Abstract

AbstrakDalam dunia pendidikan saat ini banyak sekali persaingan. Output yang dihasilkan oleh sekolah harus sesuai dengan tujuan pendidikan nasional. Kepala sekolah sebagai manajer berperan penting dalam mewujudkan tujuan tersebut. Selain itu guru juga diharapkan tidak hanya mentransfer ilmu saja namun mampu memberikan kinerja dengan maksimal. Agar guru tersebut bisa mencapai kinerja yang maksimal maka harus didorongoleh motivasi yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah, motivasi guru, dan kinerja guru serta seberapa besar pengaruh motivasi guru terhadap kinerja guru.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang desebarkan pada responden, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Respon yang diukur melalui kuesioner disesuaikan dengan 4 skala likert. Uji validitas menggunakan Pearson Product Moment. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk menjawab pertanyaan penelitian menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif, sedangkan untuk menjawab hipotesis penelitian terkait motivasi guru dan kinerja guru menggunakan Analisis Infernsial Regresi Linier Sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : 1) Tingkat fungsi manajemen kepala sekolah berada pada kategori tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata jawaban responden sebesar 72,92. 2) Tingkat motivasi guru secara inferensial termasuk kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 60 < µ ≤ 80. 3) Tingkat kinerja guru secara inferensial termasuk kategori tinggi dengan rata-rata skor 60 < µ ≤ 80. 4) Motivasi guru berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dengan koefisien determinasi model regresi linier sebesar 68,82 %. AbstractNowadays, there are many competitions in the world of education. Output which is generated by school should be in accordance with national education goals. Principal as the manager plays an important role in creating the goals. In addition, teachers are also expected not only to transfer knowledge but also to provide the maximum performance. In order to make teachers achieve maximum performance, they must be driven by high motivation. This research aims to find out how is the function level of principal management, motivation and performance of teacher and how big is the influence of teacher motivation on teacher performance.The technique of data collection is using a questionnaire which is spread to respondents, observations, interviews, and documentation. Responses were measured by questionnaire is adapted to 4 Likert scale. The test of validity is using Pearson Product Moment. The analysis technique which is used to answer the research questions is using the descriptive statistical analysis, while to answer the research hypothesis related to the motivation of teachers and teacher performance  is using Simple Linear Regression Inferential Analysis. The results showed that: 1) The level of function of principal management is in high category with an average value of respondents amounted to 72.92. 2) The level of teacher motivation inferentially is in high category with an average score of 60 < μ ≤ 80. 3) The level of teacher performance inferentially is in high category with an average score of 60 < μ ≤ 80. 4) The motivation of teachers affects the performance of teachers with determination coefficient of linear regression models by 68.82%.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan (1) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran; (2) untuk mengetahui pengaruh supervisi klinis terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran; dan (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim sekolah dan supervisi klinis terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran secara bersama-sama di sekolah dasar Gunungsari Lombok Barat. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian expost facto. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 orang guru di Sekolah Dasar di Kecamatan Gunungsari Lombok Barat yang ditentukan dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner, dokumentasi dan observasi.Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi dan analisis korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) Iklim sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran dilihat dari nilai koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 0,518 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,044, dan; 2) Supervisi klinis berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran dilihat dari koefisien korelasi parsial sebesar 1,429 dan nilai signifikansi 0,016, dan; 3) Iklim Sekolah dan Supervisi Klinis berpengaruh terhadap kualitas proses pembelajaran dilihat dari hasil F sebesar 5,069 dan nilai signifikansi 0,014 < 0,05 ,dan koefisien determinasi sebesar 23,7%. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kualitas proses pembelajaran dapat diupayakan melalui iklim sekolah kondusif dan supervisi klinis. AbstractThis research purpose: (1) to know the influence of school climate against quality of learning process; (2) to know the influence of clinical supervision against quality of learning process; and (3) to know the influence of school climate and clinical supervision as together impact on quality of learning process in Elementary School Gunungsari West Lombok. This research is ex post facto. Samples of this study were 30 teachers in an elementary school in the District of Gunungsari West Lombok determined by simple random sampling technique. Data collection instrument was a questionnaire, documentation and observation.Data analysis using descriptive analysis, regression analysis and partial correlation analysis. The results showed: 1) There is influence between school climate against quality of learning process seen from the partial correlation coefficient of 0.518 and a significance value of 0.044, and; 2) There is influence between Clinical Supervision against  quality of the learning process seen from the partial correlation coefficient of 1.429 and 0.016 significance value, and; 3) There are influence in together between Climate School and Clinical Supervision against quality of the learning process is seen from the F amounted to 5.069 and 0.014 significance value <0.05, and the coefficient of determination of 23.7%. Therefore, improving the quality of learning process can be pursued through a school climate conducive and clinical supervision.

