This study describes the communication of Islamic religious instructors in the religious affairs office of Besitang sub-district in the prevention of drugs to students. Drugs on students. The problem of drugs in Indonesia is still something that is urgent and complex. In the last decade this problem has become widespread. It is proven by the significant increase in the number of drug abusers or addicts, along with the increasing disclosure of drug crime cases, which are increasingly diverse in pattern and the more massive the syndicate network is. The impact of drug abuse not only threatens the survival and future of the abuser, but also the future of the nation and state, regardless of social, economic, age or educational strata. The purpose of this study is to educate readers that socialization has great benefits for drug prevention. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to explain the social phenomena that are developing in the present mass and then described based on the concepts and theories of communication strategies, theories of interpersonal communication and persuasive communication. The results of this study are first, socialization to adolescents with religious languages with a persuasive and humanist approach. Second, teenagers carry out useful activities such as attending lectures at mosques or recitation centers, doing sports and also honing skills in the arts. This research focused on the harmony of interfaith religious life and its implications for regional resilience (A study in Jatisari, Playen, Gunungkidul, DIY). The purpose of this research are: to analyze the harmony of life among religious people and reviewing the implications in regional resilience. The research used descriptive qualitative method. The data collection technique is done by in-depth interviews and literature. Data analysis techniques used, namely: 1) data reduction, 2) data display, and 3) conclusion. The results showed that the harmony of life between religious in the semi-pseudo category is due to a limited and closed interpretation of harmony as a text that discusses facts and regulations (not meanings and values) that have developed so that it affects the resilience of the region which is still unstable, because dialogue between religious communities is not yet a discussion in which this will determine harmony until the practice of each individual to prevent potential conflicts, especially external factors, must be carefully reviewed

Law is a political product if it is understood to be one in this sense, but it can also refer to law in other senses, such as the constitution or the basic law. Therefore, this study poses the question: How were the fundamental articles of the Medina Constitution established at the outset of a nation? What fundamental rules govern a nation at its inception, according to the United States constitution? And what are the parallels and divergences in the constitutional development of the Medina constitution and the US Constitution? This research is of the normative legal research variety. By studying the literature pertinent to the topic of the research, a literature study is employed as the data gathering technique. Based on the definition of the problem, a systematic data analysis was conducted, and the results were qualitatively stated. Declaring the formation of a new ummah to create a new state was one of the fundamental principles of the Medina Constitution at the time the state was established (Islamic State). At the time of the country's establishment, the fundamental clauses of the United States Constitution were already written. The Medina constitution's constitutional growth is comparable to that of the US Constitution in that both are written documents that are always being modified. While the United States constitution does not make any religion the form of its state, the Medina Constitution makes Islam the form of its state.

Papua's domestic problems are often discussed in the UN General Assembly and have received a lot of criticism. Criticism came from Pacific Island countries, including the Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Marshall Islands. These criticisms often mention human rights violations and Indonesia's injustice towards Papua. The problems in Papua are domestic problems that have become international problems. This is because other countries feel the need to take part in solving problems in Papua. In the UN General Assembly that contains Indonesia's criticism of Papua, the Government of Indonesia responds firmly that this problem is a domestic problem. Indonesia has also made various attempts to build conflict resolution in the Papua region. In addition to infrastructure development, the Papua conflict resolution discussed relates to the procurement of human rights representatives, the Papua Truth and Reconciliation Commission. Attempts to build a human rights court office are still being discussed. Attempts to expand the Papua region. In addition, attempts to form local political parties are still being considered due to obstacles. This research uses the concept of conflict and conflict resolution by Galtung. And this research uses development theory which is analyzed using qualitative analytical techniques.

