Abstract

Kebutuhan terhadap analisa pemakaian listrik untuk mendapatkan keputusan lebih akurasi terhadap BTS. Pengelolaan data pemakaian listrik dimanfaatkan untuk mendapatkan informasi penting yang tersirat didalamnya. Membantu user dalam mengambil keputusan yang tepat terhadap BTS sehingga memudahkan dalam menentukan tindakan di lapangan. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah data yang bersumber dari data pembayaran listrik BTS. Berdasarkan analisis terhadap data, ditemukannya jumlah pemakaian/pembayaran tagihan listrik yang meningkat ataupun menurun secara drastis. Selanjutnya data diolah menggunakan pengolahan data Forward Chaining (pelacakan kedepan). Hasil dari pengujian terhadap metode ini adalah sebanyak 20 BTS dalam status pemakaian normal, dan sebanyak 20 BTS dalam status pemakaian anomaly sehingga didapatkan keputusan sebanyak 5 BTS perlu dilakukan pembongkaran dan sebanyak 15 BTS perlu diperbaikan. Data hasil pengujian telah mengambarkan dengan jelas keputusan yang akan dilakukan terhadap BTS tersebut. Ini dapat memudahkan user dalam mengambil keputusan dengan lebih akurasi.

Abstract

The Community Health Center (Puskesmas) is a functional health organization in providing comprehensive and integrated services to the community. This organization is a community health development center that fosters community participation in improving public health services funded by the government. As the first health facility in providing health services, the Puskesmas is often visited by many patients who arrive at the same time. The number of patient visits that are too many is inversely proportional to the health workers who are on duty. This causes the ongoing health services to be less than optimal. To improve these services, identification of the type of disease is carried out so that better services can be prepared. The purpose of this study is to predict the type of disease in the future. The data on the types of diseases that were processed in this study from 2019 to 2021 were sourced from the Silaping Health Center. The data is processed by the Monte Carlo method. The results of this study are predictions of types of diseases in the future tend to increase every month, so that the Puskesmas must prepare more medical personnel who have expertise in their fields. This information can be used as a reference in the application of manpower to higher institutions to improve services. Thus, this system is very helpful in improving services by making it easier to identify needs for the future

Abstract

A candidate for legislative member is someone who is sent to represent his political party in a legislative part which will be directly elected by the people through general elections. General election is a means of implementation in a democratic system to elect representatives of the people in the people's representative institutions directly, publicly, freely, confidentially, honestly and fairly. Legislative elections are a five-year democratic agenda that is held simultaneously, one of which is to elect members of the Provincial DPRD. Provincial DPRD is a regional people's representative institution that is domiciled as an element of provincial government administration. The purpose of this study is to understand the application of the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to design a system that can determine the success of legislative candidates in the general election in the Jambi provincial constituency using Data Mining with the K-Nearest Neighbor Algorithm, to test using Rapidminer supporting software, to test the system. Data Mining that has been built uses test data, and analyzes the output generated from the Data Mining system. The appropriate method for this research is Data Mining. Data mining is a data processing method to find patterns in data, the k-nearest neighbor algorithm is one of the classification algorithms on objects based on learning data that is closest to the object. The data used and processed in this research is the data of the elected DPRD members for the previous period, namely the data of the 2009-2014 DPRD members, the 2014-2019 DPRD members' data, and the 2019-2024 DPRD members' data. The results of this study are a system that can provide recommendations for prospective Provincial DPRD candidates for the 2024-2029 period in choosing electoral districts that match the profile and have a greater potential for victory during the General Election based on profile data of elected DPRD members in the previous period.

Abstract

The expert system using the Bayes method results in an analysis of oral diseases in cats. This expert system can be used by the general public to detect oral diseases in cats without having to come directly to the vet. Building an expert system software using the Bayes method to diagnose oral disease in cats equipped with solutions according to the indicated disease. The data that is processed in the expert system for detecting oral disease in cats is obtained from the results of interviews with animal disease specialists. The dataset used consists of 8 diseases. This expert system was built using the Bayes method. This expert system is made using a rule-based application and uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages. The results of testing this method are the types of diseases according to the symptoms entered by the user and solutions for disease prevention indicated by the system. This expert system is useful for the community to find out oral diseases in cats without having to come directly to a veterinarian. And can help doctors work in improving the accuracy of oral disease analysis in cats.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had an impact on many parties, this condition has penetrated the world of education, the central government to the regional level provides policies to close all educational institutions. However, the problem is currently, education in Indonesia and even the world is faced with a situation that makes teachers and students master distance or online learning, especially during this Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the use of the C4.5 algorithm method used questionnaire data distributed and filled in by teachers who teach at SDN 14 ATTS Bukittinggi City which contains questions, namely the teacher's name, student name, subject, class, UTS and UAS scores, student obstacles during online learning such as students not having devices, students arriving late, uncooperative students. With this research, students at SDN 14 ATTS will get an appropriate learning method for each subject, so that students can absorb knowledge to the maximum and have satisfactory results in online learning. A Decision Support System using the C4.5 Algorithm can be applied in determining the right method for online learning for students so that they can better understand the material provided by the teacher and get satisfactory results in online learning.

