Abstract

Community service is done by the empowerment of women fishermen by developing shell nugget in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-district, Sidoarjo Regency. This activity was conducted from March to June 2018, the methods of community service are training, mentoring, and practice of making shell nugget according to the receipe of dough that flavor and hygiene, marketing management practices of packaging and labeling. It aims to create an independent and creative society in projecting their future, the family of fishermen in Bluru Kidul Village, Sidoarjo Sub-District, Sidoarjo Regency, so that they will no longer rely on local government in developing home industry business in their village. In addition, they will be able to stand on their own with potential in their area. Management system based on independence and creativity in the development of shell nugget production is still rare. Therefore, Bluru Kidul Village is expected to be a pilot village especially in the production of shell nugget in East Java in particular, and in Indonesia in general, especially for coastal villages.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe establishment of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) has become one of the challenge for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in Indonesia. The challenges are especially in the way of how to increase the standard, design and product quality so that they can survive in the ASEAN single market. As one of the proven safety net in Indonesian economy after the crisis in 1998, SMEs became in the point of attention in Indonesian economic development. Thus, in order to develop the Indonesian economic performance, SMEs are needed to increase their number of exports as well as their management. According to the 2004 report, in Surabaya there are only 30 percent of SMEs products which are successfully market their products abroad. These numbers are still lesser than the expected percentage of export number from SMEs. By using the qualitative method this research identifies the obstacles and challenges faced by the SMEs producing Handicrafts products in Surabaya. As for the data were obtained by interview and FGD technic. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap harga saham pada perusahaan makanan dan minuman. Penyebab perubahan harga saham salah satunya dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal disebut juga faktor fundamental, yaitu faktor yang berasal dari dalam perusahaan dan dapat dikendalikan oleh manajemen perusahaan serta ditunjukkan dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan yang terdapat variabel Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), dan Earning Per Share (EPS).    Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara simultan (uji F) variabel Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Operating Profit Margin (OPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, 2) Secara parsial (uji t) variabel Gross Profit Margin (GPM), Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), Earning Per Share (EPS) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, sedangkan variabel Operating Profit Margin (OPM) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Abstract

Perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis yang dapat saling berinteraksisalu sama lain untuk mendapalkan laba. Sumber daya manusia memiliki peranpenling dalam menjalankan perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untukmengetahui pengaruh motivasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap kinerjakaryawan pada PT. Perkebunan Nusantara X Surabaya baik seeara simultandan parsial. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskriptif dengan pendekatankuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. PerkebunanNusantara X Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah probabilitysampling dengan Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling, dengan sampelenam puluh lima karyawan. Untuk membuktikan hipotesis yang diajukan,digunakan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, Uji F dan Uji T. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa Motivasi dan Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruhsignifikan seeara simultan terhadap Kineija Karyawan. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui  pengaruh variabel brand characteristic dan positioning secara bersamaan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang kosmetik Wardah dan pengaruh variabel brand characteristic terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang kosmetik Wardah serta  pengaruh variabel positioning terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang kosmetik Wardah. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Mahasiswi Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Sedangkan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah sebanyak 100 responden yang didominasi oleh usia 22 tahun yakni sebanyak 23 responden atau 23% dan didominasi frekuensi membeli kosmetik Wardah lebih dari dua kali yakni 56 responden atau 56%. Instrumen yang digunakan oleh peneliti menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji coba dan memenuhi syarat validitas dan reliabilitas. Sedangkan untuk analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa variabel brand characteristic dan positioning secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang kosmetik Wardah. Secara Parsial Brand Characteristic berpengaruh signifikan dan Positioning tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan. Sedangkan variabel yang memiliki nilai β paling dominan dengan kata lain variabel yang berpengaruh paling besar terhadap keputusan pembelian ulang kosmetik Wardah adalah variabel brand characteristic yaitu sebesar 0,436.   Kata Kunci:Brand Characteristic, Positioning dan Keputusan Pembelian Ulang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) pengaruh kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha pada kelompok PKK Desa Socah; (2) pengaruh motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha pada kelompok PKK Desa Socah; (3) pengaruh kreativitas dan motivasi bersama-sama terhadap minat berwirausaha pada kelompok PKK Desa Socah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. maka sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah semua anggota kelompok PKK Desa Socah yang berjumlah 60 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresilinie berganda untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara individiul serta mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat secara bersama-sama. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini secara simultan diperoleh  hasil Fhitung > Ftabel sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel kreativitas (X1), motivasi (X2) berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y) pada anggota kelompok PKK Desa Socah. Hasil dari uji parsial untuk variabel kreativitas terhadap minat berwirausaha didapat  t hitung < t tabel maka H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, hal ini berarti kreativitas (X1)  mempunyai pengaruh tidak signfikan secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y). Sedangkan dari hasil uji parsial untuk variable motivasi terhadap minat berwirausaha diperoleh t hitung > t tabel, maka H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima hal ini berarti motivasi (X2) mempunyai pengaruh signifikan secara parsial terhadap minat berwirausaha (Y). Abstract

