Abstract

In life no one can predict what will happen in the future perfectly, even by using various analytical tools. Risks in the future may occur to a person's life, for example, death, illness or the risk of being fired from his job. In the business world, risks that can be faced can be in the form of risk of loss due to fire, damage or loss or other risks. Every risk that will be faced must be handled so as not to cause even greater losses. To overcome unwanted risks in the future, it is necessary to have a company that is willing to bear the risk, such as an insurance company. As we know, insurance is a mutual agreement between members of the community to guarantee and guarantee each other by raising money and creating a joint financial savings fund that is used as a relief fund for someone who is overwritten by difficulties. This is done as an effort to deal with events that might happen to someone and lead to losses. Apart from that , the community is insured and the large number of Muslims involved in it , makes this problem urgent to know its position from an Islamic perspective . However, because this insurance issue is not explicitly explained in the text, the problem is seen as ijtihadi. Departing from these problems , the study of insurance in Islamic perspective is very interesting . In addition to seeing the pros and cons as well as the " middle way " to these problems . And also see how the development of insurance in Indonesia whether insurance is permissible under Islamic law

Abstract

Law enforcers in the Criminal Justice System are tasked with enforcing the law and aiming to tackle, prevent or foster and reduce the occurrence of crimes or violations of criminal law, as well as making people's lives safe, peaceful, controlled and synergistic. Each component in the Criminal Justice system has the authority to screen cases starting at the investigative level in the form of police action which in practice is called investigator discretion. Police investigators use their discretionary authority to make efforts to settle cases outside the criminal justice system. The process of terminating an investigation carried out by an investigator is a form of police discretion, namely an authority exercised by the police based on their judgments and beliefs by prioritizing moral considerations rather than legal considerations.

Abstract

The phenomenon of sexual crimes that occur in minors is a very serious crime that is being faced by the State of Indonesia. In Indonesia it is very common for children to become victims of immoral and uncivilized acts. The government issued Government Regulation Number 44 of 2008 concerning Compensation, Restitution and Assistance to Witnesses and Victims, and contained in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Law Number 13 of 2006 concerning Protection of Witnesses and Victims. The government through the regulation explains that this problem is the government's responsibility to provide protection and fulfill the rights needed by rape victims.

Abstract

Age analysis revealed that the number of suicides increased from the ages of 10-16 years, peaked at 26-30 years, and decreased from 46-50 years, with a sharp increase from the age group of 61-65 years to 66-70 years. However, calculating a certain age level reveals that while there is a peak on the curve before 46-50, the rate increases dramatically in the age group 66- 70 years. namely research whose object of study uses library data in the form of books as a data source. Secondary Data Analysis: This method involves analyzing existing data, such as data from health institutions or previous research, to gain insight into youth suicide. Psychological factors that contribute to the risk of suicide in adolescents. Several relevant factors studied in the psychology study of adolescent suicide include: Mental Health Disorders including: Bipolar, breakup, anxiety disorder and schizophrenia. suicide is considered to be strictly prohibited and punishable as a serious sin. Islam teaches the importance of protecting and respecting human life, including one's own life.

Abstract

Street vendors are business actors who complete their business activities within a certain period of time and use places to sell that are easily moved, such as on sidewalks. The increasing number of street vendors has reduced the unemployment rate in the surrounding area, but on the other hand their activities have disrupted the management of urban green open spaces. City green open spaces are areas where plants grow which are part of urban planning, and function to maintain urban green ecosystems, as stated in the Regional Regulation of the City of Sorong Number 36 of 2013 concerning Arrangement and Development of Street Vendors. However, this regulation has not been implemented properly. Although the street vendors are granted the right by the local authorities to build a permanent or semi-permanent place of business in the designated area. However, in reality there are still many street vendors who build their place of business by utilizing the sidewalk or roadside. This is what interferes with the arrangement and management of green open spaces in the city of Sorong
