Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of input institutions (microfinance institutions) on salt farmers' businesses in Madura. The microfinance institution sector is one of the input facilities in salt farming processing. Salt farmers often use labor institutions in traditional salt processing. This research also analyzes related input factors such as labor, natural factors, selling prices and land area. From the results of the study using 45 samples of salt farmers from Pamekasan and Sumenep districts. The results of research on capital institutions are very much needed by farmers in salt production activities. Several findings indicate that the role of informal institutions in the aspect of capital for investment and operating costs still relies on loans from families and middlemen. In the input aspect of labor providers, the most important aspect is empowerment related to efficient and productive management methods. This is because workers only use traditional techniques in the process of salt field preparation to harvesting. Meanwhile, salt farming technology is advancing, so it is necessary to modernize tools and soft skills for labor institutional input in order to be able to increase salt production.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of service quality, price perception on customer loyalty with a case study on Alfamart consumers in Simo Gunung, Surabaya. The research method used is a quantitative method with primary data through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The sampling technique in this study used a simple random sampling technique, namely sampling from the population was carried out randomly without paying attention to the existing strata in the population, which then obtained 96 samples.The results obtained from the research conducted indicate that service quality has a significant and significant effect on customer loyalty as well as price perceptions have a significant effect on customer loyalty. And simultaneously service quality and price perceptions have a positive effect on customer loyalty variables simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to determine what factors influence the capital structure of the sub-sector of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. As is well known, the capital structure contained in the company can be measured using several variables that are in accordance with this study, namely by using the ROE, company size (Ln of Total Assets) and profitability (ROA) variables. The subjects of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The companies used as samples in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period which publish their financial statements every year. This study is a quantitative study with data sourced from the company's financial statements published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The results showed the effect of ROE, Firm Size (Ln of Total Assets) and ROA partially and simultaneously on the capital structure. The results of this study are useful for knowing more about the effect of ROE, Firm Size (Ln of Total Assets) and ROA partially and simultaneously on capital structure.

Abstract

This study has an objective to determine the effect of profitability level, dividend policy, investment decision, funding decision either partially or simultaneously on company value in banking sector service companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. This study is conducted using quantitative method with the secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are 47 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2021 period. The sample in this study are 40 banking companies that have been determined using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis from the t statistical test or partially, the profitability variable (ROE) has a positive and significant effect on company value with a coefficient value of 5,074 and a significance level of 0.000 0.05, dividend policy (DPR) has a negative and insignificant effect on company value with a coefficient value of -1.229 and a significance level of 0.224 0.05, investment decision (FATA) has a positive and insignificant effect on company value with a coefficient value of 0.427 and a significance level of 0.671 0.05, and funding decision (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on company value with a coefficient value of -1.641 and a significance level of 0.106 0.05. Meanwhile, the results of data analysis from the F statistical test show the Fcount value of 7.005 with the obtained probability value is smaller than alpha, which is 0.000 0.05. Thus, it can be concluded that the profitability level, dividend policy, investment decision and funding decision simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on company value. Moreover, the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained in this study is 0.267 or 26.70%.

Abstract

This study aim s to determ ine the im plem entation of promotional strategies using digital marketing for SMEs in Pia Village, as well as knowing the benefits and obstacles in im plem enting digital m ark eting as a prom otional strate gy for SMEs in Pia Village. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, collecting data b y conducting observations, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The conclusion of this study is that the promotion strategy using digital marketing has been implemented by pia business people in Pia Gempol Village. The social media used for product promotion are WhatsApp, Instagram, and Facebook. Businessmen also use Google My Business and Google Maps in m ark eting the products they sell. Constraints in the applicationofdigitalmarketing as a promotional strategy used by business actors are the most experienced by inadequate hum an resources in content creation. The b enefit of im plem enting digital m arketing as a prom otional strategy is that sales have increased, helping to facilitate prom otion and wider reach.