The  problem  in  this  study  is  that  there  are  differences  in  consumer perceptions of Go-ride and Grab-bike users. Consumers compare consumer perceptions in terms of brand image, risk and service quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the differences in consumer perceptions of Go-ride and Grab-bikes users as students at UPN “Veteran” East Java. Purposive sampling is a sampling technique in this study with the criteria (1) Active students at UPN “Veteran” East Java, (2) Students who have used Go-Ride and Grab-Bike at least 3 times in the past 6 months.. Data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents. The analysis technique used in this study is the Paired Sample T-test processed using SPSS 16.0 for windows. The results showed that: (1) the majority of Go-ride and Grab-bike consumer profiles as students of UPN "Veteran" East Java were women, with a monthly allowance of less than Rp 1,500,000, with the intensity of using Go-ride and Grab- bike 3-6 times in the last 6 months, (2) there are differences in consumer perceptions of brand image between Go-ride and Grab-bike which shows an average result that the Go-ride brand image is better than Grab-bike , (3) there are differences in consumer perceptions of the risk between Go-ride and Grab-bike which shows an average result that the Go-ride brand image is better than Grab-bike, (4) there are differences  in  consumer  perceptions  of  the service quality between  Go-ride  and Grab-bike which shows an average result that the Go-ride brand image is better than Grab-bike.   Keyword : consumer perceptions, brand image, risk and service quality

Abstracs To overcome poverty in rural areas, namely by carrying out community empowerment to be independent, competitive and able to compete in the 4.0 industrial revolution era or the digital era and potentially contribute to national income. The presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 caused the impact of intense competition, MSMEs must be able to overcome these challenges creatively, product innovation, marketing, product packaging, human resource development and technology. In empowering MSMEs, a strategy for preparing economic empowerment in MSMEs is needed in the face of the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0. Hadirnya revolusi industri 4.0 menimbulkan dampak persaingan yang ketat, UMKM harus mampu mengatasi tantangan itu dengan kreatif, inovasi produk, pemasaran, kemasan produk, pengembagan sumber daya manusia dan Teknologi. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the marketing mix on the interest of visiting agai toPD Taman Satwa Zoo Surabaya. This study uses independent variables (X) namely Product(X1), Price (X2), Promotion (X3), Place (X4), Person (X5), Process (X6) and Physical Proof(X7), and dependent variable (Y ) Visiting Interest again. The population is all visitors whomake a Visiting Interest again to the Surabaya Zoo. Purposive sampling technique with a totalsample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regressionanalysis. The results obtained from this study indicate simultaneously the product variables,nutrients, promotions, places, people, physical evidence, and the process of influencing thevariable of Visiting Interest again. Then partially only product, price, place, people, andprocess variables that influence Visiting Interest again.
