Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the design flood discharge at various return periods of 5, 10, 20, 25, 50, 100 years, and to analyze the peak discharge, peak time and bottom time on the Nae River using the Snyder Synthetic Unit Hydrograph. This research method is a quantitative study with flood analysis designed by the Snyder Synthetic Unit Hydrograph. The results of the calculation of the design flood discharge with a return period of 5 years is 62,154 m3, a 10-year return period is 124,419 m3, a 20-year return period is 249,389 m3, a 25-year return period is 311,929 m3, a 50-year return period is 623,913 m3, a 100-year return period year of 1247.881 m3. The results of calculations using the Snyder HSS method are obtained, the peak time (Tp) is 7.59 hours, the peak discharge (Qp) is 4.131 m3, the base time (Tb) is 26.831 hours

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the budget and realization of project costs for the construction of a female dormitory building at the Dharma Laksana Foundation, Mataram City. The method in this study uses a type of comparative descriptive method with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is quantitative data, the data sources used are primary data and secondary data.The total budget for the construction of the girls' dormitory building at the dharma laksana foundation is Rp. 435,130,197, and when the construction was carried out there were material changes which caused a difference in the budget of Rp. 512,726 where this difference was a profit, but there was some additional work outside the construction of this girls' dormitory building where the extra budget was included in additional work

Abstract

This research critically investigates the intricate relationship between teacher salary and student development within the classroom context, aiming to discern the multifaceted impacts of educators' compensation on the academic achievements and holistic growth of students. Employing a quantitative research design with a diverse sample of teachers and students across educational institutions, the study delves into the potential correlations between varying levels of teacher salaries and the progress of learners. Drawing on theoretical frameworks such as Human Capital Theory and Motivation Theory, the research seeks to elucidate the economic and motivational dimensions that potentially link teacher salaries to student outcomes. The data analysis involves sophisticated statistical techniques, including regression modeling and correlation studies, to comprehensively examine the strength and nature of the relationship between teacher salaries and student development. The significance of this research lies in its potential to inform educational policies and practices, offering insights into the crucial role of teacher compensation in fostering optimal student development and contributing to the ongoing discourse on effective educational strategies. The findings are expected to have implications for policymakers, educators, and stakeholders, guiding their efforts to enhance the educational landscape and ensure the creation of conducive learning environments that attract and retain high-quality educators

This study explores the connection between parental roles and student demoralization in Indonesian high schools. Grounded in Bronfenbrenner's Ecological Systems Theory and the Self-Determination Theory, the research investigates the impact of parental support on students' psychological well-being. Findings highlight the crucial role of parental involvement in preventing demoralization, emphasizing the need for supportive family environments. Cultural dynamics, shaped by collectivism, influence the multifaceted parent-student relationship. Empirical insights reveal complex interplays of financial incentives, teacher motivation, and parental engagement. The study underscores the broader implications for educational policies, emphasizing the importance of effective communication between parents and institutions. Recognizing cultural nuances, this research contributes to understanding and mitigating student demoralization in the Indonesian educational landscape

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of vehicle volume on the level of road damage. And Knowing the Types of Damage that occurred on Jalan Darul Hikmah, Mataram City. The type of research used is a survey research method. The results of this study are road damage (Nr) on Jalan Darul Hikmah by 33%. There is a relationship between the volume of the type of vehicle with a road damage value of 230.88%. The higher the Vehicle Volume, the greater the damage that will occur
