Abstract

This study discussed the problems in PT. Sumekar Line Sumenep. Those are the  leadership style, financial compensation that have effect on employees motivation. So, there are 3 variables: Leadership Style, Financial Compensation and (Employees) Motivation. It uses a quantitative approach, and an analytic observational styles. The number of respondents are 54. The purposes are to determine the effect of Leadership Style and Financial Compensation on Motivation. Using this analysis (multiple linear regression), the results showed that the Leadership Style and Financial Compensation have effect on Motivation partially and simultaneously. It included: 1). The Leadership Style has a positive and significant effect on the Motivation, the tcount is 2.831 ttable  is 2.007 and the significant level is 0.007 0.05; 2). The Financial Compensation has a positive and significant effect on the Motivation, the tcount is 4.178 ttable is 2.007 and the significant level is 0.000 0.05;  3). The Leadership Style and Financial Compensation have a positive and significant effect on the Motivation at PT. Sumekar Line Sumenep as a significant level is 0.000 0.05, the Fcount is 32.485 ˃ Ftable is 3.18.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the business marketing strategy of Rolet View Jepara Cafe through SWOT Analysis. The design used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The sample of this research is managers, employees at Rolet View Jepara Café with a total of five people. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The research instrument was conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The data analysis used is SWOT Analysis. The results showed the strategies that can be applied are by expanding and maintaining existing markets, increasing marketing through social media by following technological advances, maintaining commitment to the quality of food and beverages as well as conducting socialization to all employees, making improvements and adding to photo spots of natural scenery.

Abstract

The  study discusses the problems that exist in Pulorejo Public Health Center of Ngoro, Jombang. The problems that exist in this Public Health Center are low work motivation and job satisfaction. There are 3 variables in this study, namely work motivation as an independent variables, job satisfaction as an intervening variable and employee performance as the dependent variable.  The objective of this study is to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with path analysis and a sample of 73 respondents. Based on the results of data processing and analysis, it can be concluded that (1) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (2) Work Motivation has a positive significant effect on job satisfaction of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (3) job satisfaction has a positive and insignificant effect on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center, (4) The indirect effect of work motivation is positive and insignificant on the employee performance of Pulorejo Public Health Center.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify influence of Operating Leverage (DOL), Financial Leverage(DFL), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) to Earning Per Share (EPS) on Telecommunication Companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2019. This research was conducted descriptive, using quantitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of documentation studies and literature studies. The data analysis technique used classical assumption test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study is indicated 1) Operating Leverage (DOL) has a positive and significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 2) Financial Leverage (DFL) has a negative and significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 3) Current Ratio (CR) has a negative not significant effect on Earning Per Share (EPS); 4)Total Asset Turnover (TATO) has a positive and significant on Earning Per Share(EPS); 5) Operating Leverage (DOL), Financial Leverage (DFL), Current Ratio (CR), and Total Asset turnover (TATO) affect the Earning Per Share (EPS).

Abstract

The Company value is one of the most important things in a company. The value of the company is reflected by the stock price which shows the public's assessment of the company's financial performance. The value of the company is able to increase the welfare of shareholders if the share price increases because the value of the company shows the level of welfare of the shareholders. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of capital structure, company growth and company  financial performance on company  value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019. This study uses a quantitative approach and  statistical tools like multiple regression analysis in conducting hypothesis testing. Partially, the results of this study show that company  value in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015 - 2019 is affected by capital structure and financial company performance, while company growth does not affect company value . Simultaneously, the results of this study show that capital structure, company growth, and company financial performance effect on the value of company in food and beverage sub-sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study is 74.6%, this indicates that capital structure, company growth and financial performance company can explain  company value about 74.6%, while 25.4% is explained by other variables. outside of this study.
