Abstract

Management is a systematic science to understand why and how humans work together to produce something useful for other people and certain groups and society in general. The functions of management according to experts vary, but from all experts who argue about the function of management there are similarities. In this paper, the author describes the function of planning management in Islamic education. In the Qur'an there are lafaz whose meaning is commensurate with management, namely lafaz of which lafaz (yudabbiru) in Surah Yunus/10:3 which means to regulate, that Allah is in control of everything that happens on this earth. The word planning is not found in qhot'iyah (clear) lafaz in the Qur'an, but many verses of the Qur'an that talk about lafaz that are commensurate with the Qur'an, by definition educational planning is an effort that is systematically arranged in various ways to achieve future goals with pay attention to the economic, socio-cultural and overall fields of a country.

Abstract

There should be a valid argument for worship before it can be practiced. If it is not obligatory to leave it, it is enough and complete the Qur'an and hadith, why are you still looking for a rational argument that contradicts the naql argument. There are 3 meanings of sayyid   in the Qur'an, namely follower, husband and leader. Sayyid  ah is termed in Indonesia as (siti) is the wife, there is a queen in heaven, if a man is called the king (the term local adat title, meaning it is permissible to call kiyai, Buyya, ustad, Baleo and others, it means that academic degrees such as Dr, Ph.D, may hold positions such as president, may title abri such as generals. The meaning of sayid is lower than the name given by Allah, namely Muhammad, Ahmad, 'Abdun Rosul Nabi and ummi. The use of the word sayyid   or sayyid  ah in worship has not found the evidence. If it is better, add the word Of course the monotheism sentence becomes: لااله الا الله سيدنا محمد رسول الله, it is also possible to pronounce the shahada to Muhammad as: وأشهد أن سيدنا محمدا عبده ورسوله, and the reading in the adhan iqamah and others, may also be the name of the surah سيدنا محمد and every word added with the word Muhammad سيدنا

Abstract

The abstrek of this article aims at a gampse of the busyness of the Sangkumpal Bonang market traders in Padangsidimpuan who have various kinds of activities in serving consumers in fact, this profession has keep going down from their parents, adults, teenagers and children for various reasons, some just hobbies or economic demands, so they try their luck through business. Al the Sangkumpal Bonang market, traders serve consumers with various kinds of commerce, such as groceries seller, sea food, clother dealer and another, The implementation of commerce should be carried out correctly and in accordance with the rules of Islamic sharia which are slarted in the al-Qur’an. But some of traders there are doing transactions in a fraudulent way, such as mixing the types of quality gouds with unqualified. Takes some of the objects that are sold, plays with the scales and makes. The price of goods at will that is not in accordance with the standard. They did this act because of the increasing pressure of the economy so that they could not avoid cheating in trading. This situation is exacerbated by the covid-19 virus which is endemic to all corners of the world especially the city of Padangsidimpuan so that the selling values of their wares is decreasing and causing many of them so suffer losses due to the absence of consummers buying their wares. Slow down to sales of merchandise they sell. This habit is sometimes triggered by the lack of knowledge and understanding of traders about the correct Islamic rules of buying and selling as regulated in the al-qur’an. It is proper for traders in trading to reflect on the trading practices carried of by the Prophet Muhammad SAW. So that he traders without discriminating between beliefs. Therefore, the trade he carries out is known throughout the world.

Abstract

Islam does not forbid its adherents to enjoy the life of the world. They are allowed and given the freedom to enjoy all the sustenance that Allah has given them. However, the behavior in expressing pleasure should not cross the predetermined line, such as excessive, extravagant and wasteful. But, the reality of the living habits of Indonesian Muslims shows that there are still many who commit wasteful acts, especially in the matter of food. Food that is not spent becomes wasted and wasted, resulting in a very large amount of waste, even up to hundreds of trillions of rupiah per year.Based on the reality of the wasteful behavior of Indonesian Muslims, the author is interested in researching this issue by describing Wahbah Az-Zuhaili's reading of wasteful terms in the book of al-Tafsir al-Munir. This research includes the description of Wahbah Az-Zuhaili regarding the meaning of the word wasteful, the causes of wasteful attitudes, threats to wasteful perpetrators, and solutions to eliminate wasteful attitudes. Thematic method is the choice in completing this research. The results of this research explain that the meaning of redundant is to manage and spend wealth or money not in the right place and not wise in its use. The cause of the emergence of wasteful behavior is not caring about religious teachings and following their lusts. The threat to the wasteful perpetrator is that he will become a brother of Satan and become a disbelief in Allah. The solution to eliminating wasteful nature is to be moderate in the use of wealth, not to distribute wealth in immoral cases, and to distribute wealth to people in need.