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini merupakan penerapan model bimbingan kelompok PPPM untuk mengembangkan pikiran rasional korban bullying siswa SMK etnis Jawa. Tujuan penelitian untuk menguji keefektivan model bimbingan kelompok PPPM untuk mengembangkan pikiran rasional korban bullying siswa SMK etnis Jawa. Rancangan penelitian adalah eksperimen dengan desain pretest and posttest control group. Keefektivan model bimbingan kelompok PPPM dapat dilihat dari hasil uji beda pikiran rasional korban bullying yang diberi model bimbingan kelompok PPPM dengan siswa yang diberi bimbingan kelompok non PPPM. Berdasarakan hasil analisi data siswa yang diberkan perlakuan bimbingan kelompok non PPPM memperoleh rata-rata nilai (mean) sebesar 2,8333, sedangkan siswa yang diberikan model bimbingan kelompok PPPM memperoleh rata-rata nilai (mean) sebesar 21,8333. Hasil  14thitung">  sebesar 8,037, karena harga 14thitung">  lebih besar dari harga 14ttabel">  yaitu: 8,037 > 2,228 pada α = 5% maka dapat disimpulkan model bimbingan kelompok PPPM efektif mengembangkan pikiran rasional korban bullying siswa SMK etnis Jawa.AbstractThis research is the application of PPPM group guidance model to develop rational minds of victims of bullying SMK students of Java ethnic. The objective of the study was to test the effectiveness of PPPM group guidance model to develop rational minds of victims of bullying of Javanese vocational high school students. This study, uses experimental design with pretest and posttest control group design. The effectiveness of PPPM group guidance model can be seen from the result of different test of the irrational mind of bullying victim who was given the model of PPPM group guidance with the students who ware given the guidance of non PPPM group. Students who were given non-PPPM group counseling treatment obtained an average of 2.8333, while the students who are given the model guidance group PPPM obtained the average value (mean) of 21.8333. From the analysis results obtained by 8,037, because the price is greater than the price is: 8,037> 2.228 at α = 5% it can be concluded that the model guidance group PPPM effectively develop rational minds of victims of bullying students of SMK ethnic Java.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu  mengetahui cara melaksanakan  strategi dengan pendekatan konstektual untuk meningkatkan nilai peserta didik pada mata pelajaran IPS topik bermain layang-layang, apakah  dapat meningkatkan proses dan hasil pencapaian batas penguasaan kompetensi dasar, apakah dapat menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menarik minat peserta didik.  Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitiannya adalah peserta didik  kelas VIII F  SMPN 33 Surabaya  yang berjumlah 38, dan obyek penelitiannya adalah nilai yang diperoleh setelah melakukan pembelajaran. Prosedur yang dilakukan terbagi dalam bentuk siklus I dan siklus II,  setiap siklus terdiri atas  perencanaan, tindakan pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Analisis yang digunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu, pelaksanaan strategi  pembelajaran dengan pendekatan konstektual mata pelajaran IPS topik bermain layang-layang  dapat meningkatkan nilai peserta didik  dengan hasil pencapaian batas proses penguasaan kompetensi dasar serta menciptakan suasana pembelajaran yang menyenangkan dan menarik minat peserta didik. Hasil analisis terhadap nilai peserta didik siklus I rata-rata  67,50.  Siklus II rata-rata 85,71. Nilai dalam 2 siklus sama-sama diatas KKM yang ditetapkan yaitu 65. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, melalui pembelajaran konstektual dapat meningkatkan nilai peserta didik sehingga hipotesa dapat diterima. AbstractThe purpose of this research is to know how to implement strategy with constectual approach to increase student's score on IPS subject of kite play topics, whether to improve the process and achievement result of basic competence mastery limit, whether to create a fun learning atmosphere and attract participants Educate. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the study were students of class VIII F SMPN 33 Surabaya, amounting to 38, and the object of research is the value obtained after learning. The procedure is divided into cycle I and cycle II, each cycle consists of planning, action, observation and reflection. The analysis used quantitative descriptive analysis. Hypothesis proposed that is, implementation of learning strategy with approach of konstektual of IPS subjects kite play topics can increase the value of learners with the achievement of the boundary of the process of mastery of basic competence as well as create a fun learning atmosphere and attract learners. The results of the analysis of the value of students I cycle average 67.50. Cycle II averaged 85.71. Value in 2 cycles are above the established KKM that is 65. Based on the results of this study, through constektual learning can increase the value of learners so that hypotheses can be accepted.

