Abstract

Badan Kesatuan Bangsa dan Politik Kabupaten Karimun melaksanakan pembayaran tunjangan berbasis kinerja. Pemberian tunjangan ini harus terbuka dan transparan sesuai dengan prestasi kinerja pegwai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kriteria yang tepat dalam perhitungan bobot kinerja, sehingga pemberian tunjangan sangat tepat. Penelitian ini akan menetapkan bobot kinerja pegawai sebagai acuan dalam pembayaran tunjangan kinerja setiap bulan. Data yang diolah dalam penelitian ini adalah nilai absensi dan nilai capaian kinerja setiap pegawai. Data ini dirangkum menjadi data sasaran kinerja pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Monte Carlo. Hasil dari pengujian penelitian ini dapat menentukan prediksi sasaran kinerja pegawai yang akurat dengan tingkat akurasi 99%. Dengan ketepatan penelitian ini, maka ketepatan dalam penentuan tunjangan kinerja sangat tepat, sehingga penelitian ini menjadi acuan dalam meningkatkan kinerja pegawai secara tepat.

Abstract

Quality of medical image has an important role in constructing right medical diagnosis. This paper recommends a method to improve the quality of medical images by increasing the size of the image pixels. By increasing the size of pixels, the size of the objects contained therein is also greater, making it easier to observe. In this study medical images of Brain CT-Scan, Chest X-Ray and Panoramic X-Ray were processed using Line-Column Interpolation (LCI) Method. The results of the treatment are then compared to Nearest Neighbor Interpolation (NNI), Bilinear Interpolation (BLI) and Bicubic Interpolation (BCI) processing results. The experiment shows that Line-Column Interpolation Method produces a larger image with details of the objects in it are not blurred and has equal visual effects. Thus, this method is expected to be a reference material in enlarging the size of the medical image for ease in clinical analysis.

Abstract

Kulit menjadi organ pelindung terluar bagi manusia yang paling sering berinteraksi, interaksi yang terjadi tidaklah selalu aman seperti interaksi pada bakteri, virus, jamur dan parasit. Interaksi yang buruk ini yang dapat menjadikan terjadinya penyakit kulit. Penyakit kulit sering kali dianggap lumrah terjadi, namun dalam beberapa kasus penyakit kulit dapat menjadi berbahaya dan mematikan , terlebih lagi penyakit kulit dapat menular. Kurangnya ketersediaan tenaga medis khususnya dokter spesialis penyakit kulit membuat penderita enggan dalam memeriksa kesehatan kulitnya. Dari permasalahan tersebut maka dibangunlah sebuah Sistem Pakar (Expert System) dalam membantu pasien menentukan jenis penyakit kulit dan penanganan yang tepat bagi penyakit tersebut dengan cepat berdasarkan gejala yang diarasakan oleh pasien tersebut. Dalam mendukung pembangunan aplikasi ini menggunakan Metode Forward Chaining (FC) untuk penelusuran dari gejala – gejala yang dirasakan pasien dalam bentuk pertanyaan, selanjutnya penelusuran tersebut akan diolah menggunakan Metode Certainty Factor (CF) untuk menentukan nilai keyakinan dari jenis penyakit kulit yang diderita oleh pasien. Hasil penelitian ini dapat menampilkan jenis penyakit kulit menular yang diderita oleh pasien, solusi dan penanganan pasien serta dilakukan perhitungan Algoritma Certainty Factor (CF) nilai keyakinan dari jenis penyakit kulit menular yang diderita. Dari hasil CF pasien penyakit kulit menular dapat menentukan langkah awal yang tepat dalam menangani penyakit kulit menular menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Pakar Penyakit Kulit Menular.

Abstract

The skin is the outer protective organ for humans. Skin is the most interacting layer with the environment. Interactions that occur are not always safe against bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites, so they will cause harm. Poor interactions will result in skin diseases. This skin disease is often considered normal, but can be dangerous and deadly and contagious. Due to the natural conditions and lack of medical personnel, sufferers of skin diseases have problems in examining their skin diseases. So this research was conducted by using an Expert System (Expert System) to help sufferers of skin diseases and help get solutions to these diseases. The solution obtained from the symptoms felt by sufferers. The method used in this study is Forward Chaining (FC) and processed using the Certainty Factor (CF) Method. The results of this study can determine the right initial steps in dealing with infectious skin diseases. So this research is very helpful for sufferers in knowing the type of skin disease, the solution in its prevention and its prevention precisely.

Abstract

Bureau of Student Advisory Center (BSAC) Universitas Pembangunan Panca Budi is a center for career development and character building for students. In this case, a soft skill seminar is conducted to find the best candidate employees in the field of recruitment offered based on the criteria of student soft skill training. Determining the level of soft skill competences of students using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and the Preference Ranking Organization Method for Enrichment Evaluation (PROMETHEE). For decision support systems using the AHP and PROMETHEE methods in determining the level of soft skill competencies, in order to obtain prospective employees who have the required soft skill competency level. Data collection was carried out by conducting research. The data is taken from the seminar results with 100 participants. The data that has been collected, processed and analyzed before being used as input and output as a basis for learning or training using the AHP and Promethee methods. Based on the calculations of the two methods, namely the AHP and Promethee methods, there are differences in calculations. In other words, because Promethee does not support the determination of weights and the hierarchy of criteria and does not have the assurance of consistency when determining weights like AHP. So that the program execution has a different time in the results, in the AHP method, program execution until the final result is obtained is better than the Promethee method. AHP has advantages in determining weights and criteria hierarchy, while Promethee has advantages in the alternative ranking process using different preference and weight functions.

