Abstract

The number of covid-19 events causing online learning (in the network). Parents of primary school students are affected by online learning that causes stress. How to solve the problem of stress in everyone is different. The aim of this research was to find out the stress levels and coping forms of student parents during online learning during the covid-19 pandemic in MI Ma'arif Ampih. The method of this research was quantitative descriptive with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study totaled 165 parents of elementary school students using total sampling. The variables in the study were stress levels and coping forms of student’s parents. The instrument used is the level of stress using watershed 42 (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale 42) which is declared valid with a reliability value of 0.8806 and a form of coping using a questionnaire that has a validity value between 0.453-0.839 with a reliability value of 0.918. Data analyzed with descriptive analysis tests or univariate tests. Respondents who numbered 165 respondents aged 21-40 years as many as 102 (61.8%), female sex as many as 117 (70.9%), high school educated as many as 62 (37.6%), housewife work as much as 86 (52.1%), and long-standing children ≥ 3 months as much as 139 (84.2%). The majority of mild stress levels were 66 (40.0%) and adaptive coping forms were 111 (67.3%). The conclusion is majority of stress levels in parents of students during online learning are mild stress levels and adaptive coping forms.Recommendations for researches was a reference in developing research applicatively and encourages biopsychososcultural activities in children and parents when stressed in online learning.

Abstract

The abstract must be short, interesting, simple, and easy to understand without reading the entire article. Therefore, avoid jargon, abbreviations and references. In writing abstracts, the author must be accurate, use the right words, and convey the meaning of the study. A good abstract contains the problem statement and purpose, how the research is carried out (the method), the results, and concludes with a brief statement of conclusions. In the abstract keywords are also always included. Keywords are used to index an article and are the label of an article. [Century 10 pt, italic] The aim of this research is to examine the effect of Regional Government’s Finance Ratio based on the Regional Government’s Finance Report to Human Development Index that used as a measure to evaluate the regional government’s performance on the public service. The Regional Government’s Finance Ratio which used in this research is Ratio of Decentralization’s Level, Ratio of Regional’s Finance Dependency, Ratio of Regional’s Finance Autonomy, Ratio of Regional’s Real Income Effectiveness, and Ratio of Regional’s Tax Effectiveness. The researcher gets the sample by using purposive sampling to all of the provinces in Indonesia on 2016-2018. The analyzing data uses multiple linear regression analysis method by using SPSS Software and Microsoft Office Excel. The result of this research shows that Ratio of Decentralization’s level has effect to Human Development Index, meanwhile Ratio of Regional’s Finance Dependency, Ratio of Regional’s Finance Autonomy, Ratio of Regional’s Real Income Effectiveness, and Ratio of Regional’s Tax Effectiveness have no effect to Human Development Index.

Abstract

The unequal development causes the number of poor people to increase in several subdistricts in Klaten district. Various alleviation programs organized by the government are able to reduce the number of poor people. However, the decline seems slow. These programs include: PKH (Family Hope Program), Dana Desa and PIP (Smart Indonesia Program). This study aims to analyse the dynamics of poverty and its alleviation program in 26 sub-districts in Klaten Regency in 2018, 2019 and 2020. This study uses secondary data with panel data regression analysis techniques using the best model Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The results showed that the highest poverty was in Trucuk District. Based on the results of panel data analysis, is can be explained that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has a positive and significant effect, the Village Fund has a negative and significant effect, while the Indonesian Program has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the consumption pattern and income distribution of PKH beneficiaries in Jiken Village, Jiken District, Blora District. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with a research focus on household consumption patterns. The number of samples is 72 housewives who receive PKH. Methods of data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique was carried out using the Gini coefficient to calculate the inequality of income distribution. The resource persons are dominated by housewives with an age range of 40-50 and low education. The results showed that the pattern of household consumption was divided into food and non-food consumption, non-food consumption was higher. The highest non-food consumption is the allocation of income to buy cigarettes. Income distribution is included in the category of low inequality. The PKH program really helps the household economy and the presence of PKH assistants has a very high impact on the distribution of aid and suppresses social jealousy. A good poverty alleviation program is that poverty data is mature, there is a commitment between the facilitator and recipient of assistance to tell the real condition.

