In the process of teaching and learning activities a teacher must be able to manage the class well so that learning can be carried out in a conducive manner. In teaching each teacher has a method and uses different learning media that are adapted to the material to be explained. This research was conducted directly at SDI BAITURRACHMAN Kunciran Indah, Kec. Pinang, Tangerang City. Here we conduct research, namely to analyze how the learning design that occurs in high-grade students, namely grade 6. From the results of research that has been done, at SDI BAITURRACHMAN the learning design uses more lecture media and sometimes uses other media such as pictures, audio-visual, and others according to the material to be taught. In learning students do not only work individually, sometimes they will form a group to complete the task.

Iwadh tradition is also important given to strengthen the relationship between congregation of Arabic Village in Manado. This phenomenological research aims to know the implementation of Iwadh Tradition reviewed from sociological approaches and to know the meaning of the implementation of Iwadh tradition in maintaining it’s existence and strengthening the silaturahim rope between pilgrims in Manado’s Arab Village. The participants in this research were one of the community leaders and Imam of the Masyhur Istiqlal Mosque in Manado Arab Village. This mini research conducted by the researcher uses a qualitative research type with a sociological approach. The results found that iwadh tradition known as the concept of close brotherhood, which has developed and become a symbol for the Arab Village community in the social sphere of the Manado City community, which is marked by the involvement of people from other villages or even urban villages who participate in and enliven the tradition encouraging Iwadh, so that it can strengthen the relationship between followers of religions. There for, The iwadh tradition has a meaning as an expression of a servant's gratitude to Allah SWT with the completion of the fasting month of Ramadhan.

Character education has an important role in creating quality next generations. One of the efforts made in instilling character values for future generations is through reading and writing Al-Qur'an activities. The purpose of writing this article is to describe how character education is habituated through reading and writing Al-Qur'an programs in Pesisir Village, Kec. Sumberasih Kab. Probolinggo. Based on the preparation and results of trials from the community that was carried out. The author uses a literature review that comes from various sources and scientific journals in the results analysis section. The results of the discussion explained that reading and writing Al-Qur'an activities make children who have habituation so that they can practice Islamic religious teachings and form a religious character. Al-Qur'an reading and writing activities are implemented through a fun approach for children, namely by holding simple games and competitions. Therefore, reading and writing the Qur'an is a reflection by bridging the child's religious character which can be applied from childhood to the end of his life.

The type of research used in this research is School Action Research (PTS). The purpose of this study was to improve the pedagogical competence of SD Negeri 2 Rumbuk teachers through academic supervision for the 2022/2023 academic year. In School Action Research (PTS) this was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven that the average results of the teacher's ability increased from cycles I and II, namely respectively 69.30 and ; 83,33. completeness achievement The ideal ability of teachers as a school group from cycle I and cycle II respectively, namely 33% increased to 100%. In terms of teacher activity, it was also obtained that teacher activity in coaching carried out by the Principal in applying the learning model in each cycle had increased. The results of this study indicate that academic supervision can improve the pedagogical competence of SD Negeri 2 Rumbuk teachers for the 2022/2023 school year with completeness reaching 100%.

The type of research conducted was school action research where the target was teachers at SDN 1 Moyot, Sakra sub-district. The purpose of this classroom action research (CAR) is to find out the extent to which teacher competency increases in high-class learning by applying clinical supervision. In school action research (PTS) this was carried out in 2 cycles, the results of the actions taken proved to be able to increase teacher competence by achieving classical completeness, namely 88.33%. Classical completeness of 69.30% obtained in cycle I can increase in cycle II to 83.33%. In terms of teacher activity in learning, that is, in cycle I, the moderately active category was obtained, increasing to an active category. The results of this action research show that the application of clinical supervision can improve teacher performance with mastery reaching 83.33%.

The objectives of this study were: 1) To find out that the PBL learning model can improve English learning outcomes Narrative Text Material for class VIII.A SMP Negeri 6 Mataram in the academic year 2022/2023; 2) To find out the PBL learning model can improve English learning outcomes Narrative Text Material for class VIII.A SMP Negeri 6 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year. The subjects of this study were 39 class VIII.A students of SMP Negeri 6 Mataram, consisting of 22 female students and 17 male students. The stages of this research include: (1) planning, (2) implementing actions, (3) observing, and (4) reflecting in each cycle. The results of the research show that the success of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can be seen in the pre-cycle conditions, students who complete learning are 27 students (69.23%) of 39 students, with an average score of 80.77. After the learning improvements were implemented in cycle I, the number of students who completed their studies became 30 students (76.92%) with an average score of 83.82. In cycle II, it is known that all 39 students (100%) have successfully completed their studies, with an average score of 90.44. Based on these results, it is said that learning English with the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model can improve the mastery of learning outcomes according to what is planned for class VIII.A students of SMP Negeri 6 Mataram.