Abstract

Education is one of the main focuses of the Indragiri Hilir Regency Government work program. Based on data from the Regional Central Statistics Agency of Indragiri district in 2019, the high level of student interest in attending school is at the elementary and junior high school levels. K-means clustering is a data grouping technique by dividing existing data into one or more clusters. School grouping based on student interest is important because at the high school level students' interest in education has decreased so that information is needed which schools are in great demand, sufficient interest and less interest by students at the junior high school level when after finishing elementary school education. This study aims to assist the Education Office in the decision-making process to determine which school students are most interested in as a reference in development both in terms of quality and quantity. The data used in this study is the Dapodikdasmen data in 2019.Data processing in this study uses the K-means clustering method with a total of 3 clusters, namely cluster 0 (C0) is less attractive, Cluster 1 (C1) is quite attractive, cluster 2 (c2) is very interested in students in choosing a school. The results of the clustering process with 2 iterations state that for cluster 0 there are 6 school data, for cluster 1 there are 3 school data, cluster 2 is 1 school data.

Abstract

Hardware is a computer that can be seen and touched in person. Hardware is used to support student work and learning processes. The hardware should always be in good shape. If any damage should be done quickly. The benefits of this study provide a viable level of data against hardware tools. The purpose of this study determines that hardware that is worth using quickly and precisely so easily can be repaired and replaced. Hard-processed action consists of 12 projectors, 2 units of access point, 6 units of monitors, and 20 CPU units. To see the level of appropriateness regarding hard drives requires a rough set algorithm with that stage: information system; Decision system; Equivalency class; Discernibility matrix; Discernibility Matrix module D; Reduction; Generate Rules. The results of the 40 devices of study STMIK Indonesia Padang subtract college have 10 rules of policy on whether the hardware is still viable, repaired or replaced. So using a rough set algorithm is particularly appropriate to apply in a verifiable level of accuracy to fast and precise hardware. Keywords: Hardware, Decision System, Data Mining, Rules , Rough Set

Abstract

Gingivitis is a common inflammatory disease of the gums, which is a condition where bacteria develop in the mouth that causes damage to the connective tissue cells that are attached to the teeth. Lack of awareness in caring for teeth will have a negative impact not only on dental health but also on the health of the body. At present many people do not know how to accurately identify gingivitis in humans so that the condition is worsened and can even cause the paralysis of the existing connective tissue. This study aims to determine the level of accuracy in identifying gingivitis by using the Certainty Factor method precisely and accurately. The data processed in this study are fifty data sourced from expert interviews at Rahmatan Lil Alamin Clinic, Padang Indonesia. There are several types Symptoms refer to gingivitis in humans. The data is obtained from the results of medical records of patients who carry out examinations in the clinic. The data will be processed to identify the type of gingivitis based on the direction of the expert. The processing steps are solving rules, determining the weight value of each symptom and calculating the Certainty Factor value. The results of the processing were continued by calculating the level of accuracy. The results of the testing of this method were that 96% of them had gingivitis, the type most often suffered by marginal gingivitis patients. Based on the signs entered by the user. The results of this test have been able to specifically identify gingivitis, using the Certainty Factor method, the results of the accuracy level obtained are quite accurate and can be recommended to help dentists improve their accuracy in identifying gingivitis in humans.

Abstract

The skin is an important organ located on the outside of the human body that needs to be kept healthy. Good skin health will certainly increase self-confidence, especially for women. Lack of information about diseases and treatment solutions and the small number of professional estheticians means that women end up not consulting when skin problems arise. If left untreated, skin problems will be more serious. The purpose of this study was to identify the accuracy of skin problems in women so that a solution in caring for the skin was obtained. The data processed in this study are the results of an interview from an aesthetic doctor about skin problems in women and the solutions and symptoms experienced by patients. Then the data obtained manually were processed using the Certainty Factor method and tested with a website-based system. The processing stage of this method is the compilation of symptoms into rules, giving weight values ​​for each symptom and calculating based on the Certainty Factor rule formula. The results of testing this method were 13 data on aesthetic skin diseases identified from 15 trial data. So that the level of accuracy is 86.67%. The results of this test have been able to identify well. The Certainty Factor method used can identify quite specifically and can be recommended to skin aesthetic doctors in increasing accuracy for identifying skin problems in women.

Abstract

The problem with personality disease is that the disorder experienced cannot be easily identified because it tends to be ignored. Most people who experience symptoms of the disorder are still reluctant to see a doctor or a psychiatrist. This is due to several limitations such as limited places for consultation or psychiatrists. With these limitations the role of the Expert System is very important in solving a problem, the problem is a personality disease. The purpose of building this Expert System is to help people who suffer from personality problems consult online without having to come directly to a psychiatrist. This expert system will later become a solution to these genetic personality problems. So that people are no longer difficult to see a doctor or psychiatrist. All data to be used are sourced from experts. Forward Chaining is used in this research as a method. The search technique that begins with the facts obtained, then adjusts the rule model that has been built is called Forward Chaining. Observations will result in a website-based Expert System product that users can access online. The accuracy of the system has been tested by related parties and results in a faster and more efficient information. The conclusion of this research is to help people to diagnose the symptoms of personality disorder that they experience unconsciously and the test results can clearly detect genetic personality disease.
