Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Global Uncertainty in China and the United States on the High Dividend 20 Index. The data used in this study are time series financial report data for the period January - December 2021-2023. The research model used is Vector Auto Regressive (VAR). VAR is usually used to analyze the relationship of time series variable systems and to analyze the impact of disturbance factors on variable systems and one of which is global uncertainty. The results show that in the short term the US EPU affects the High Dividend 20 Index. The variable that has no effect in the short term is China EPU. Meanwhile, in the long term, China EPU and US EPU have no effect. Based on the control variables used in the short and long term, the Inflation and Export variables significantly affect the High Deviden 20 Index.

Abstract

Every business needs a plan, especially today when funding and competition are so tight and increasingly advanced. From large companies to new businesses, doing business in Indonesia is becoming increasingly complex, with many competitors selling the same products and services. To reduce possible risks, it is best for companies to have a business plan before starting their business. The more competitors there are, the greater the possibility that consumers will be persuaded to buy the product or service being sold. Many business people only chase big profits without planning or thinking about the risks that might arise. Business planning that can be carried out consists of initial investment, initial funding requirements plan, estimated average sales, equipment purchases, cost of goods sold, income analysis, cash flow analysis, net present value (NPV), payback period, legal aspects, and methods. Data collection Business development planning is also an important step to ensure business success.

Abstract

Every company, whether service, trade or manufacturing, always strives to maximize profits by planning thoroughly and allocating budgets taking into account future conditions. Research conducted at a manufacturing company in Karawang aims to identify the influence of good budget planning on optimal use of funds. The method used is a quantitative approach, the data used in this research comes from primary data and secondary data. Data analysis using simple linear regression using SPSS software. The research results indicate that there is a positive influence between good budget planning and optimal use of funds. Therefore, realizing the budget well is important so that funds can be used optimally and avoid significant budget discrepancies.

Abstract

The research analyzes predictions of regional development bank ratings, using financial risk factors, namely profitability, asset quality, and capital, each of which uses the ROA ratio, NPL, and the amount of core capital or Tier 1 capital from the bank. As a development by applying similarities from previous research, the current research examines the financial performance of PT Regional Development Bank North Sulawesi Gorontalo during 2019-2023. The results of this research show that by applying equations in bank rating predictions that take into account financial risk factors, BSG received a rating that was different from the actual rating given by the designated rating agency. This research will discuss the prediction results with analysis that focuses more on BSG's own financial performance, especially financial risk factors.

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the influence of dividend policy, capital structure and institutional ownership structure on agency costs in manufacturing companies in the consumer goods sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019 - 2022. The sample used was 57 companies. The data obtained was collected using purposive sampling techniques in annual financial reports so that 14 companies were found in accordance with predetermined requirements. The results of this research prove that: (1) dividend policy has a significant positive effect on agency costs, (2) capital structure has a significant negative effect on agency costs, (3) institutional ownership structure has a positive and significant effect on agency costs, (4) dividend policy, capital structure and institutional ownership structure have a significant positive effect on agency costs.
