Abstract

Leasing is a law of agreement consisting of two or more people who bind themselves to each other in which one party declares the ability to provide something and the other party binds itself in an agreement to help meet their respective needs. Likewise with the custom that applies in the community of Sihitang Urban Village Padangsidimpuan City which often rent boarding  rooms.The problem in this thesis is how the community rents boarding rooms for student residences in Sihitang Urban Village  Padangsidimpuan City and how does Fiqh Muamalah review the implementation of renting  boarding rooms. The purpose of this thesis is to determine the implementation of boarding room renting in Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City and a review of the implementation of  boarding room renting.The type of research is field research by using a qualitative descriptive research method, which is a research from various aspects to find the issue for which the answer is being sought.The results of this study are the implementation of leasing carried out by the people of Sihitang Village Padangsidimpuan City, contradicting the Fiqh Muamalah because it is not in accordance with the contract agreement at first resulting in broken promises boarding room renting reaserch is fialed custom that bording rooms, the problem in this is how the implementation from variose aspects to find the issue for which the bording room.

Abstract

Water is the source of life for living things, especially humans, with water humans can carry out daily activities to the fullest. All community members consume clean water from wells, rivers and PAM Water. It is the same with residents in Batu Sundung Village, located in Padang Lawas Regency, North Sumatra, where most of the residents consume PAM Water for their daily lives. In addition to the great benefits, there are several problems from the residents regarding the Water PAM used, namely the problem of payment fees that are too large, not in accordance with the water they get. So from this problem the author is interested in researching the payment of Air PAM fees in Batu Sundung Village in terms of KHES. The theoretical study used by the author in analyzing this is KHS (Compilation of Sharia Economic Law), concerning Amwal and Akad. The research methodology uses field research (field research), and data collection techniques used by observation and interviews. The results found were that problems related to PAM Water payment fees occurred in 2018 at the beginning of the establishment of PAM Water, the community did not know about the problem of fees that must be paid, and after 2019 the Village Head, PAM SIMAS Chair, and Village residents had held a deliberations and decided that the payment PAM fees are according to the meter, and per meter must pay Rp. 2,000. and from this decision the residents began to feel clear how much water they had to spend per day to be paid monthly after the QS. An-nisa paragraph 29, continued that the provider of wages/salaries to officers who maintain water supply comes from cash contributions of Rp. 5,000 / month, this is in accordance with the hadith of the apostle about the provision of wages / salaries that are in accordance with the work. And all that is offered by Sharia Economic Law aims to be mutually beneficial, not only for personality.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 21 of 2017 Article 3 Paragraph (1) concerning the Management of Drill Mud and Drill Cutting Waste in Geothermal Drilling by the Mandailing Natal Regency Environmental Service. This research was motivated by complaints from residents of the village of Sibanggor Tonga, Puncak Sorik Marapi District, Mandailing Natal Regency about the waste flowing into the residents' agricultural land which resulted in the residents' rice plants not developing as usual, causing implementation that was not in accordance with existing regulations.  This type of research is afield researchusing a qualitative descriptive analysis method. The method of collecting data for this research is by means of interviews and documentation in accordance with the provisions contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Number 21 of 2017.  The results of the study state that the implementation of the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 21 of 2017 Article 3 Paragraph (1) concerning the Management of Drill Mud and Drill Cutting Waste in Geothermal Drilling by the Mandailing Natal Regency Environmental Service has been implemented, this can be seen from the form of implementation that has been implemented by The Environment Agency is to carry out direct supervision of the location of the flow of waste, give warnings to geothermal energy companies if they have violated the provisions in the regulations and impose sanctions on the agency or company if they have violated applicable regulations or are not in accordance with the company's way of working.

Abstract

Wage is money that is paid in return for services or competasion for losses received by the workes for the outpouring of their labor to other people who have the status of toke (employer). As for the problem in this study, the part of determining the wages of fishermen in the Pancuran Bambo Village Sibolga District Sambas Sibolga City in the perspective of Muamalah Fiq, this type of research is a qualitative field research that is sourced from fact finding from the field in addition using interview methods and observation methods and also looking for facts from legal materials. This study aims to abtain accurate data on how to determine the wages of fishermen in the Pancuran Bamboo Village Sibolga District Sambas City Sibolga City competasion of losse receavid by the workes this type of reseach is qualitative. The results of this study explain that the determination of fishermen’s wages in the Pancuran Bamboo Village Sibolga Sambas District Sibolga City is not in accordance with Islamic rules, which in the Qur’an and hadith giving wages to workers must be given as soon as possible and do not delay the wages of workers, the wages of fishermen in the Pancur Bambo Village Sibolga, this study to works this type of research is given as soon possible and do not deley the wages of workers.

Abstract

This research is entitled The Role of Democratic Volunteers in Increasing Voter Participation in the 2019 General Election in Padangsidimpuan City. This study aims to determine the role of Padangsidimpuan Democracy Volunteers in increasing voter participation in the 2019 General Election in Padangsidimpuan City, as well as the obstacles experienced by Padangsidimpuan Democracy Volunteers in increasing voter participation in the 2019 General Election in Padangsidimpuan City. Descriptive qualitative research is the research method used in this study. This type of research uses field research, namely research that goes directly to the location that is the object of research or field research, and this research prioritizes a problem that is being studied and obtains more information in the form of words or sentences compared to information in the form of numbers. The results of this study indicate that the role of Padangsidimpuan Democracy Volunteers in increasing voter participation in the 2019 General Election in Padangsidimpuan City is to conduct direct socialization to the people of Padangsidimpuan City, where in conducting socialization of Democracy Volunteers are divided based on 10 bases. Voter and Election Education to the public in the form of, among others; Face to face, group discussions, simulations, lectures, posting socialization materials to social media. And the inhibiting factors for Padangsidimpuan Democracy Volunteers in increasing voter participation in the 2019 General Election in Padangsidimpuan City are obstacles that come from internal Democratic Volunteers, namely there are still many Democratic Volunteers members who are not confident in conveying socialization materials, the background of members of the Democracy Volunteers, No the structure of programs run by Democratic Volunteers, and the short tenure of Democracy Volunteers. And also obstacles that come from external factors, namely, the community's confidence is still lacking in the election, the difficulty of gathering the community to conduct election socialization, the difficulty of communication from the Democratic Volunteers to people with disabilities and also technical obstacles in voting such as registering A5, not having an ID card and assistance when choose.