Abstract

Twitter is a social media and also a microblog that allows users to send and read short messages of no more than 280 characters as tweets. Tweet users are currently not limited in terms of age, information, and communication. The lack of information on tweets on Twitter results in a lot of information that is difficult to know the facts or intentions of the tweet. This can have negative impacts such as fraud, leading public opinion to negative. One of the topics that has been discussed in Indonesian society since March 2020. Coranavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is a disease of the new type of coronavirus virus (SARS-CoV-2) that has taken the world by storm and the WHO has declared it a pandemic. As of March 10, 2022, 5.85 million Covid cases have been confirmed out of a total of 453 million cases in the world. This Covid-19 case can be a place for certain parties to disseminate information to the wider community. Tweet data obtained from social networks based on queries in Indonesian, this study aims to determine the pros or cons of the public or society against Covid-19. To find out that a tweet is counter can be done by looking at the existing tweets one by one, but this takes a long time and effort because of the large number of tweets. In this study using the K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN) method using as many as 1200 tweet data. Based on the research that has been done, it can be said that public sentiment in 2020 regarding COVID-19 tends to be negative, followed by positive and neutral opinions. But in 2021, as time goes by, public opinion tends to follow neutral.

Abstract

Queue is a process of waiting to be served if a service facility (server) is still busy. After getting service, the queue is left to get service facilities. One of the busy places of service and the existence of services is the Solok City Hospital. Services at the hospital always have a queuing process. This process starts from registration to completion, namely making payments at the cashier. Currently, mobile media has become one of the important aspects in supporting queue services. Technological advances that use mobile media have provided many advantages and conveniences in saving time and reducing the number of workers and costs in service. One method of improving services with mobile media is the Accidental Sampling method. This method is very effective in using queue time. So this research was carried out to improve hospital services so that visitors and the hospital could save time in getting services and serving. The data processed in this study was carried out in 30 days with measurements using the calculation of the probability of no visitors, the average number of visitors, the average number of visitors waiting in the queue, and the average time waiting in line. The result of this study is to add 1 waiter per counter, so the optimal time to overcome the queue at the hospital. So that this research can be used as a reference in improving services to overcome the problem of queuing visitors

Abstract

The system in the process of marketing transactions, sales and purchases of recycled products made by women is centered at the Jayapura Waste Bank. This centralized system has the effect of being less well known by the public. This system is also still weak in promotion, either through print or social media. Promotion only takes place from customers who have purchased products at this bank. In addition, there is no means of purchasing and paying online. So this research was conducted with the aim of building an online system by applying the waterfall method, data collection method, PIECES analysis method, UML design method and black box testing method. The result of this research is an online system in the form of e-Commerce Recycled Products at the Jayapura Waste Bank. These results make it easier to get reliable mobile-based marketing, sales, and purchase transaction process for recycled products. So that this system can be used as a reference in building a waste bank.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disorder that causes glucose regulation in the blood. Blood sugar anomalies can be defined as unwanted readings either due to normal causes or reasons unknown to the patient. Machine learning applications have been widely introduced in diabetes research and blood sugar anomaly detection. However, modeling options and strategies for classification in diabetes mellitus are needed. This study aims to classify the data as diabetic or non-diabetic and improve classification accuracy. Classification accuracy is improved by using many of the data sets as training data and test data. Classification accuracy is improved by using multiple of the data set as data. In the test, the C4.5 and RF hybrid methods, as well as the MLP and Net Bayes hybrid classification methods were developed for the classification of diabetes. In the case of C4.5 + RF it provides an accuracy of 79.31% which is higher than the individual models. Similarly, MLP + Net Bayes, provides an 81.89% higher accuracy than the individual models. In the second case the 85-15% ensemble model training and test partitions have an important role for the classification of diabetes data. The proposed MLP + Net Bayes provides 81.89% accuracy as a robust model for data classification. So that the proposed model achieves the highest accuracy of 81.89% with 6 features and reaches the highest sensitivity of 64.10% and the highest specificity of 90.90%.

Abstract

The introduction of spatial media, especially in mathematics, is still often applied to learning module media such as books or whiteboard media as happened. In this case it is less effective because students are less able to absorb what is conveyed by the teacher because the media is still in the form of 2D images. This study aims to build learning augmented reality with markerless method based on android. With the application of augmented reality objects in the recognition of spatial shapes can be used as 3D images. The spatial applications that will be made are cubes, blocks, triangular prisms, triangular pyramids, rectangular pyramids, cones, spheres and regular hexagon prisms. The final result obtained is an educational application for the introduction of mathematical formulas, especially in building spaces using Android-based augmented reality, and in the form of a marker book. It is possible that this technology can be used as a tool for more innovative methods of introducing mathematical geometric formulas. By shining on the rear camera on the marker book, users can immediately see in 3D on the smartphone screen the shape of the shapes and formulas that exist in real time. This will be an interesting lesson, especially for fifth graders at SDIT At Taubah Batam.