Abstract

AbstrakBiologi merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu pengetahuan yang diajarkan pada siswa tingkat SMP melalui mata pelajaran IPA Terpadu. Sebagai bidang ilmu yang mempelajari tentang makhluk hidup dan lingkungan yang telah diciptakan secara teratur, sistematis, dan kompleks oleh Tuhan, biologi memiliki cakupan yang sangat luas dan kaya. Dalam pembelajaran biologi, metode dan media merupakan komponen penting yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap keberhasilan proses belajar mengajar serta minat siswa. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menguraikan dan merangkum keterkaitan antara metode dan media bervariasi dengan minat siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi tingkat SMP berdasarkan studi literatur maupun hasil penelitian yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan metode dan media bervariasi dapat memfasilitasi tercapainya tujuan pembelajaran biologi sesuai dengan karakteristik bidang ilmu & tahap perkembangan siswa SMP, menghasilkan pembelajaran biologi yang menarik sebagai salah satu syarat untuk menumbuhkan minat siswa, dapat meningkatkan minat dan prestasi belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran biologi. Penggunaan metode dan media bervariasi dalam pembelajaran biologi tingkat SMP dapat memfasilitasi siswa yang sedang berada pada tahap formal operational thought dan pemahaman romantik untuk mengembangkan kemampuan kognitif dan minatnya dalam mengeksplorasi kekayaan dan keutuhan dari biologi sebagai suatu ilmu pengetahuan. Penggunaan metode dan media yang variatif juga akan menghasilkan proses belajar yang menarik yang membantu siswa menemukan makna dari materi yang dipelajari sehingga semakin meningkatkan minat, pemahaman konsep, dan prestasi belajar mereka dalam pembelajaran biologi.                                               AbstractBiology is a science field which taught to student of junior high school level through Integrated Science subject. As a science field that studies about living things and environment which have been created regularly, systematically, and complexly by God, biology has a very wide and rich coverage. In learning biology, methods and media are important components that can influence the success of teaching and learning process, and student interest. This study aims to describe and summarize the interrelationships between methods and media varies with student interest in biologys learning of junior high school based on literature studies and relevant research results. The results of the study indicate that the use of varied methods and media can facilitate the achievement of biologys learning objectives in accordance with the characteristics of the science field and the stage of development of junior high school students, can create an interesting biological learning as one of the requirements to cultivate student interest, can increase student interest and their achievement in biology. The application of varied methods and media in the junior-level biology learning can facilitate students who are in the formal stage of operational thought and romantic understanding to develop their cognitive abilities and interests in exploring the richness and oneness of biology as a science. It will also produce an interesting learning process which can help students discover the meaning of the material learned so that it will increase their interest, concepts understanding, and learning achievements in biology.