Abstract

Wathi is a need between husband and wife as a safeguard to be safe from immorality such as adultery, masturbation. Husband and wife are two human figures, the purpose of their marriage is to educate children according to Islam, to instill commendable morals such as husband's permission to leave the house, sunnah fasting, etiquette to receive guests, raise children, away from despicable morals, marry off daughters if there are men. the man who proposes to her, who is good and pious, practices hablum minalloh and hablum minannas based on the argument. So that it becomes an example of where they are.

Abstract

Dhikr and prayer in prayer if the argument is jahar, if sir is combed, don't exchange it back. The reward of sir or jahar if it is based on the same argument as the jahar and sir prayer. The size of mad when jahar is the same as when sir and the reward is the same. Not adding to the size of the mad, adding to the thigh, quite the opposite, because it violates the rules of the science of tajwid. How to practice remembrance and prayer follow the arguments when praying or outside prayer. Amplifying your voice will disturb other friends, something that interferes is certainly wrong, there is nothing to be disturbed, either during ziki prayers and other worship.

Abstract

Hadis merupakan sumber hukum kedua bagi ummat Islam setelah al-Qur’an, hadis dapat difahami dengan cara tekstual dan kontekstual, Penelitian ini didasarkan oleh berbagai macam bentuk persoalan dalam memahami sebuah hadis, dalam mengkaji sebuah hadis secara tekstual, dapat dilihat dari sisi lafalnya atau dari sisi kandungan hadis tersebut. Sedangkan secara kontekstual, dapat dilihat dari sisi sosio-historis hadis tersebut. Hal yang paling penting yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang pengkaji hadis adalah memahami tentang ilmu asbab al-wurud al-hadis. Di antara para pemikir kontemporer, Muhammad Al-Ghazali dan Yusuf Qardhawi telah memberikan penjelasan yang luas tentang bagaimana pemikirannya tentang hadis yang dikembangkan menjadi metode sistematis untuk menilai otentisitas hadis.

Abstract

Abstrak artikel ini melirik sekilas tentang aktifitas pedagang pasar sangkumpal bonang padangsidimpuan yang berbagai macam kesibukan dalam melayani pembeli. Sesungguhnya pelayanan ini telah lama mereka lakoni, mulai dari orangtua, dewasa, remaja dan anak anak dengan ragam alasan ada yang sekedar hobi atau desakan ekonomi sehingga mencoba peruntungan melalui perdagangan. Di pasar sangkumpal bonang pedagang melayani pembeli dengan berbagai macam dagangan, mulai dari beras, minyak, gula, ikan, ayam, cabe dan lain sebagainya. Praktik jual beli semestinya mereka lakukan dengan benar dan teratur sesuai dengan tuntunan syariat Islam yang tercermin di dalam al-Qur’an. Namun sebahagian di antara pedagang ada yang melakukan transaksi jual beli dengan cara curang, seperti mencampurkan jenis barang dagangan yang berkualitas bagus dengan yang jelek, mengambil sebahagian dari benda yang dijual, mempermainkan timbangan dan menetapkan harga barang tidak sesuai standar. Kemungkina perbuatan ini mereka lakukan karena dorongan perekonomian yang semakin meningkat sehingga cara curang dalam berdagang tidak mampu mereka elakan. Kondisi ini diperparah dengan adanya virus covid-19 yang mewabah di seluruh penjuru khususnya kota Padangsidimpuan sehingga semakin menurunkan omset penjualan mereka dan akibatnya banyak dari pedagang yang mengalami kerugian karena tidak adanya konsumen yang membeli dagangan. Menertibkan pelaksanaan transaksi jual beli dengan cara jujur tentu akan memperlamban kelarisan barang dagangan yang mereka jual.
