Abstract

Fishery aquaculture activities become the core livelihood in some communities in rural areas. This study describes the value of economic benefits and the role of pond farming institutions in the community that became the needs and daily livelihoods. This research observes how the value of economic benefits and how the role of pond farming institutions in the Village of Ambeng-ambeng Watangrejo Duduk Sampeyan District Gresik.The results of this study conclude that the economic benefit value for the farmers is not profitable and even a loss. The role of farmer groups that have not yet had a good function. Group "Usaha Tani" is still not maximized in performing its role as economic institution of the community in the village Ambeng-ambeng Watangrejo Duduk Sampeyan District Gresik. Three indicators that they can play are the guidance of exchange of goods / barter, the guidance of how to pay, and as the identity of the community. But there are three other indicators that they have not done in their role as economic institutions that is as a guideline to determine food prices, buying and selling guidelines and use labor guidelines.

Abstract

The research aims to analyze the Factor Influencing Student Achievment Junior High School 1 Kediri. The hypothesis tested in this study were (1) there is significant effect partial curriculum on student achievement, (2) there was a significant effect of partial environmental education on student achievement, (3) there was significant effect of partial education infrastructure on student achievement, (4) there are simultans effect of curriculum, education environment, and insfrastructure on student achievement. The result of descriptive analysis it was revealed that student achievement SMPN 1 Pagu Kediri in both categories (56,5%), curriculum in both of the data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis show (1) the curriculum has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit >t-tab (4,692 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,000 (2) education environment have significant impact on academic achievement students t-hit > t-tab (3,623 > 1,656) with asignificant level of 0,001 (3) education infrastructure has a significant impact on student achievement t-hit > t-tab (3,858 > 1,656) with a significant level of 0,001 (4) together curriculum, education environment, and education infrastructure has significant influence on student achievement F-hit >F-tab (5,558 > 3,276), with a significant level of 0,001 with the effective contribution of 77,5% (R square =0,775).

Abstract

The development and advancement of science and technology policy to build special economic zone is apt to be realized. In order to realize a very important need common spatial planning, so that land use can be optimized according to the needs. In the process of development of special economic zones will have an impact of environment itself. This study is purposed to describe and analyze the factors that supporting and constraints in the implementation of Government Regulation No. 2 of 2011 about implementation of special economic zones in Marunda jakarta, while the methods used in this study indicate that the development of special economic zones have an impact on peoples in the region, which led to the loss of homes and livelihoods. This research, treatment of those affected by the development of special economic zones with the alternative involving the community as labor at the site of special economic zones adapted to the education and skills needed. Another alternative to the people who still pursue the profession as a fisherman accommodated by preparing FADs as a fishing location that does not interfere of the harbor traffic.

Abstract

The aim of this research is: (1) Identifying and analyzing internal and external environment of the company that influence the marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe. (2) Formulating the alternative marketing strategy of Suoklat Cafe that is obtained from the analysis result. (3) Formulating and setting the strategy formula that is most suitable to improve Suoklat Cafe. The data collection is taken from April to August 2016 in Suoklat Cafe located in Surabaya. Internal Analysis (IFE) results the primary factor focusing on chocolate products with the score 0,172. Meanwhile, the main weakness from this business is the less appropriate management implementation process scoring 0, 117. When the two internal factors are combined, the average total score is 2, 635. External Analysis (EFE) results main opportunity that can be used by Suoklat Cafe in order to face the competition; hanging out culture in Cafe in Surabaya by 0,216. The main threat that can be obtained from the calculation shows through the strong factor of bargaining high supplier, scoring 0, 212. Based on the two external factors that is obtained, the average score is 2, 916. IE Analysis in Suoklat Cafe positions it in quadrant V, known as maintaining and preserving strategy. SWOT analysis results strategies that can be applied: (1) Maintaining the price, increasing the variation and the product quality in order to enchance the loyality and consumers' satisfactions, (2) Expanding the market share, (3) Maintaining and improving the service quality towards the consumers (4) improving the internal managemeny of the company (5) streghten the capital through cooperations with the media, the investors, and the governmeny agencies (6) analyzing the competitors to find out tje advantages and the disadvantages, and also streghten the consumer-supplier relationship to help increase the loyality (7) Improving the effeciency and effectiveness of the employee's work, expanding the location of the parking area or cooperating with local authorities, also increasing the technology. The QSPM processing results the production of main prior strategy that sets market share expansion to face the competition with TAS 6, 422.