Abstract

AbstrakBerdasarkan hasil observasi awal di SDN Sadeng 03 ditemukan masalah dalam pembelajaran IPS di kelas V. Siswa merasa kesulitan dalam menghafal tokoh-tokoh atau pelaku sejarah, tempat, dan waktu kejadian sehingga hasil belajar siswa rendah dan kurang aktif dalam pembelajaran. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas yang terbagi menjadi tiga siklus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan karakter, aktivitas, dan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengimplementasikan perangkat pembelajaran yang sudah dikembangkan dengan model TPS dan media video. Sample penelitian ini berjumlah 23 siswa kelas V. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, tes, catatan lapangan, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran efektif untuk menanamkan karakter pada siswa yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan skor karakter dari 27,3 (Siklus 1), 27,8 (Siklus 2), dan 28,9 (Siklus 3). Selain itu, aktivitas siswa juga mengalami peningkatan yang ditunjukkan dengan peningkatan aktifitas dari kategori tinggi (siklus 1) menjadi kategori sangat tinggi pada Siklus 1 dan Siklus 2. Penerapan perangkat pembelajaran juga berhasil meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa yang dibuktikan dengan peningkatan skor rata-rata hasil belajar IPS siswa dari 55 (Pra siklus) menjadi 81 (Siklus 3).  Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan perangkat pembelajaran model TPS dengan media video efektif untuk meningkatkan karakter, aktivitas, dan hasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN  Sadeng 03.  AbstractBased on preliminary observation in Sadeng 03 Semarang elementary school has been found some challenges which needed to be overcome in the learning process of social studies, especially in 5th grade students. Students often face difficulties to memorize historical people, places, time, and events which happened in the past. Thus, their learning outcomes were low and they tended to be passive learners.  This was classroom action research which was divided into three cycles. This study aimed to enhance students characters, activities, and learning outcomes by applying the learning tools which have been developed using TPS model and video media. The samples of this research were 23 students of 5th grade. Data was derived from observation, test, field note, and documentation. Qualitative and quantitative description were used in this research. The results showed that the learning tools were effective to foster students characters which showed by the increase of their characters score of 27.3 (1st cycle), 27.8 (2nd cycle), and 28.9 (3rd cycle). Their implementation also could improve students activities proved by the improvements of students activities form 1st cycle (high category) to the 2nd and 3rd cycle (very high category). In addition, there were found improvements of students learning outcomes in every cycle which showed by the increases of average scores from 55 (pre-cycle) to 81 (3rd cycle). In conclusion, the learning tools using TPS Model and Video Media were effective to level up the students characters, activities, and learning outcomes of social studies in 5th grade of Sadeng 03 elementary school.Keywords: learning tools, TPS, video media, social studies, learning outcomes

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah mendeskripsikan ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana bimbingan dan konseling di sekolah menengah. Salah satu keberhasilan layanan bimbingan dan konseling, ditunjang dengan fasilitas sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah survei. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah mixed method. Instrumen penelitian adalah angket semi terbuka. Subjek penelitian sekolah menengah tingkat SMP, SMA, dan SMK di kabupaten gunungkidul yang berjumlah 17 sekolah. Teknik analisis data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan : (1) seluruh sekolah telah miliki ruang kerja bimbingan dan konseling, (2) Ketersediaan ruang administrasi 10 sekoleh memiliki sedangkan 7 sekolah belum memiliki, (3) ketersediaan ruang konseling individu 10 sekolah telah miliki, 7 sekolah belum memiliki, (4) ketersediaan ruang bimbingan dan konseling kelompok terdapat 8 sekolah telah memiliki, 9 sekolah belum memiliki, (5) seluruh sekolah belum ketersedia ukuran minimal ruang bimbingann dan konseling, hasil penelitian rerata luas ruangan setiap sekolah 28,2 m2. Hambatan pengembangan sarana dan prasarana bimbingan dan konseling pada aspek pembiayaan dan lahan. Implikasi bagi guru bimbingan dan konseling di tuntut memiliki kreativitas dalam pelaksanaan layanan dengan fasilitas terbatas tanpa mengorbankan pelayanan optimal bagi pserta didik                                                                                                                          Abstracthe purpose of research is to describe the availability of facilities and infrastructure of guidance and counseling in secondary schools. One of the successes of guidance and counseling, supported by facilities and infrastructure facilities. This type of research is a survey. The method used is a mixed method. The research instrument was a questionnaire semi-open. Subject secondary school studies junior high schools, high school and vocational school in the district Gunungkidul totaling 17 schools. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics by percentage. Barriers to the development of infrastructure guidance and counseling on financing aspects and land. Implications for teacher guidance and counseling in demand creativity in the implementation of services with limited facilities without sacrificing the optimal service for student participants vote

