Teachers who are competent will be able to teach their students effectively and efficiently. The demand for higher-quality education is growing in the digital and information era, so efforts must be made to improve educators' competence in order to provide high-quality instruction. This research aims to analyze the development of teacher competence at SDN Kedurus 1 Surabaya. The type of research used a descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools use interviews, documentation, and observation as well as literature revoiews through several journals that are databases on Google Scholar. Based on interviews with school principals, it was found about how the competence development program for educators at this school. This research is to observe, analyze, and prove about the educator competency development program implemented in the school. The result of the study revealed that the competency development carried out was good. Envidence by the principal who includes the role of educators in organizing it. The pricipal involves educators in development programs held by the agency such as training, seminars, and MGMP. Furthermore, obstacles in the development process are still encountered by educators with limited use of technology. Therefore, the role of the principal here is also as a motivation for educators, so that they can improve their abilities so that they are not outdate. The competency development model for the future, according to the principal, is often participating in training or workshops whose purpose is to better condition teachers to be able to keep up with the times and accompany to share knowledge about character education with student.

The principal is an influential person in education, especially in improving teacher performance. Principals have a great responsibility in directing everyone around them to be more developed. The expected purpose of this research is to describe how the principal's strategy in improving teacher performance at SD Negeri Lidah Wetan IV/566 Surabaya. In this study, researchers used descriptive research methods with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are by means of observation, interviews and using a literature review system. The subject of this research is the principal of SD Negeri Lidah Wetan IV/566. The results of this study showed: 1) The principal's strategy in improving the performance of teachers at school are: a. Enforcing teacher discipline, b. Improving the quality of teacher behavior, c. Creating comfort for teachers. 2). Supporting and inhibiting factors for principals in improving teacher performance. 3). How to overcome obstacles in improving teacher performance. The conclusion of this study is that this research can be used as a strategy in improving the performance of elementary school teachers, and can be used as motivation in improving teacher performance.

This research was motivated by the low thematic learning outcomes of students. This study aims to determine whether the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve student learning outcomes in elementary schools. research is a qualitative and quantitative research conducted using Classroom Action Research (PTK) for 2 cycles. The research subjects were fifth grade students of SD Negeri 03 Pandam Gadang. This research was conducted in 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. This research data collection technique consists of observation, tests and documentation of research instruments are observation, tests and non-tests. The results showed an increase seen from (1) Assessment of teacher activities in cycle I 82.14% good qualifications (B), cycle II to 92.85% very good qualifications (SB) because the implementation of learning carried out has fulfilled the steps of the Problem Based Learning model. (2) Assessment of student activities in cycle I average student score 65.73 with sufficient predicate (C), cycle II 80.83 with good predicate (B). (3) Assessment of student learning outcomes in cycle 1 average student score 65.73 with a predicate of sufficient (C), cycle II 80.83 with a predicate of good (B). It can be concluded that the application of the Problem Based Learning model can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students in elementary schools.

This study has three objectives: (1) to describe the level of reading comprehension skills of class IX students of SMPN 2 Bukik Barisan Payakumbuh, (2) to describe the level of short story writing skills of class IX students of SMPN 2 Bukik Barisan Payakumbuh, and (3) to describe the relationship between reading skills understanding and skills in writing short stories for class IX students of SMPN 2 Bukik Barisan Payakumbuh. This type of research is quantitative research with descriptive methods. Based on data analysis, reading comprehension skills greatly influence the short story writing skills of class IX students of SMPN 2 Bukik Barisan.

The purpose of writing this article is to analyze the cognitive development of students in early adulthood. This type of research is literature study. Qualitative research is inductive using a flexible research design, data collection techniques in the form of documentation, data validity testing using triangulai, and data analysis techniques using content analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are many changes in the cognitive development of students in early adulthood, due to experiences that are supported by the cerebral cortex, especially the forebrain. Cognitive progress and brain growth of students in early adulthood are most fundamentally triggered by various major events experienced by students in life and while studying in college, which initially students' way of thinking is based on Piaget's theory, namely formal operational and experiencing a shift to post-formal which is relative and reflective. Perry is multi-minded, more relative thinking, and full relativism. Gisela is pragmatic thinking and cognitive complexity. Schaie phase achieves achievement and responsibility.

Funding collection and distribution institutions are the pillars of financing for micro-entrepreneurs through cooperatives and BMT institutions as a source of funds for people who need business development without high interest and easy requirements. As time goes by, the large market share of Muslims means the values that are planted in the Cooperative System and BMT are the same as the ethics of the Islamic Economic System. The ethics of Islam is mainly based on the Qur'an and Sunnah as the main sources of Islamic jurisprudence, supplemented by Ijma' qiyas and followed by other secondary sources. However, in its implementation, there are two functions of micro-finance institutions with their respective principles between cooperatives and BMTs. For this reason, it is necessary to study the respective tupoksi of cooperative institutions and BMTs so that they are able to run on their respective rails in realizing the main functions between institutions. This research is library research, using an approach to the interpretation of the Qur'an with the Maudhu' (thematic) method. Reviewing written sources such as scientific journals, reference books, literature, encyclopedias, scientific articles, scientific works, and other sources that are relevant and related to the object under study. The important role of each institution is to spearhead the development and strengthening of the economy in Indonesia by creating job opportunities and developing community MSMEs.

