Abstract

The purpose of this journal is to find out the role of women in increasing entrepreneurship in development. The data used is secondary data, where this journal takes data from sources such as books, articles, and readings. The method used is qualitative. Based on the results or discussion, women are one of the great strengths. Women's entrepreneurship is considered capable of changing social and economic values. Women have many important roles for the welfare of the family and the welfare of society. In addition to the main role of women as housewives who take care of and educate children, women also have an important role in building welfare in society. The empowerment of women in supporting MSMEs in Indonesia has enormous potential and must be optimized by the central and regional governments.

Abstract

Taxes are a source of state revenue used for national development in order to realize the welfare of all Indonesians. e-SPT application can be supported by tax knowledge that has been known by taxpayers themselves. Tax knowledge that is owned by taxpayers can be considered to be a factor in increasing tax compliance by taxpayers. The level of reporting / submission of tax returns realized from 2014-2016 is always decreased, but in 2017 realized SPT experienced a slight increase. However, in 2018 decreased again. This shows that compliance and awareness of taxpayers is still low in fulfilling their tax obligations in terms of reporting / submitting their annual tax returns.The purpose of this study is to prove the influence of tax knowledge, STP article 7 sanctions on the KUP Law and the application of e-SPT to the compliance of individual taxpayers at the Teluk Betung KPP. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study exists on all individual taxpayers in the Betung Bay KPP. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis and tested using SPSS version 23 with the intent to determine the effect of independent variables on the dependent variable at a 95% confidence level (95% ( a = 0.05).The results of this study indicate that the variable taxation knowledge (X1), STP article 7 sanctions UU KUP (X2) and the application of e-SPT (X3) simultaneously influence f on individual taxpayer compliance (Y). Tax knowledge knowledge variable (X1) influences and partially positive significance on individual taxpayer compliance (Y), STP sanction variable article 7 of the KUP Law (X2) has no effect and is not significantly positive partially on personal taxpayer compliance (Y), and e-SPT implementation variable ( X3) partially positive and significant influence on individual taxpayer compliance (Y).Keyword : knowledge of taxation, STP sanction article 7 of the KUP Law, application of e-SPT, compliance of individual taxpayer

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of rural business credit, people’s business credit against the development of UMKM at PT Bank People Indonesian (Persero),Tbk. Mulyo Teak Unit. The data used in this report are primary data namely data obtained directly from the source, spread to respondents. Rural business loan customer 50 people, people’s business credit customers 50 people at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesian (Persero),Tbk. Unit Jati Mulyo. The results in this study indicate that influence rural business credit significantly positive influence on the development of UMKM this can be seen from the results of the t test results of significance value are 0,000 0,05 with t count 8,139 ttable 1,984, the effect of people’s business credit significantly positive influence on the development of UMKM this can be seen from the results of the t with the significance is 0,001 0,05 from the fcalculated value 3,524 ttable 1,984, the influence rural business credit, people business credit against the development of UMKM this can be seen from the test results test f as big 0,000b 0,05 from the fcalculated value 144,043 ftable 3.09. Thus it can be concluded that the variable of rural business credit distribution for, people’s business credit simultaneously has a significant effect o the development of UMKM Keyword: rural business credit, people’s business credit, the development of UMKM

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of knowing the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR), Non-Performing Financing (NPF), and Operational Expenditures on Operating Income (BOPO) on Return on Assets (ROA) at Banks Sharia General in 2015-2018. This study uses quantitative data with secondary data sources in the form of financial statements. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 4 Islamic banks. Data taken from quarterly financial reports obtained from the official website of each bank is a research sample. The results of this study show that the results of the test simultaneously (Test F) obtained F count 73,367 f table 2,53 with a significant result of 0,000 0,05, which means that CAR, FDR, NPF and BOPO jointly influence and significant to ROA. While the test results t (1) CAR has a value of t count 2.195 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.032 0.05, which means that CAR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (2) FDR has a value of t count 2.333 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.023 0.05, which means that FDR has a positive and significant effect on ROA. (3) NPF has a value of t count 1.437 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.156 0.05, which means that NPF has no effect and is not significant towards ROA. (1) BOPO has a value of t count -14.915 t table 2.00172 with a significant level of 0,000 0.05 which means that BOPO has a negative effect and is significant for ROA.Keywords: CAR, FDR, NPF, BOPO and ROA

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of  financialratio to measurethelevelof profitability with well partiallyor simultan. Financial ratioinclude Current Ratio This research is using purposive sampling techniqueto collect data population from financial reports 2014-2017 The analysis of data used descriptive statistics,classic assumptiontest, multiple regressionanalysis, hypothesis testing mand  analysis of the coefficient of determination (R2). The results of this research showed that aspartially variable Current ratio has significant influence to the Profitability,and variable Debt to equity ratio, and Total asset turn over.doesn’t have influence to Profitability, and variable NIM have dominant influence to the Profitability. While simultane ously variable Current ratio has significant influence on Profitability. Based on the results of value 47,3% of coefficient of determination(R2),all independent variables have strong influence in Explaining the dependent variable. Keywords: Current ratio, Debt to equity ratio, Total asset turn over dan Profitability

