Abstract

The various results of research on the announcement of rights issues related to improving the financial performance of issuers through increasing share sales are interesting things to study, in line with additional capital, business expansion, paying debt obligations so that the company's performance continues to run. The purpose of this research is to determine the value of changes in the issuer's financial performance, namely current ratio, debt equity ratio, total assets turn over, net profit margin, return on equity and return on assets, before and after the rights issue was carried out on non-banking companies and financial institutions on the Stock Exchange Indonesian securities for the 2017-2020 period with a sample of 40 issuers. The results of this study use the Wilcoxon Signed Test T-test method where for the debt equity ratio proxy obtained sig (2-tailed) <0.05 which means the hypothesis is rejected, indicating a difference before and after the company conducts a right issue, while for the  proxy of current ratio, total assets turn over, net profit margin, return on equity and return on assets obtained sig (2-tailed)> 0.05 the hypothesis is accepted indicating there is no difference before and after the company conducts a rights issue.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the cafe atmosphere and food quality affect revisit intention with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable at cafes in Medan. The analytical technique used is path analysis as an analytical tool to determine the direction of the variables studied and justify how significant the influence of the independent variable with the dependent variable is either directly or indirectly through the mediating variable. The total population in this study amounted to 112 people, and 112 were used as samples using the saturated sampling method, namely the model, which also represented the total population. The results showed that cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere had a significant effect on revisit intention, food quality had a significant effect on revisit intention, customer satisfaction had a significant effect on revisit intention, cafe atmosphere and food quality had a significant effect on customer satisfaction, cafe atmosphere and food quality have a significant effect on revisit intention, cafe atmosphere has a significant effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction, and food quality has a considerable effect on revisit intention through customer satisfaction.

Abstract

 The author's purpose of conducting research is to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Interest in Entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of Self Efficacy on Interest in Entrepreneurship, to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Self Efficacy, to determine the effect of Knowledge of Entrepreneurship on Interest in Entrepreneurship with Self Efficacy as a Moderating Variable at the Medan Market Center . The sample in this study is 100 people who are entrepreneurs in the Medan Market Center. This research was collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using Path Analysis. Then test the quality of the data used is the validity test using Significant and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. Researchers used the t test, and F test and did a determination test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship, there is a positive influence of self-efficacy on interest in entrepreneurship, there is a positive influence of entrepreneurial knowledge on self-efficacy and there is an indirect effect of entrepreneurial knowledge on interest in entrepreneurship through self-efficacy. Thus the interest in entrepreneurship becomes an integral part of entrepreneurial knowledge as an intermediary, so that entrepreneurial knowledge can indirectly affect self-efficacy.

Abstract

The author's purpose of conducting research is to determine the effect of Word Of Mouth on Purchase Decisions, to determine the effect of Product Design on Purchase Decisions, to determine the effect of Warranty on Purchase Decisions, to determine the effect of Word Of Mouth on Purchase Decisions moderated by Brand Image, to determine the effect of Design Products on Purchase Decisions moderated by Brand Image and to determine the effect of Warranty on Purchase Decisions moderated by Brand Image on the Tupperware User Community in the Medan Area, Matsum II City. The sample in this study was 100 Tupperware users in the Medan Area, Matsum II City. This study was collected through a questionnaire which was processed and analyzed using the MRA method of analysis. Then test the quality of the data used is the validity test using Significant and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. To test the hypothesis in this study. Researchers used the t test, and F test and did a determination test. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive influence of word of mouth on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence of product design variables on purchasing decisions, there is a positive influence of warranty variables on purchasing decisions, brand image does not moderate the relationship between word of mouth on decisions in the tupperware user community in Medan area, Kota Matsum II, brand image does not moderate the relationship between product design and decisions in the Tupperware user community in Medan Area, Kota Matsum II and brand image moderates the relationship between warranty and decision on the Tupperware user community in Medan Area, Kota Matsum II

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to identify the impact of Competence, Physical Activity Areas, and Allowances on the achievements of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) at the Johor Medan Sub-District Office. The results of this research prove that partially the Competence variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the ability of the State Civil Apparatus (Y), with a count of 4.218 and a degree of significance of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05 in a partial way. Physical Work Environment (X2) has a positive and significant impact on the ability of the State Civil Apparatus (Y), with a count of 5.028 and an essential degree of 0.000, less than 0.5, with partial benefits (X3) affecting positively and significantly to the ability of the State Civil Apparatus (Y), with a count of 6.272 and a significant degree of 0.000 less than 0.05. On the other hand, simultaneously, Competence (X1), Physical Work Environment (X2), and Allowances (X3 ) has a positive and significant impact on the ability of the State Civil Apparatus at the Johor Area Camat Office, with a Fount of 220, 805 and a substantial degree of 0, 0 00 is less than 0.05

Abstract

This study describes the after-sales service and product quality of purchasing a Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The theory used in this study includes the idea of after-sales service, product quality, and buying decisions. The population in this study were 50 Toyota Avanza car users who passed on Jalan Sutomo, Lubuk Pakam Deli Serdang. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach supported by a survey and is explanatory. The study results by testing the t-test hypothesis showed that after-sales service had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. Product quality has a positive and significant impact on buying decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The results of the F test show that after-sales service and product quality have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for the Toyota Avanza in Deli Serdang. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of after-sales service and product quality can explain the purchasing decision variables of 70.1%. The remaining 29.9% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study, such as price promotion and so on.
