Abstract

The Qur'an is the first source of Islamic law that was revealed to the prophet Muhammad SAW. However, the Qur'an is also not only the object of study by Muslim scientists, many non-Muslims also study the Qur'an such as Western scientists and they are said to be Orientalists. One of them is Karel A. Steenbrink who studies the relationship between Jesus AS and the God they believe in today, while Jesus AS is considered by Muslims only as an apostle and messenger of Allah SWT. In understanding this difference Karel refers to the verses of the Qur'an and gives a positive attitude and outlook, unlike other Christians. The formulation of the problem of the author is how Karel A. Steenbrink's attitude and views towards Isa Al-Masih and towards Isa Al-Masih's verses. The aim is to find out the attitudes and views of Karel A. Steenbrink towards Isa Al-Masih and the verses of Isa Al-Masih. The type of research used by the author is library research. The results of this study indicate that Karel A. Steenbrink does not blame and refute the Muslim understanding of Isa Al-Masih who is considered only a creature created by God who is made as a prophet as well as His apostle, while in the Christian understanding of the prophet Isa Al-Masih is a figure of God. known as Jesus Christ, the son of Mary. Karel also believes that the explanation of the verses about Isa Al-Masih has almost the same similarities, such as the process of the birth of Isa Al-Masih in the Qur'an and Christian books.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled the perception of the general election commission on the representation of women in the list of legislative candidates for the 2014-2019 period in the Mandailing Natal district (study of law number 7 of 2017 article 1 regarding elections. The general election commission has issued pkpu number 20 of 2018 regarding nominations for members of the DPR, the provincial dprd and district or city dprd and have been ratified by the ministry of law and human rights. But the birth of this pkpu did not go smoothly, especially regarding ex-corruptors not being allowed to nominate as members of the legislature. The involvement of women in politics from time to time continues to increase, one of the indicators is an increasing trend of women in the legislature, especially since the 1999 election until the 2009 election. However, in the 2014 election, women's representation has decreased and in law number 7 of 2017 concerning elections, it is necessary to have at least 30% of women's representation in the list of candidates to be legally registered. As a legislative candidate. This research is a type of qualitative research that emphasizes the analysis more on the inductive deductive inference process and on the analysis of the dynamics of the relationship between observed phenomena, using scientific logic. Qualitative research emphasizes efforts to answer research questions through a formal, argumentative way of thinking. This type of research is in the form of a field study. In this study the researcher found the results that the perception of the general election commission that the 30% quota of women's representation in legislative members in Mandailing Natal had not been fully implemented because of the individual factors of each woman and the lack of public trust in women due to negative views about gender

Abstract

This research is motivated by the role of religious leaders in resolving marital disputes in Sayurmatinggi Village. Religious figures are people who are prominent, respected and have a big role in the development of religious teachings, in this case Islam. The position of religious leaders who play an important role in society because they are considered as people who have a higher level and knowledge of religion compared to other members of the community. The problem in this study is about the role of religious leaders in mediating or efforts to reconcile the family or household of someone who is in a dispute that has the potential to lead to divorce is never done at all by religious leaders and even after the divorce then religious leaders play a role in it. This study aims to determine the role of religious leaders in mediating marital disputes in the Vegetable Sayurmatinggi community.This research was conducted directly in the field to obtain information and data as accurately as possible by using data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The objects in this study are the Village Head of Sayurmatinggi, traditional leaders, religious leaders, people in conflict.From the results of the research conducted, people are less aware of the role of religious leaders in the social order and religious leaders cannot play an active role in mediating marital disputes because a dispute in the household is a disgrace to the family itself while religious leaders are not part of the family. And the comments of the people in Sayurmatinggi village that it is more thick with custom in matters of marriage, on the grounds that culture and customs from ancient times have been applied in marriage matters, as well as statements by religious leaders although negative effects often follow later which can trigger various customary problems. prioritized in terms of marriage in Sayurmatinggi Village.

Abstract

In human live buting and selling is a necessity that can not be abandonet so thet humans cannot live without buying and selling activities. Buying and selling is also a means of helping fellow human beings so thet Islam determines its permissibility. In line with the times, the problem of buying and selling occurs in the wider comunity. One of them is about the price difference in buying ang selling drugs at pharmacies. The problem in this study is how the proce difference in buying ang selling drugs at pharmacies in pasar ujung batu village is and how fiqh muamalah reviews the price differences in buying and selling drugs at parmacies in pasar ujung batu village. This research is a field research. Research conducted by collecting data on phenomena thet occur, natural and natural. The data sources of this research are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used field studies, namely observation, inter views, and documen tation. The results of this study indicate that the difference in prices in buying and selling drugs at pharmacies contains elements of injustice and praud in providing prices, namely by differentiating the price of drugs that carry prescriptions prom doctors and those who do not carry prescriptions. Based on the view of muamalah fiqh, it is not allowed to take excessive profits in buying and selling. Therefore, the difference in prices in buying and selling drugs at pharmacies in pasar ujung batu village is not allowed because it contains elements of tyrany and fraud.

Abstract

One of the missions of Islam is to glorify women and put them in a respectable position, so that they can reach the status of pious women. Actually, the mission of Islam has been achieved in the time of the prophet Muhammad SAW and how many decades after that still make the Qur’an as a way of the life. However, the reality of life in modern times today shows an alarming fact. Many Muslim women have experienced moral decadence. Many Muslim women today fall into acts that are prohibited by religion, such as courtship, adultery, and others. Sinful acts like this cause them to be far from the category of pious women. Whereas if they were asked to choose to be a pious woman or a pious woman, of course the answer from the bottom of their hearts would be to choose a pious woman. Women are glorified in Islam because of their role and position as child, wife, and mother. Because Islam really maintains the dignity of a woman well. The most high ranking woman is a pious woman who always istiqamah in carryng out all the commands of Allah and staying away from all the prohibitios. The formulation of the problem of this research is how the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar, the aim is to find out the aim is to find out the concept of pious women in the interpretation of Al-Azhar. This type of research is library research, namely research through library research, gathering techniques by searcing for verses about pious women. Based on the interpretation approach, which is done by the workings of the tahlili method. The results of this study are shalihah women can be said to be women who maintain their eyes, are consistent in covering their genitals, women who have strong personalities, women who are obedient and intelligent, and women who maintain their chastity.