This study aims to find out how cognitive, physical-motor, socio-emotional development is in the prenatal period and to find out how religious values are instilled in the prenatal period. The method used in this research is qualitative research with a library research approach, namely research whose subject is in the form of library literature. Sources of data depart from documentation from books and scientific journals that discuss development (cognitive, physical-motor, socio-emotional) and the inculcation of religious values in the prenatal period. The results of this study indicate that it is very important for parents to maintain development in the prenatal period. Attention from both parents, mother and father is needed in the prenatal period so that the growth and development of the baby in the womb is healthy and does not lack anything. prenatal development from a cognitive perspective, such as when a baby sucks a finger in the womb. From a physical point of view, physically it seems that every month the baby experiences development and growth. In terms of social emotions without many realizing it, mother and fetus already have a very strong emotional connection. It is also important for parents to instill religious values in the prenatal period, the methods that can be used by parents in instilling religious values in the prenatal period are: Story telling (communication) method, prayer method, dhikr method, dialogue method, and worship method.

The author's reason for choosing this title is to find out the implementation of the curriculum for the Saengthip Wittaya Islamic boarding school which has become a phenomenon in the world of education so that at the age of its founding which is still new it can attract public interest to prepare their children to go to school at Saengthip Wittaya. However, there are students who have difficulty understanding the words in the book, which are difficult to understand. So the authors are interested in researching the implementation of the study of the yellow book at the Saenghtip Witaya Islamic boarding school.This study uses a qualitative approach. The key informants are babo/kiai. The techniques used in research are data collection techniques, field observations, interviews, and documentation. As for the analysis, the writer uses descriptive analysis which aims to explain or describe the research data in the form of words. The results of the study show that the implementation of learning the Muhimmah Book at Saengthip Wittaya is that the implementation given or conveyed by the kiai/babo is already good, the aim is so that students can promote benefits in activities in daily life and benefits for the future. The methods used are many but focus on the lecture method, and the question and answer method. There is a lot of material used but it focuses on praising husbands for wives, various accidents of wives for husbands, punishments in the grave. And the obstacles in implementation are that students do not understand in learning, not getting used to reading sentences in other languages, if we read often, the reading will be good and we can read other books.

Based on the reality at SMPN 1 Sasak Ranah Pasisia. students who are not satisfied with their grades, and students must think about how so that students can solve these problems and understand what the teacher explained. for example learning in class students do not understand what the teacher explained, the purpose of the research is so that students understand what the teacher explains and students can solve their own problems. This research is a descriptive research. This study has a population of 123 students and a sample of 30 students. Data collection techniques in this study using Random Sampling Techniques. The data analysis technique uses manual processing of ITP results (Development Task Inventory). Based on the research conducted, the results show that the level of developmental tasks is a continuum structure of self-development from simple to complex. In general, the developmental level of elementary school children is between 1 and 4, junior high school aged children between 2 and 5, high school aged children between 3 and 6, and student age levels between 4 and 7.

This research was conducted because of some problems related to speaking anxiety in male and female students in English learning. Some female students looked worried about being pointed out and there were a few students who were able to raise their hands to give opinions. Then, some female students showed anxiety when they became the center of attention. Third, some male students looked hesitant when they pronounced some words. Lastly, some male students felt more comfortable when giving opinions or answering teacher questions by using their first language rather than the English language. Because of these problems, the researcher intended to find out the significant difference on speaking anxiety level between male and female students, and to find out the dominant factor of speaking anxiety in male and female students at the VIIth grade of Islamic Boarding School Ashhabul Yamin Lasi. The research design was Ex Post Facto research. The data were collected by using 18 items of the FLSAS (Foreign Language Speaking Anxiety Scale) questionnaire that were adopted from Ozturk and Gurbuz 2014. There were three indicators of speaking anxiety; Communication Apprehension, Test Anxiety and Fear of Negative Evaluation. The levels of speaking anxiety were low anxiety, moderate anxiety, and high anxiety. The population of this research was all of the seventh grade students which consisted of 3 classes. The sample was 80 students that were selected by using total sampling technique. The research was conducted in February 2022 in Islamic boarding School Ashhabul Yamin Lasi. Then, by using the SPSS program, an independent sample t-test was used to compare speaking anxiety level between male and female students, and a descriptive statistic was used to reveal the dominant factor of speaking anxiety in male and female students. The first result of the research showed that there was a significant difference on speaking anxiety level between male and female students at the VIIth grade of Islamic Boarding School Ashhabul Yamin Lasi. The researcher found the t-obtained (3.484) was higher than T-table (1.990). It means that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. The level of speaking anxiety in female students was moderate anxiety and male students were low anxiety. The second results that were the dominant factor of speaking anxiety in male students was test anxiety (18.12%), where it is because of students’ perception about English language. Meanwhile, the dominant factor of speaking anxiety in female students was fear of negative evaluation (20.68%), where it is because of unpreparedness of students.