Abstract

Description of Parents' Knowledge About Diarrhea in Outpatient and Flamboyant Room RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. Background: Diarrhea is an endemic disease that has the potential to become an extraordinary event (KLB) and is accompanied by death (Kemenkes RI, 2020, p164). The age group with the highest prevalence of diarrhea is in the age group of 1-4 years. Parents' knowledge about diarrhea is important to prevent diarrheal disease or death from diarrhea. Objective: This study aims to describe the knowledge of parents about diarrhea in the Outpatient and Flamboyant Room of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. Sample: This study involved 42 parents whose children were diagnosed with diarrhea in the Outpatient and Flamboyant Room of RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. Methods: This research is descriptive, using accidental sampling technique. The research instrument used a questionnaire. Data analysis used univariate analysis with frequency distribution. Results: The results showed that 81% of respondents were in early adulthood, 54.8% had secondary education (SMA) and 73.8% worked. There are 19% of respondents have good knowledge, 62% of respondents have sufficient knowledge and 19% of respondents have less knowledge about diarrhea in children.

Abstract

Intellectual capital is the wealth of a company that is an intangible asset and is expressed willingly. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of profitability, leverage, company size, audit committee, and board of directors on intelectual capital disclosure. The population in this study are manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. The sample was determined by purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 240 companies. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data obtained from the financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies. This research uses statistikal analysis by regression analysis. The results in this study are the board of directors had affect on intelectual capital disclosure. Leverage, the size of the company, the audit committee, and the board of directors had no affect on intelectual capital disclosure.

Abstract

Firm value is an investor's perception of the level of success of managers in terms of managing company resources. Firm value is often associated with an increase in stock prices. The higher the stock price of a company, the higher the value of the company. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability, capital structure, firm size, and good corporate governance on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The indicator used to measure firm value is Tobin's Q. The sampling technique used in this study is Tobin's Q. This study uses purposive sampling. The sample of this study consisted of 17 companies that met the sampling criteria. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that profitability, capital structure, independent board of commissioners, and managerial ownership have an effect on firm value. While the size of the company had no effect on the value of the company.

Abstract

Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) is an infectious disease caused by Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV2). The transmission of COVID-19 was very fast in various countries, one of it was Indonesia, which eventually became a pandemic. Therefore, it is very important to prevent and control COVID-19 by implementing isolation precautions, administrative control, and conducting education and training. This study aims to describe the implementation of isolation precaution, administrative control, and COVID-19 training education in the nursing an non-nursing section at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan. The sample was 82 respondens, consist of 43 respondents from nursing and 39 respondents from non-nursing. The study used descriptive research design. Observation approach and data collection at the same time (point time approach).The description of the application of isolation precautions in the nursing section applies 31 respondents (72.09%), while non-nursing applies 32 respondents (82.05%). The description of nursing administration control applies 39 respondents (90.70%) while non-nursing applies 33 respondents (84.62%). Overview of education and training in nursing 38 respondents (88.37%) have attended while 35 respondents (89.74%) have attended non-nursing. An overview of the implementation of isolation precaution, administrative control, and COVID-19 training education in the nursing an non-nursing section at RSI PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan has implemented well, it is recommended that the PPI Hospital Team carry out education and training on an ongoing basis, as well as improve supervision.

Abstract

Nurses contribute to disaster management services at all stages, including the pre-disaster stage, namely in the preparedness phase. In emergency and disaster conditions, hospitals have a vital role in responding to health services. Still, often hospital facilities and health workers are also among the victims, so healthcare services cannot be carried out properly when needed. This study aimed to describe PKU Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Hospital nurses' in earthquake disaster preparedness. A purposive sampling technique was used in this study. There were 122 respondents who participated in this study. This research design is a descriptive study.The results of this study showed that the characteristics of age are between 30 to 34 years (27.9%), female (70.5%), three-year Nursing (83.6%) and the majority of work experience are 1-5 years (30.3%). Nurses had a moderate perception (4.41), where the perception of knowledge is medium (4.39), the perception of skills is moderate (4.27), and the perception of family readiness to face disasters is moderate (4.56). The perception of disaster preparafion among nurses at Muhammadiyah Pekajangan Pekalongan Hospital was moderate.

Abstract

An increased blood pressure can be affected by fear, discomfort, and anxiety. The impact on hypertension can lead to heart attacks, strokes, and even death. Patients with hypertension can prevent their blood pressure from increasing. The hypertensive patients should go on a sodium salt diet and low cholesterol diet. They also should avoid stress and anxiety. This study aimed to describe the level of anxiety and blood pressure in hypertensive patients through a literature review. The data collection technique used a literature review method of 5 articles from online databases through Google Scholar searches and Garuda Portal published in 2011-2021. The critical analysis instrument used was the Hawker instrument. In the anxiety category, from the five articles, there were 119 respondents who experienced moderate anxiety. In the category of blood pressure level, in articles 1 and 2, 45 respondents had moderate blood pressure, 35 respondents had mild blood pressure in articles 3 and 5, 24 respondents had mild blood pressure, and 24 respondents had severe blood pressure. Conclutions based on the results, it shows hat that anxiety can affect blood pressure.