Abstract

Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas pengelolaan program studi Bimbingan dan Konseling Universitas Negeri Gorontalo berdasarkan informasi yang diperoleh melalui tracer study. Secara khusus, penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang lulusan, yang meliputi (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan, (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni, dan (3) tanggapan terhadap pengguna lulusan.Permasalahan penelitian ini adalah: (1) berapa rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan?, (2) jenis pekerjaan apa yang ditekuni lulusan?, dan (3) bagaimana tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan?. Anggota populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 408 orang, dari jumlah tersebut 58% (238 orang) dijadikan sebagai anggota sampel dengan menggunakan cluster sampling. Indikator penelitian meliputi: (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan, (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni lulusan, dan (3) tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan instrumen tracer study. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis secara kuantitatif.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) rata-rata masa tunggu lulusan adalah 3 bulan; (2) jenis pekerjaan yang ditekuni lulusan terdiri dari 13 kategori yakni (a) Guru BK (PNS) sebanyak 27.31%; (b) Guru BK (Non PNS) sebanyak 50.00%; (c) Guru PAUD sebanyak 0.84%; (d) Guru TK sebanyak 5.04%; (e) Guru SD sebanyak 4.20%; (f) Guru SLB sebanyak 0.42%; (g) Pegawai instansi pemerintah sebanyak 2.52%; (h) Pegawai perusahaan sebanyak 0.84%; (i) Dosen sebanyak 1.26%; (j) Dosen luar biasa sebanyak 1.26%; (k) Wirausaha sebanyak 3.78%; (l) Anggota DPR sebanyak 0.42%; (m) dan lain-lain sebanyak 2.10%; dan (3) tanggapan pengguna terhadap lulusan, yang menyangkut: (a)  integritas (etika dan moral) = 89.60 (sangat baik); (b) keahlian berdasarkan bidang ilmu (profesionalisme) = 82.92 (baik); (c) bahasa Inggris = 67.89 (cukup); (d) penggunaan teknologi informasi = 81.71 (baik); (e) komunikasi = 84.06 (baik); (f) kerjasama tim = 85.04 (sangat baik); dan (g) pengembangan diri = 83.83 (baik).      AbstractThis research is expected to improve and improve the quality of the management of Study Program Guidance and Counseling of State University of Gorontalo based on information obtained through tracer study. Specifically, this study was undertaken to obtain information about graduates, which included (1) the average waiting period for the graduates, (2) the type of work being undertaken, and (3) responses to graduate users.The problems of this research are: (1) what is the average waiting period of graduates ?, (2) what kind of work is graduated ?, and (3) how is the user's response to the graduates ?. The population members in this study amounted to 408 people, of which 58% (238) were used as sample members using cluster sampling. Research indicators include: (1) average waiting period for graduates, (2) types of work occupied by graduates, and (3) user responses to graduates. Data collection was done by using tracer study instrument. The collected data is analyzed quantitatively.The results showed: (1) the average waiting period of the graduates was 3 months; (2) the type of work occupied by graduates consists of 13 categories, namely (a) Teacher BK (PNS) as much as 27.31%; (B) Teacher BK (Non PNS) as much as 50.00%; (C) PAUD teachers as much as 0.84%; (D) Kindergarten teachers as much as 5.04%; (E) elementary school teachers as much as 4.20%; (F) SLB Teachers as much as 0.42%; (G) Employees of government agencies as much as 2.52%; (H) Company employees 0.84%; (I) Lecturer as much as 1.26%; (J) Unusual lecturer as much as 1.26%; (K) Entrepreneur as much as 3.78%; (L) Members of the People's Legislative Assembly of 0.42%; (M) and others as much as 2.10%; And (3) user responses to graduates, which include: (a) integrity (ethics and morals) = 89.60 (excellent); (B) expertise by field of science (professionalism) = 82.92 (good); (C) English = 67.89 (enough); (D) use of information technology = 81.71 (good); (E) communication = 84.06 (good); (F) teamwork = 85.04 (excellent); And (g) self-development = 83.83 (good).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran bermain peran siswa kelas V SDN Lidah Kulon IV Surabaya dengan menerapkan metode hypnoteaching. Hypnoteaching adalah metode pembelajaran yang dalam menyampaikan materi pelajaran, guru menggunakan teknik berkomunikasi yang sangat persuasif dan sugestif dengan tujuan agar peserta didik mudah memahami materi pelajaran.  Langkah-langkah hypnoteaching  meliputi:  1)  niat dan motivasi dalam diri sendiri; 2) pacing atau menyamakan posisi, gerak tubuh, bahasa, serta gelombang otak dengan orang lain atau peserta didik;  3) leading  atau mengarahkan peserta didik; 4)  menggunakan  kata-kata positif;  5)  memberikan pujian; 6) modeling atau memberi teladan melalui ucapan dan perilaku. Data mengenai pembelajaran bermain drama dan penerapan metode hypnoteaching dikumpulkan melalui observasi dan tes. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa selama proses pembelajaran, suasana pembelajaran bermain peran di kelas akan lebih kondusif, peserta didik merasa penting, aman dan nyaman dengan penerapan metode hypnoteaching. Hasil belajar siswa mencapai 100. AbstractThis study aims to describe the planning, implementation, and evaluation of learning to play the role of grade V SDN Lidah Kulon IV Surabaya by applying the hypnoteaching method. Hypnoteaching is a method of learning that in delivering the subject matter, the teacher uses very persuasive communication techniques and suggestive with the aim that learners easily understand the subject matter. The steps of hypnoteaching include: 1) intention and self-motivation; 2) pacing or equating positions, gestures, language, and brain waves with other people or learners; 3) leading or directing learners; 4) use positive words; 5) give praise; 6) modeling or modeling through speech and behavior. Data on the learning of drama play and the application of hypnoteacing method were collected through observation and test. Data analysis was done by using quantitative descriptive analysis. The results show that during the learning process, the atmosphere of learning to play a role in the classroom will be more conducive, learners feel important, safe and comfortable with the application of hypnoteaching methods. Student learning outcomes reached 100.

