Abstract

Digital images that are private and confidential are very vulnerable to wiretapping by irresponsible parties, especially if the images are distributed via the internet. The act of theft and abuse of secret images of course can harm the image owner. One of the techniques to reduce the above problems is by using cryptographic techniques. Cryptographic techniques can secure images by means of digital image encryption by implementing the RC4A algorithm then using the initial keyword as input in the process carried out to generate new, more random keywords, based on the Key Schedule Algorithm. (KSA) and pseudo random generation algorithm (PRGA). To determine the comparison between the original image (PlainImage) and the original image (CipherImage), processing was carried out with MeanSquareError (MSE) and PeakSiqnalToNoiseRation (PSNR). The results of this study were digital images encrypted with the RC4A algorithm in terms of time differences and image results after encryption where the time used to encrypt is shorter than the description and the image results before encryption are not the same after encryption.

Abstract

In this final project, an encryption is created that is integrated with the existing agenda encoding application to add security to the security process on the mobile device. By using the ElGamal encryption method, it is hoped that the encryption process carried out through mobile devices will be more secure. Because, there is a public key and a private key that is only known by the user. The resulting output is ciphertext which when the user wants to read it, it is necessary to carry out the decryption process. In addition, in the encryption process for the same plaintext, different ciphertexts are obtained, but in the decryption process, the same plaintext is obtained. Thus, making the agenda safer than before.

Abstract

The success of inseminator officers is largely determined by the synergy of the roles and functions of each work unit at the Puskeswan Kota Subulussalam, as well as the activities of technical officers in the field. The role of inseminator officers is one of the main factors in the success of the program as measured by pregnancy and birth rates. Puskeswan, namely the Animal Health Center which provides services in the field of animal health in Subulussalam. The problem that occurs at the Subulussalam Health Center every year is to select the best inseminators to increase the appreciation of the performance of the inseminators, in selecting the best inseminators. still less effective. To overcome this problem, the authors want to select the best inseminator by implementing a decision support system by applying the ARAS method because this method is used for ranking so that the problem is more focused because it is based on predetermined criteria and weight values ​​so that it will get maximum results and produce better decisions. accurate in selecting the best inseminator at the Subulussalam Health Center

Abstract

In an age of increasingly sophisticated technology such as today. The need for greater storage capacity is responsible for the emergence of various compression techniques. The more file is stored, the greater the capacity. The enormous size of file results in an inefficient memory and slow-motion process of file transfer. Getting older file storage results in more and more file piling up. As technology progresses today. And thus, a growing ability to process file is utilizing a compression method that is expected to address the problem, it will be necessary to minimize storage by using Lempel Ziv Oberhumer methods to compress Advanced Audio Coding(AAC) files to narrow the size of the beets. So by applying an Lempel Ziv Oberhumer to compression the file could reduce storage capacity optimally.

Abstract

PT. Indotara Persada is a company engaged in the sale of electronic products, where electronic products are one of the people's needs such as fans, magicom, gas stoves, dispensers and so on. This company is experiencing unstable sales, so a decision is needed to overcome this. Unstable sales, the company experiences losses and does not get more profit every month in the future. In forecasting activities, forecasting methods are needed, this is in order to be able to find out in dealing with sales months for the next year to come. For this reason, the researcher uses the Laest Squares method with the aim of helping the company predict sales for the next month, so that if the predicted sales results for the next month decrease, the company will follow up such as doing promotions, giving discounts and so on. The Least Square method is a method in the form of periodic series data or time series, which requires sales data in the past to forecast future sales so that the results can be determined. Least Square is a forecasting method used to see trends from time series data. The Least Square method can be used to determine the equality of data trends which includes Time Series analysis with two cases of even and odd data

Abstract

Analysis of a prediction (forecasting) is very important in a study, so that research becomes more precise and directed (Wanto and Windarto, 2017). As is the case in predicting the level of Link Aja's balance sales. This research is expected to be useful for an agency as one of the study materials in business development. A system to predict the level of sales of Link Aja balance at PT. Wahana Putra Yudha. Artificial Neural Network is a method that is able to perform a mathematical process to predict the level of sales of Link Aja Balance at PT. Wahana Putra Yudha. By using the backpropagation method, the previous data processing process is carried out which will be used as input to predict the sales level of Link Aja Balance. The data were taken from January 2021 to April 2022. January 2021 to August 2021 were used as training data, while September 2021 to April 2022 were used as test data. The training architecture model used to predict the sales level of Link Aja's Balance is: 4-2-1; 4-25-1; 4-50.1; 4-75-1; and 4-100-1. The best architecture is 4-50-1, the percentage result is 75% in each test