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach to improve the Mathematical Creative Thinking Skills of Class IX.E Students of SMP Negeri 12 Mataram Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research subjects were all 32 students in class IX.E at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram for the academic year 2022/2023 consisting of 15 boys and 17 girls. The results showed that: 1) In this study the teacher's activity in managing learning was measurable and it could be seen that the teacher was able to manage learning activities well. Teacher activities in managing learning using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach between cycle I, cycle II and cycle III experienced an increase, namely with a percentage value of 61.33% (good enough) in cycle I and increased in cycle II to 74.28%. (good) in the third cycle increased with a percentage of 88.88% (very good); 2) Student activity in participating in the learning process is measurable and it can be seen that students are active and in control. Student activities in participating in learning using the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach between cycle I, cycle II and cycle III experienced an increase, namely with a percentage value of 65.33% (enough) in cycle I and increased in cycle II to 78.57% ( good) in the third cycle it increased with a percentage of 85.33% (very good); 3) Student learning outcomes through the application of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach can improve student learning outcomes in Mathematics learning for Class IX.E SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. This can be seen clearly from the test data on student learning outcomes through the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) approach. The pre-action quiz questions obtained 34.38% and the first cycle was 59.36%, the percentage value of students was included in the (good enough) category, while the RPP quiz questions cycle II reached 78.13% including the (good) category, and then in the lesson plan quiz questions for cycle III it reached 87.50% more than cycles I and II and the percentage of students was included in the (very good) category.

This study aims to measure the development of student creativity through the activity of making sculptures using plasticine at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. The results of research on fostering student creativity through plasticine sculpture at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram can be concluded that: The use of plasticine media can increase creativity in learning Cultural Arts Subjects for class VIII.G students at SMP Negeri 12 Mataram. This can be seen from observing teacher activities and observing student activities in cycle I and cycle II. Thus the increase in teacher activity in learning has increased from 71.88% in cycle I to 90.63% in cycle II. Student activity also increased, namely 72.50% in cycle I, rising to 87.50% in cycle II. Mastery of students towards learning materials showed improvement. This is evidenced by the average value of the daily test results (the average daily test without the use of Plasticine Media 73.69 becomes 77.34 and becomes 80.99 after the use of Plasticine media. The descriptive results of the percentage of learning completeness are, starting from pre- action, cycle I and cycle II have increased significantly from 56.25% to 93.55% and have exceeded the 85% requirement for children who are in the very good category.This shows that plasticine media can improve student creativity very well, which can be seen the range of increased creativity from pre-action to the second cycle of 37.30%.

This study aims to determine the Application of the Demonstration Method in Improving the Learning Outcomes of Volleyball Class IX.C Students of SMPN 11 Mataram Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year. The research subjects were class IX.C students of SMPN 11 Mataram for the 2022/2023 academic year, which consisted of 30 students and consisted of 14 male students and 16 female students. The design of this research was classroom action research which was carried out in 2 cycles, each cycle consisting of four stages, namely planning, action, observation/evaluation, and reflection. Data about learning activities were collected using observation sheets, while data about learning outcomes were collected using observation sheets and tests. The data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive statistical analysis methods. Application of the Demonstration Method in Improving Volleyball Learning Outcomes in PJOK Lessons for Class IX.C Students of SMPN 11 Mataram Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year. In class action research (PTK) this was carried out in 2 cycles, from the results of the actions taken it was proven to be able to increase student learning completeness in a classical manner, namely in cycle I by 76%, it could increase to 100% in cycle II. The results of this classroom action research show that learning by applying the demonstration method can improve volleyball learning outcomes in PJOK lessons for Class IX.C Students of SMPN 11 Mataram Odd Semester 2022/2023 Academic Year.

This inclusive relationship between religious adherents in the City of Mataram, West Nusa Tenggara must continue to be built so that people always get along harmoniously in the diversity of cultures and religions they adhere to. The purpose of this study is to find out how important intercultural communication must be built in the cultural and religious diversity that exists in the city of Mataram. This type of descriptive qualitative research uses a phenomenological approach, namely trying to understand the meaning of a human event through interviews. The data sources in this study are primary data sources and secondary data sources. Collection methods are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the importance of intercultural communication in urban life is to create inclusive relationships between religious adherents in the city of Mataram whose population is balanced between Hindus, Muslims and Christians based on openness and mutually associative processes both celebrating holidays such as Nyepi, Christmas, Eid, Eid al-Adha and Weddings. In social interaction, the community uses primary communication to create harmony in society and uses linear communication which tends to use persuasive communication in changing people's attitudes and behavior as expected by religious leaders, community leaders, government and all stakeholders and stakeholders. The implication of this research is the importance of communication that must continue to be built in inclusive relationships between religious adherents in the city of Mataram, which used to be a step event, now it tends to be easy to fulfill due to communication, awareness and willingness of the community to build fraternal relations characterized by primary communication. and linear. In other words, the two models of communication tend to be humanist which is an investment or provision in creating interfaith brotherhood relations. Therefore, it is hoped that the city government, religious leaders and all stakeholders will continue to maintain inclusive and peaceful relations between religious communities.