This study describes the persuasive communication of teachers in disseminating the use of syar'i clothing to students in the preparatory madrasah aliyah in Besitang. The purpose of this study is to educate students and readers to always wear clothes that are based on Islamic religious guidance. This type of research is a qualitative research that seeks to explain social phenomena that are developing in the current mass, from the results of this study it has been found that: First, it takes the role of parents of students to always give advice to their children so that they always prioritize dress etiquette. Second, madrasa teachers always provide education to students so that they cover their genitals when they are in the madrasa environment and in the community by using humanist and persuasive language. Third, madrasa teachers will give sanctions to students if they violate dress procedures when in the madrasa environment

The research was carried out in Sidomulyo Housing RT. 02 RW. 01 Village Maharatu, Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. The purpose of this research is to knowing the life Style of family members who behave deviantly, to fine out the cause of deviant behavior and to find out the importance of inculcating good values and norms in the family. Benefits of research this is to make new knowledge in communication science that education values and norms in the family are very important. Become of referencefor researchers and observers of deviant behavior and make new study in the world of communication. Understanding can prevent deviant behavior in socienty. The implementation time of this research starts from April to June 2021. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews and dokumentation. Technique data analysis with qualitative analysis. From the results of the study it was found that the style of life (Life Style) must be adapted to the family economy, in the family it is necessary instilled basic moral values such as religion and shame in order to avoid behavior deviant, and a lazy lifestyle makes the family economy low. It is expected that parents and family members shoud have a lifestyle adjusted to economic capacity. To compete in the midst of urban progress we must have adequate education and skills. very good communication needed in a family. A very good father/family head fiqure determine so that family members avoid deviant behavior

This study focuses on the purpose of describing the meaning of religious symbols in the concept of development communication, especially with an Islamic perspective approach which is interpreted as a symbol that is cult and sacred by society, especially Islam. The compilation method is based on library research and the software program Encyclopedia Hadith 9 Imam accesses nine books of primary sources of hadith to facilitate the completion of the critical method of sanad and subject of this study. There are two substances in the discussion that was built, namely: first, "mosque" as a symbol of the development of Islamic society. The paradigm and understanding of the mosque being only used as a place of prostration is a narrow understanding, even though the mosque is very strategic in the development of Muslims, because in addition to being used for worship, it can also be used for activities with social, political, legal, economic or other nuances. other socio-cultural activities. The mosque is essentially not only a place of prostration that reduces the role of the mosque to just a place of worship and a symbol of religiosity, but more than that, people use mosques as a means to initiate strategies, build and maintain civil civilization. Second, "Work" as a development effort and is one of the concepts of concern in Islam. Work is basically a fundamental reality for humans, therefore it is the essence of nature that is always carried along at every level of human development, because work is a mirror of the implementation of religious orders and at the same time carrying out community economic development.

This research is motivated by the lack of role of Youth Organizations in Tapian Nauli Village, Ulu Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency in carrying out their duties and functions in accordance with Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 25 of 2019 concerning Youth Organizations. The implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation in question is to develop the potential of the young generation and the community and no longer play an active role in preventing and overcoming social problems through social rehabilitation, social security, social empowerment, and social protection as well as national priority programs. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to implement the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 25 of 2019 concerning Youth Organizations in Tapian Nauli Village, what are the obstacles to Karang Taruna in carrying out their duties and functions in Tapian Nauli village and a review of fiqh siyasah on the role of Youth Organizations. This type of research is field research, namely research conducted by means of a direct survey of the field, this location is carried out in Tapian Nauli Village, Kec. Ulu Barumu, Kab. Old Field. The population in this study were the coaches, administrators and members of the youth organization, namely the coach/village head 1 (one), head 1 (one), secretary 1 (one), treasurer 1 (one) and members of the youth group 6 (six). With a relatively small population of 10 people, the author makes the entire population a sample using the Total Sampling technique. The source of this author's data is primary data and secondary data which the writer then analyzes using qualitative descriptive analysis, while the data collection used is observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of research through observations, interviews and documentation, it can be seen that the implementation of the Minister of Social Affairs Regulation Number 25 of 2019 concerning Youth Organizations has not been realized or can be said to be no longer active, the constraint factors are the lack of guidance for the Village Head, lack of socialization or approach to the management of Karang Taruna to the community, the lack of openness of the Management with Karang Taruna Members and decreased interest of Youth in Youth Organizations.