Abstract

Easy Jaya Building Store is a building shop that sells various kinds of tools and building material supplies. This shop is located on Jalan Cristophel Mihing No 123 and has been established since 2017. Based on the process the business that is currently running at the store that becomes an obstacle is when making notes, checking prices of goods and stock of goods. In overcoming this problem, a Point Of Sale sales system was created so that problems that arise such as making notes, prices of goods and stock of goods are more structured and more detailed which will certainly make it easier in the store. Based on the results of the trial of this program which has been implemented at the Easy Jaya Building Store, the results obtained are very good and also received a good response from the shop owner because the program created has been very helpful. As for suggestions in its development such as adding accounting, barcode scanners and also making the user interface look even better

Abstract

Family Planning (KB) is a family implementation to determine the number of births. The important thing in the success of this implementation is the use of contraceptives. Contraceptives are determined based on the effect on contraceptive users. The main factor of the problem is the absence of suitable contraception for all users. With these problems a Decision Support System (DSS) is needed to determine the appropriate contraceptive method for the user's condition. In selecting decisions using the Multi-Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. The MOORA method is used because this method can determine decisions based on criteria in the level of efficiency and the selection process is accurate but has simplicity. The criteria needed at this selection stage are price, age, menstrual history, effectiveness, time period, history of childbirth and number of children. The results obtained from this study are that, the MOORA method can choose alternatives and rank when making recommendations for contraceptives that are suitable until they are as needed. Where the alternative pill (A5) is a contraceptive for couples of childbearing age that suits their needs. The highest Yi (Max) value is 0.2249

Abstract

Pada pemilihan juara vokal grup ada banyak kendala yang dihadapi seperti kurang efektifnya hasil yang didapat untuk menentukan juara dalam perlombaan ini dikarenakan perhitungan nilai dari beberapa dewan juri sering kali salah dan terkadang juga pihak dewan juri melakukan kecurangan dalam pemberian nilai karna faktor sogokan dari peserta dan karna juri tersebut memiliki hubungan dengan peserta seperti hubungan kekelurgaan dan hubungan lainnya, sehingga peserta lain akan dirugikan. Karena permasalahan tersebut panitia pelaksana memerlukan sistem yang tepat dalam melakukan penyaringan untuk menentukan grup mana saja yang pantas mendapatkan juara dalam kompetisi ini dan sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan salah satu sistem yang dapat membantu dalam memecahkan masalah ini dengan menggunakan perbandingan metode AHP dan TOPSIS sehingga hasil yang didapatkan lebih maksimal. Pada penelitian ini bukan hanya memperbandingkan kedua metode akan tetapi menggunakan rumus tingkat kesesuaian agar bisa mengetahui metode yang paling tepat dalam melakukan penilaian pada perlombaan vocal grup dan juga akan membuat sebuah program yang akan membantu secara efektif dan efesien pada saat melakukan penilaian pada perlombaan vocal grup.

Abstract

Kepala Lingkungan adalah bagian dari kelurahan dan bertanggung jawab untuk mendukung atau memberikan pelayanan kepada warga. Akan tetapi tugas dari kepala lingkungan ini adalah memberikan rasa aman dan nyaman serta mengayomi warganya, dan juga harus pandai dalam menggerakkan partisipasi warganya dalam melakukan gotong-royong di wilayahnya masing-masing. Namun dalam pemilhannya terjadi berkurangnya pemahaman dalam pemilihan seorang kepala lingkungan yang mengakibatkan terjadinya perselisihan antar warga. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu pengambilan keputusan yang terbaik. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut didapat bahwa Bapak Syafaruddin (A1) yang berhak menjadi kepala lingkungan di Kelurahan Titipapan dengan nilai sebesar 0,81.