Abstract

Diklat berbasis kompetensi diselenggarakan untuk mengatasi diskrepansi kompetensi PNS agar kemampuan PNS lulusan diklat sesuai dengan kompetensi yang diharapkan. Salah satu komponen dalam diklat berbasis kompetensi adalah kurikulum yang berbasis kompetensi berdasar pada kebutuhan akan kompetensi peserta diklat. Dalam rangka memenuhi tuntutan perkembangan jaman berikut situasi dan kondisi di masyarakat, pengembangan kurikulum diklat perlu dilakukan. Pengembangannya tetap menyesuaikan dengan landasan pengembangan kurikulum, yakni landasan filosofis, psikologis, sosiologis dan IPTEK. Pengembangan kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi juga menyesuaikan dengan model kurikulum yang dikehendaki, sehingga kurikulum tersebut nantinya dapat menghasilkan lulusan diklat dengan kemampuan sesuai yang diinginkan. Pengembangan kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi pada akhirnya diharapkan dapat membangun profesionalisme dan kompetensi PNS dalam menjawab tantangan di masa depan.Dengan demikian diklat akan menghasilkan lulusan, dalam hal ini PNS, yang profesional dan kompeten. AbstractCompetency-based training is held to overcome the discrepancy of civil servant competence to the ability of civil servants graduate training in accordance with the expected competencies. One component of competency-based training is a competency-based curriculum based on competency needs of training participants. In order to meet the demands of the development of the times following the situation and conditions in the community, the development of training curriculum needs to be done. Its development still adjusts to the curriculum development foundation, namely philosophical, psychological, sociological and science and technology. Development of competency-based training curriculum also adapts to the desired curriculum model, so that the curriculum will be able to produce training graduates with the desired ability. Development of competency-based training curriculum is ultimately expected to build the professionalism and competence of civil servants in answering challenges in the future. Thus the training will produce graduates, in this case civil servants, who are professional and competent.
