Abstract

The success of migrant workers is reflected in the behavior of the young generation to mimic changes in migrant workers. Changes that are emulated are not only positive but also negative both from the economy and from a lifestyle that is no longer compatible with the local culture. This study aims to determine the changes in the lives of migrant workers and the impact of migrant workers on the behavior of the younger generation. The research method is qualitative. The research informants were determined by Purposive Sampling, totaling 13 people. Data is collected through observation, interviews and documentation studies. the validity of the data is determined by triangulation, the data are analyzed with the stages of reducing data, the presentation of data ang draws conclusions. The results of the study indicate a change in the lives of migrant workers such as economic improvement, how to dress and consumptive behavior. While the impact of changes to the behavior of young geberasi is to follow in the footsteps of migrant workers, imitate the manner of dress, lack of parental care for children, break up and get drunk. Conclusions about changes in migrant workers have an impact on the behavior of the younger generation, but not all young people imitate the changes in migrant workers.

Abstract

Teaching eligibility in pandemic times is not enough to be measured only based on formal education but must also be measured based on how the teacher's ability to teach and master material sessions, master, choose and use methods, media and learning evaluations. In this regard, that the ability of teachers in need to be our concern together develops complete learning during the covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this school action research is to find out the extent of principal coaching through academic supervision to improve teacher performance in carrying out learning. In school action research is carried out in 3 cycles, from the results of actions taken proven to improve the ability of teachers by achieving ideal standards. From 63.14% in cycle I, it can increase to 70.71% in cycle II, and cycle III increases to 76.43%. The results of this action study showed that coaching through the clinical supervision of the principal can improve the performance of teachers in carrying out learning with completion reaching 100%.

Abstract

Efforts to improve the quality of learning by applying the Active, Innovative, Creative, Effective, and Fun Learning Approach (PAIKEM) through friendlier supervision of SDN 01 Koto Marapak teachers. This research is motivated by teachers who come and go not on time, teachers still use conventional learning, teachers do not make learning tools and the quality of learning is still low. The specific objectives of this PTS activity are to: a) Improve the understanding of teachers at SDN 01 Koto Marapak in developing PAIKEM; b) Improving the skills of teachers at SDN 01 Koto marapak in developing PAIKEM; and c) Improving teacher discipline in carrying out their duties as educators. The benefits of this school action research activity include: a) for teachers, the ability to apply PAIKEM will make it easier to carry out their teaching tasks, because students are more active, while teachers will play more of a facilitator role; b) for students, with the application of the PAIKEM approach, their enthusiasm for learning will be motivated so that they will increase the courage to ask questions, answer questions, take structured actions, find and develop new ideas, so that students' activities and enthusiasm for learning will increase. Thus, through more friendly supervision of SDN 01 Koto Marapak teachers, the following results were obtained: (a) Teacher discipline in carrying out official duties is increasing, (b) Preparation of learning tools has increased from 64.29% in cycle 1 to 83.86% in cycle 2. (c) In the implementation of the learning process increased from 60.91% in cycle 1 to 82.73% in cycle 2. Thus the results of cycle 2 have shown an increase in the quality of learning that is expected to exceed the 80% indicator.

Abstract

Problem important which often faced teacher in activity learning is choose or determine appropriate learning materials or teaching materials in order to help students achieve competence. Thing This is due to the fact that in the curriculum or syllabus, teaching materials are only written down broadly in the form of "subject matter". It is the teacher's job to describe the main material so that it becomes a complete teaching material. In addition, how to use teaching materials is also a problem. The intended use is how to teach it in terms of the teacher, and how to learn it from the student's point of view. The purpose of school action research ( PTS) is to find out the extent to which the principal's guidance improves teacher performance in selecting teaching materials. In this school action research (PTS), it is carried out in 3 cycles, from results action which conducted proven could increase performance teacher with reach standard ideal.From 64.47% on cycle I, could increase Becomes 74.59% on cycle II, and cycle to III 83.29%. Results study action this show that construction through supervision academic can improve teacher performance in choosing teaching materials at SDN 23 Balai Naras.

Abstract

The subject of the research is the teacher of SD Negeri 15 Jalan Kereta Api . Research procedure with two cycles. Each cycle consists of two workshops in which each cycle contains planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data collection techniques with observation, documentation. Data analysis carried out in this study is reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study revealed that there was an increase in teachers in making learning devices in each cycle. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the workshop can improve the ability of teachers in compiling syllabus and lesson plans as well as increasing the number of teachers in compiling these tools. What is expected to be achieved.

