Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan pada Pt Panin Bank Tbk baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan, Metode yang digunakan adalah metode asosiatif, Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah random sampling menggunakan dengan sampel sebanyak 52 responden, Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi, analisis koefisien korelasi, analisis koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis, Hasil penelitian ini adalah Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 16.702 + 0,575X1, nilai korelasi sebesar 0,715 artinya kedua variabel memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 51,1% Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,233 > 2,009),Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara motivasi terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Motivasi kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 12.951 + 0,668X2 nilai korelasi sebesar 0,684 artinya kedua memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 46,8%. “Uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (6,637 > 2,009), Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan, Motivasi dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,245 + 0,391X1 + 0,408X2, Nilai korelasi sebesar 0,796 artinya variabel bebas dengan variabel terikat memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 63,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 36,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain”. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai F hitung > F tabel atau (42,418 > 2,790). Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, Artinya terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara motivasi dan pengalaman kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Panin Bank Tbk

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of viral marketing and brand awareness on buying interest in Tiktokshop. TikTok Shop is one of Indonesia's social commerce platforms. TiktokShop is one of the fastest growing types of online commerce that leverages tiktok characteristics through creative content, digital marketing, and so on. Many trading activities are transferring to digital platforms, which may have an impact on the survival of traditional markets. For this reason, our study takes into account a number of elements, including viral marketing and brand awareness on TikTok. This study included a questionnaire distributed to 100 participants. The SEM-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) algorithm is used to evaluate data in this study. The results suggest that viral marketing has an effect on buying interest in TikTokshop, and brand recognition also influences buying interest.

Abstract

It is impossible to separate the several digital platforms utilized in business marketing from the current environment. Tiktok, a digital platform that lets users upload videos, is one social media site that is seeing a sharp increase in users. According to data from the website data.goodstats.id, 112 million Indonesians use the Tiktok social media platform, ranking it second globally after 116 million users in the US. However, as part of the company's product marketing plan, Tiktok has not been utilized to its full potential in Indonesia. In light of these circumstances, the purpose of this study was to investigate and determine how Tiktok social media affects interest in purchasing cosmetics. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey methodology. In the meantime, 100 students from three universities in the Bekasi Regency were given questionnaires to complete in order to collect data. The examination of the processed data reveals that interest in purchasing cosmetic products is influenced by Tiktok social media marketing.

Abstract

Community service is an activity aimed at contributing to society without expecting financial compensation. Students participating in the Community Service Program (KKN) have carried out such activities in Way Kalam Village, Penengahan District, by utilizing the natural resources available in the area. The main focus of the program was the processing of palm sap into palm sugar, characterized by its unique flavor and fine-grain texture. During the implementation, the local community was introduced to an innovative method of processing palm sap into palm sugar. The community’s response was highly positive, as reflected in their enthusiasm and active participation. Moreover, they came to understand that the production process is relatively simple and holds promising market potential. This community service initiative has had a meaningful impact, not only by enhancing knowledge about alternative business opportunities but also by contributing to the economic improvement of the local population.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Sukadana, Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dengan fokus pada penguatan kapasitas UMKM melalui inovasi model bisnis. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi UMKM setempat adalah keterbatasan dalam merancang strategi bisnis yang adaptif terhadap perubahan pasar, minimnya diversifikasi produk, serta rendahnya pemahaman mengenai value proposition yang mampu membedakan produk lokal dari kompetitor. Tujuan kegiatan adalah memberikan pendampingan kepada UMKM agar mampu merancang model bisnis yang inovatif, memanfaatkan potensi lokal, dan meningkatkan daya saing. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pelatihan, diskusi kelompok terarah, dan praktik langsung menggunakan Business Model Canvas (BMC). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta mampu menyusun rancangan model bisnis yang lebih terstruktur, menemukan peluang pengembangan produk berbasis potensi lokal, serta meningkatkan keterampilan dalam mengidentifikasi mitra usaha strategis. Program ini berkontribusi pada lahirnya inovasi usaha baru di tingkat lokal, yang diharapkan mampu memperkuat ekosistem UMKM di Kabupaten Lampung Timur.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to implement a village/sub-district administration information system to improve transparency and accountability in the governance of Way Urang Sub-District, South Lampung Regency. The background of this program is the low effectiveness of administrative services caused by manual record-keeping, limited human resources, and the lack of information technology utilization. The implementation method involved field observation, interviews, focus group discussions (FGD), system design, device installation, training for village officials, service simulations, as well as monitoring and evaluation. The developed information system focused on population data management, issuance of administrative certificates, and financial record-keeping of the sub-district. The results show that village officials were able to adapt to the digital system after receiving mentoring. Administrative services became faster, data were more organized, and financial reports were documented more transparently. Public response was also positive, indicated by increased satisfaction with public services and greater trust in the sub-district government. This activity concludes that the implementation of an administrative information system can strengthen the principles of good governance by enhancing transparency, accountability, and service efficiency. Similar implementations have the potential to be replicated in other sub-districts with adjustments to local needs and regional policy support.