Abstract

The inventory problem is a problem always faced by decision makers in the production process, inventory recording is done to ensure the certainty that when needed these items are available.Companies engaged in trading and services need to make accounting records to determine the financial condition of the business.The need for accounting information of merchandise inventory is a very important part related to the inventory of merchandise. Due to the most frequent activity in order to achieve business smoothness. Accounting for merchandise inventory requires an inventory card which includes purchase invoices, sales invoices, proof of incoming goods, or outgoing goods relating to inventory. A good accounting system that is assessment of inventory will be a means to provide information that can be used in the evaluation of the company as well as a tool for good internal control. Companies are required to be able to apply the company's accounting policy well in order to provide accurate information for the smooth activity of the company. Therefore, the company must follow the Financial Accounting Standards (SAK), precisely the Financial Accounting Standards Entity Without Public Accountability (SAK ETAP) formulated by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) in 2009. The purpose of this study is to describe the determination of method of recording and valuation of goods inventory according to SAK ETAP applicable in Indonesia. The method used in this study is with a qualitative approach, the type of case study research, where the study was conducted on the company engaged in automotive retailing which has business activities trading, as a provider of various types of merchandise that sells the needs of spare parts four-wheeled vehicles and two wheels.The main activity is to buy merchandise to suppliers for resale to consumers without having to change the form of goods in order to gain profit. The inventory valuation method used in the FIFO (first in first out) / MPKP assessment method (first entry first exit). This method is used so as not to stock up on merchandise for too long so that the goods sold are worth selling goods. This method is in conformity with the Financial Accounting Standards of an Entity Without Public Accountability regarding inventory.The existence of information technology system (STI) so far is very helpful and simplify the process of recording and valuation of merchandise inventory on the CV. Tjipto Putra Mandiri Indonesia as well as the development of record keeping information system, hoping to be better systematically, effectively efficient and minimize any recording errors.

Abstract

The background of this research is city of Surabaya is famous with Kenjeran beach which has rich in marine products. Fishermen at Kenjeran beach get small and unique fish such as sea cucumber fish, lorjuk, eggplant, frozen fish, layur, shrimp, shark fin, and others. Fishermen on the Kenjeran beach exactly at New Sukolilo village has manage the results of his own sea. Most of the fisherman's produce is processed by the local Trading Company (Usaha Dagang) engaged in the processing of marine products. The research was conducted at UD Yanis, because UD Yanis is one of several UD of seafood processing in Sukolilo Village which has complete production permit. UD Yanis also process its own marine products, starting from the initial drying process until the finished product until packaging. The products that are the focus of researchers in the production process are crackers sea cucumber. This is due to crackers sea cucumber is a favorite product for consumers, regardless of the results of the sea season is not sea cucumbers. This study aims to answer the problem formulation that consists of (1) How is the production process conducted UD Yanis in processing sea products Keripuk Teripang in order to produce excellent products? (2) What are the constraints faced in the production process by UD Yanis in processing Sea Seaweed Crackers in order to produce excellent products? (3) How efficient production process as a solution for UD Yanis in managing sea cucumber crackers to produce excellent products? The type of research used in this study is explanatory research. Research approach in this research is qualitative approach. From the research results, it can be concluded that the attention in improving the processing of seafood can be done by producing efficiently and with good process. The simplicity of the production process resulted in reducing the amount of production that should be obtained. Increasing consumer demand, UD Yanis is required to increase its production output. From the constraints found, researchers develop the production process by updating existing tools with better quality. Some of the production tools include stainless steel pans, stoves made of steel and brass, and a large skillet made of steel plate. Because the growing process of production, will have an impact for the production of more sea cucumber crackers.