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Land, Road Access and Market Atmosphere on Consumer Loyalty in the Evening Market of Ketapang Kuala Teluk Betung Selatan Village. The data used in this study were primary data. Furthermore, the data collection technique used in this study was a survey which Use Google Forms to collect data. In this study the researchers used the t-test and coefficient-test methods with the help of the smart plss program version 2. Based on the results of the research, the R² value lies at 0 R² 1, an R² value close to 1, which means the model is getting better. Meanwhile, the value of R² which is zero means that there is no relationship between the dependent variable and the explanatory variable. From the table, with the location of R² 1 with a value of 0 0.58 1, this means that the variance of consumer loyalty is able to explain the variance of 0 ,58 Keywords :Land,Road Access,Market atmosfer and Cosumer Loyalty

Abstract

Health services are an important factor in improving the health and welfare of every human being throughout the world. Everyone has the right to obtain health services and the government is responsible for the availability of all forms of quality, safe, efficient and affordable health services for all levels of society. One of these efforts is to increase the availability and equity of basic health service facilities such as puskesmas in each region. This study aims to determine the effect of service quality on patient satisfaction using BPJS at the Sukarame Public Health Center in Bandar Lampung. In this study, the research method used is quantitative. The object of this study were patients using BPJS at the Sukarame Health Center. The data source used is primary data in the form of questionnaires, interviews, and observations. The population used was all patients using BPJS at the Sukarame Health Center. The research sample is 40 people. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis in the form of validity test, reliability test, t test. The results of the study show that service quality has a significant and significant effect on patient satisfaction using BPJS. This shows that each indicator of the variable has an influence on patient satisfaction. Service quality which consists of physical evidence, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy will be very influential if implemented as well as possible will affect patient satisfaction. Keyword:services quality, patient satisfaction, public health center.

Abstract

Infrastructure development is a government program in an effort to improve facilities and infrastructure. Where infrastructure development often raises pros and cons, as is the case with infrastructure development that occurs in villages of sources of fortune which give rise to many positive and negative sides. This study aims to determine the effect of infrastructure development on the people's economy in the Islamic economy. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The object of this research is the community around the construction project or the highway in Sumber Fortune village. The data sources used are primary data in the form of questionnaire results, observations and secondary data including documents from the village of the source of fortune which can be obtained through the official website belonging to the source of fortune. The analytical method used is simple linear regression analysis in the form of validity test, reliability test, t test, and coefficient of determination test. The results of the study show that infrastructure development has a significant impact on the community's economy. The development of new infrastructure is only limited to the form of government programs for the community, while the values of justice and responsibility in its implementation still need to be increased so that the infrastructure development program can be carried out effectively. Keywords: Infrastructure Development, Community Economic Condition

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of independence on entrepreneurial interest in Raden Intan Lampung State Islamic University students. The data used in this study were primary data. Furthermore, the data collection technique used in this study was a survey using Google form to collect data. . In this study the researchers used the f test method and the coefficient test with the help of the smart plss program version 2. Based on the results of the research, the R² value lies at 0 R² 1, an R² value close to 1, which means the model is getting better. Meanwhile, the value of R² which is zero means that there is no relationship between the dependent variable and the explanatory variable. From the table, with the location of R² 1 with a value of 0 0.682 1, this means that the variance of Independence is able to explain the variance of Interest in Entrepreneurship of 68 .2%, while the remaining 31.8% is explained by other variables outside the model. Keywords :Independence, and Entrepreneurial Interest

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence the use of KIP-K scholarship funds has on Fulfilling Student Needs. This research is motivated by the increasing use of the internet over the last year since the pandemic, we need to know the actual realization in the field regarding the use of digital technology to increase financial literacy towards Islamic financial inclusion during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is quantitative through a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection used observation, interviews, questionnaires with research samples of students receiving KIP-K UIN Raden Intan Lampung and documentation. The results of the study show that the use of kip-k scholarship funds has a positive and significant effect on meeting student needs. It is known that 45.9% and the remaining 54.1% are influenced by other variables not examined. This means that these results provide evidence that with good and planned use of the kip-k scholarship funds, it will be able to meet the needs of students both in terms of education and daily life. Seeing the results above, the use of kip-k scholarship funds has been put to good use by students receiving kip-k scholarships, so that they can meet student needs, but it is still not optimal because there are still problems that arise in the student environment. And it is hoped that student heads will be more optimal in using the scholarship funds obtained and remain enthusiastic in learning so that they can improve and maintain their academic achievements. Keywords: Use of Funds, Fulfillment of Needs