Abstract

This community service focuses on improving administrative management of MSMEs in Sebesi Island, Lampung Selatan, through the use of digital applications in the Industry 5.0 era. The subjects of this service include micro-entrepreneurs, fishermen, homestay managers, and local youth who are actively involved in economic activities. The main objectives are to enhance administrative efficiency, improve record-keeping accuracy, and strengthen the competitiveness of local businesses. The approach combines participatory methods, including socialization, workshops, focus group discussions, and hands-on mentoring to ensure active involvement and effective learning. The results indicate increased awareness and capability of digital administration, improved financial and inventory management, and expanded market access for local MSMEs. This program also fosters community collaboration and social capital, demonstrating that integrating technology with participatory empowerment can drive sustainable economic and social improvements.

Abstract

This community service program aims to implement a village administration information system to enhance transparency and accountability in village governance. The background of this activity arises from the challenges of manual administrative practices still widely used in villages, which often cause delays in services, recording errors, and lack of public information disclosure. The implementation methods include preliminary observation, interviews, system design, software installation, training for village officials, system usage simulation, and monitoring and evaluation. The results show that the developed village administration information system successfully accelerated service processes, simplified administrative recording, and improved data accuracy. Village officials gained new skills through training and simulation, while the community obtained clearer access to public service information. Although some obstacles remain, such as limited infrastructure and lack of technological skills, this program positively impacted the effectiveness of village officials’ performance, the quality of public services, and strengthened community trust in village governance. Overall, the implementation of a village administration information system serves as a strategic step toward realizing transparent, accountable, and technology-adaptive village governance. This success is expected to be replicated in other villages as a model for administrative digitalization in support of achieving good governance principles at the village government.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan konsep Smart Village melalui penguatan kapasitas aparatur desa dan pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) di Desa Way Muli, Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah rendahnya literasi digital aparatur desa dalam pengelolaan layanan publik, serta terbatasnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi oleh UMKM dalam mengakses pasar. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan implementasi aplikasi sederhana berbasis digital yang mengintegrasikan layanan administrasi desa dengan promosi produk UMKM. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan aparatur dalam penggunaan sistem layanan administrasi online, serta keterampilan UMKM dalam menggunakan media digital untuk promosi dan penjualan. Program ini berkontribusi pada terciptanya tata kelola desa yang lebih transparan, partisipatif, serta mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi lokal berbasis teknologi.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model inovasi layanan publik berbasis kemitraan antara pemerintah kecamatan dan UMKM lokal di Kecamatan Gading Rejo, Kabupaten Pringsewu. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah masih rendahnya keterlibatan UMKM dalam mendukung pelayanan publik, baik dalam penyediaan produk maupun jasa. Di sisi lain, pemerintah kecamatan menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menyediakan layanan publik yang inklusif dan berbasis kebutuhan masyarakat. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi pelatihan, focus group discussion (FGD), dan implementasi pilot project kemitraan layanan publik dengan melibatkan UMKM dalam penyediaan kebutuhan layanan pemerintahan, pendidikan, dan kesehatan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kapasitas UMKM untuk terlibat dalam layanan publik, terbentuknya forum kemitraan antara kecamatan dan UMKM, serta lahirnya inovasi layanan berupa keterlibatan UMKM dalam penyediaan makanan sehat untuk sekolah dan puskesmas. Program ini menjadi contoh penerapan kolaborasi antara administrasi publik dan administrasi bisnis dalam meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik sekaligus memperkuat ekonomi lokal.
