Abstract

Kesehatan Reproduksi menjadi perhatian dunia, WHO menyatakan bahwa di Asia pada tahun 2025 jumlah wanita yang berusia lanjut akan meningkat dari 107 juta jiwa menjadi 373 juta jiwa. Gejala yang paling banyak dari seluruh jumlah wanita premenopause yaitu 40% merasa hot flashes, 38 % mengalami susah tidur, 37 % mengalami lebih cepat lelah dalam bekerja, 35 % mengatakan menjadi lebih sering lupa, 33 % mengatakan mudah tersinggung, 26 % mengatakan mengalami nyeri sendi dan 21 % mengatakan sering sakit kepala berlebihan. Dari data tersebut, kami bertujuan untuk melakukan kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat mengenai penyuluhan tentang tanda gejala dan solusi yang dihadapi saat mengalami monepause di PAKMONTI (Poncowati) Terbanggi Besar, Lampung Tengah. Dari data yang diambil diketahui jumlah total masyarakat monepause di area PAKMONTI adalah sekitar 30 menopause dan 5 premenopause.  Dari jumlah tersebut banyak lansia yang tidak memahami tentang gejala dan solusi penanggulangan monepause. Kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan metode presentasi dimana penyaji memaparkan materi dan memberikan ruang diskusi kepada seluruh lansia yang ada di PAKMONTI. Selruh peserta antusias dalam kegiatan, selain penyuluhan para lansia juga mendapatkan service kesehatan seperti cek kadar kolesterol, kadar gula dan tensi darah. Para penyaji juga memberikan saran atas keluhan yang disampaikan oleh para lansia. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah para lansia di PAKMONTI menjadi faham tentang gejala dan solusi yang dialami selama menopause pada lansia. Setelah kegiatan selesai para penyaji memberikan hadiah atas partisipasi para lansia di PAKMONTI.

Abstract

This community service focuses on strengthening local governance and empowering coastal communities in Sebesi Island, Lampung Selatan. The subject of devotion involves village officials, youth groups, and micro-entrepreneurs who play a strategic role in sustainable development. The main purpose of this program is to enhance administrative capacity, improve community participation, and support economic resilience through education and training. The method applied is a participatory approach, combining socialization, workshops, focus group discussions, and mentoring to ensure inclusiveness and effectiveness. The strategy emphasizes collaboration between universities, local government, and community members to foster sustainable governance practices. The results show increased awareness of administrative accountability, better community engagement in decision-making, and strengthened economic initiatives, particularly in small-scale businesses. This service demonstrates that integrated approaches linking governance, education, and empowerment can significantly contribute to social change and the improvement of village administration quality.

Abstract

This community service focuses on improving administrative management of MSMEs in Sebesi Island, Lampung Selatan, through the use of digital applications in the Industry 5.0 era. The subjects of this service include micro-entrepreneurs, fishermen, homestay managers, and local youth who are actively involved in economic activities. The main objectives are to enhance administrative efficiency, improve record-keeping accuracy, and strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses. The approach combines participatory methods, including socialization, workshops, focus group discussions, and hands-on mentoring to ensure active involvement and effective learning. The results indicate increased awareness and capability of digital administration, improved financial and inventory management, and expanded market access for local MSMEs. This program also fosters community collaboration and social capital, demonstrating that integrating technology with participatory empowerment can drive sustainable economic and social improvements.
