke kerabat / tetangganya dan masjid sekitar rumah karena unsur kemudahan, dekat rumah, dapat langsung memantau pemanfaatannya. Besaran zakat padi yang dikeluarkan berdasarkan kebiasaan masyarakat yaitu 1 ton gabah dikeluarkan zakatnya 1 kw gabah, menunjukkan kadar zakat yang dibayarkan sebesar 10%. Terdapat dua faktor yang memengaruhi kesadaran berzakat yaitu pengetahuan keimanan berzakat dan pengamalan berzakat.Kata Kunci: Zakat padi, kadar zakat padi, nisab padi, muzaki, mustahik.