Abstract

The problem studied in this study is about the implementation of learning to speak by telling stories through the discussion method with the research subject of class VI SDN 08 Marunggi in the academic year 201 9/20 20 . This study aims to (1) describe efforts to improve the ability of class VI students at SDN 08 Marunggi in telling stories through the discussion method, (2) describe the results of improving the ability of class VI students at SDN 08 Marunggi in telling stories through the discussion method. The research was conducted using the type of action research (CAR). In the analysis of research data used is qualitative data analysis. Based on the results of this study indicate that the implementation of learning with the discussion method can improve storytelling skills for grade VI students of SDN 08 Marunggi with initial observations obtained classical completeness 40%, in the first cycle increased to 60%, in the second cycle rose to 80%. In determining the assessment, 5 aspects were set to guide the assessment of each cycle, namely (1) the value of the fluency aspect of speech, (2) the value of the accuracy aspect of diction/word choice, (3) the value of the sentence structure aspect, (4) the value of the logical aspect was given, and (5) value of communicative aspect/eye contact. From these data, it can be concluded that the application of the discussion method can improve the storytelling ability of the sixth grade students of SDN 08 Marunggi.

Abstract

This research is a school action research (PTS) which raises about how teachers can use existing learning media in the learning process in the classroom with the intention of increasing the quality of learning carried out in the classroom and the evaluation is carried out through the supervision of the principal in the classroom when learning. This school action research activity was carried out at SDN 05 Air Santok for 3 months, starting from March to May 2019 by going through cycle stages. The purpose of this school action research (PTS) is to determine the extent to which the supervision carried out by the principal followed by the provision of guidance/treatment to the target teachers can improve the competence of these teachers in applying learning models in the classroom. In this school action research (PTS) it was conducted in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase teacher competence by achieving ideal standards. In the first cycle, the increase in teacher competence after classroom supervision was carried out after coaching on the use of new learning media reached about 33.33% in the second cycle, it could increase to 100%. The average score obtained after class supervision in the first cycle was 63.30 and increased in the second cycle to 83.33, meaning that there was an increase of 20.03 and the level of completeness as a group/classical in the first cycle reached 33.33% and in the second cycle increased to 100%. The results of this school action research show that the coaching of the principal can improve the competence of teachers in using learning media in the learning process.

Abstract

As a manager, the principal is faced with many tasks that require serious responsibility in its implementation. This School Action Research (PTS) was carried out at State Elementary Schools 08 Marunggi and the problem studied is the Principal's Work Program in the managerial field, especially in the preparation of the principal's annual work program through the Principal's Managerial Supervision by the School Supervisor which is followed up with direct and continuous guidance and coaching. In the implementation of this PTS, the procedures are to supervise and analyze the administration of the principal, provide technical guidance on SWOT analysis and ways of preparing the annual work program and direct the making of a SWOT analysis and the preparation of the principal's annual work program.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To describe how the role of the principal in improving teacher performance in the online learning process at SD Negeri 08 Kampung Gadang . (2) To describe how the performance of teachers at SD Negeri 08 Kampung Gadang . (3) To describe the inhibiting factors of the principal's leadership role in improving teacher performance. (4) To describe solutions in overcoming obstacles that occur. The type of research used is descriptive research with qualitative research methods with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data reduction, data display, and verification and confirmation of conclusions. The results of the study concluded: (1) The role of the principal in improving teacher performance in the online learning process has been carried out well, although there are several obstacles. (2) Teacher performance has implemented three indicators, namely personality and dedication, processes such as professional development, results such as teaching abilities. (3) Inhibits the lack of teacher expertise in using internet media for online learning, students who do not have Android, and lack of parental attention. 4. The solution is that teachers are required to attend training, coaching, outreach to parents and teacher visits to students' homes.

Abstract

The purpose of this school action research is to find out the improvement of teachers' abilities in making online learning tools complete through the supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 14 Pauh Timur in the 2020/2021 academic year. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of cycle I and cycle II above, it can be concluded that: Through the supervision of the Principal at SD Negeri 14 Pauh Timur in the 2020/2021 school year, the ability of teachers to make online learning tools complete has increased significantly. If in the first cycle the total average value of the teacher's competence only increased from the first cycle, namely the percentage of completeness 66.67% and 88.89% in the second cycle the teacher was generally said to be complete with the total increase in the teacher's average score was 8.67 and the total percentage increase is 22.22%, this shows the improvement efforts made by researchers in the second cycle bring changes. Academic supervision is effectively used to increase teacher competence at SD Negeri 14 Pauh Timur in making online learning tools complete.
