Abstract

The problem examined in this thesis is because there is a problem in this research, in terms of market share of livestock honey, it is very difficult, the possibility of people still do not know the benefits or efficacy of honey itself and for natural honey, the target market is quite narrow, because the price is very high , but this natural honey has a long lasting period that can last for years. And also in the sale of livestock honey there are many problems when shipping far outside the city, because of every purchase there must be one cracked bottle in its packaging, and this is a problem that is being faced by P9 honey farmers in Parsanga Village. From the above analysis, researchers are interested to see how to increase sales volume. This makes the researcher raise the title Efforts to Increase Sales Volume on P9 Honey Products in ParsangaVillage. In answer these problem, researthers used descriptive qualitativ research. In this case, which is the focus of sales volume research, in this study researthers used a purposive sampling techniqu, consisting of key informants and supporting informants. The results of the study show that efforts to increase sales volumes affect the income of this livestock honey business, to achieve the target there must be steps that are passed or carried out in order to increase the sales volume of this livestock honey.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of HR training and audits on employee work productivity either partially or simultaneously at PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch. The analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, descriptive analysis, simple linear regression test, multiple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, determination coefficient test, t test and f test. The population in this study were employees of PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch. Using a saturated sample of 91 respondents. The results of this study based on the coefficient of determination show that HR training and auditing have contributed to employee work productivity by 36.9% while the remaining 63.10% are other variables not examined. The results showed the multiple linear regression equation Y = 22,750 + 0.139 (X1) + 0.445 (X2), meaning that even is a positive influence between (X1) and (X2) variables, employees still have a work productivity level of 22,750. The results showed that partially the training variable did not have a significant effect on employee work productivity by showing the results of the test tcount = 1.023 while ttable = 1.98729 (tcount <ttable) with a significance level of 0.309. partially the HR audit variable has a significant effect on employee work productivity by showing the results of tcount = 3.144 while ttable = 1.98729 (tcount> ttable) with a significance level of 0.002. The results of testing the simultaneous effect of independent variables on the dependent variable obtained the value of Fcount = 22.712> Ftable value = 3.10, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. So it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between training and HR audits on the work productivity of the employees of PT. Sushi Tei Indonesia, Gandaria City Branch.

Abstract

Product quality and service affect the progress of a restaurant. The rise of business competition requires businesses to continue to innovate so as not to compete. Restaurant business owners must always maintain and improve the quality of their products and services. The quality of products and services is a means to compete with competitors. Quality products and services will help restaurant business owners to get a strategic market position. This study aims to find out how the quality of Toby’s Fried Chicken products and services in Sumenep Regency. The sampling technique in this study used Purposive Sampling by determining key informants as many as 1 person, 2 main informants, supporting informants as many as 5 people and using data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Toby’s Fried Chicken products in the latest Fried Chicken products are still undercooked, Toby’s Fried Chicken has not released a variety of new products with a steady innovation. The service of Toby’s Fried Chicken is quite good with the good attitude shown by the waiter, but for the arrangement of the place there is no attractive design to be enjoyed by customers. Toby’s Fried Chicken continues to maintain and improve its quality, both in terms of products and services to be able to compete with fast-food restaurants like Toby's.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is a challenge for the three second, three second always displays clothing models that are characteristic of young people, three second is a distribution that is well known among the public, especially in the city of Cilegon. (1) Is there an effect of brand image on buying interest in three second distribution in Cilegon City (2) Is there an effect of price discount on buying interest in three second distribution in Cilegon City (3) Is there an effect of brand image and price discount on buying interest . This study aims to examine the effect of brand image and price discounts on buying interest in a three second distribution in the city of Cilegon. The data collection method used was a questionnaire, with a population of 122 people, the number of samples used in this study were 94 people. Then the data were analyzed with SPSS version 2.0. (1) the results of the calculation show a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 or Tcount 4.034> 1.661 T table can be stated that brand image has an effect on buying interest. (2) the calculation shows a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 or Tcount 4.297> 1.661 T table, thus that the price discount is quite influential on buying interest. (3) The results of statistical calculations show 14,906> 3.10 F table with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, so Ho is rejected. So with this it can be concluded that the variable Brand Image (X1) and Price Discounts (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Interest (Y).

Abstract

Each cafe has its own advantages in the menu or Product Difersity (product diversity) and is supported by facilities aspects to make consumers feel satisfied. This research was conducted a case study at Jelata café, Lobuk Village, Bluto District. In answeringo these problems, the type fof research used is the quantitative method with 60 respondents who were taken. It is known that by this analysis, the sampling uses non-probability sampling methods and the data collection technique is incident sampling by distributing questionnaires. Thep data analysis techniqueaused is the reliability data validity test, classical assumption test, normality test and linearity test and heteroscedasticity test. From the research results, it shows the results of hypothesis testing that the significant value is (X1) 0.000 <0.05 and (X2) 0.016 <0.05. This means that H1 is acceptedsand H0 is rejected, so itais said that there is a significantoinfluence on the dependentavariable so that it can besconcluded that Product Difference (X1) and wifi facilities (X2) have a partial effect on (Y) Jelata cafe consumer satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Career Development on Employee Performance in the Agriculture Office of the City of Bima. The criteria set by the researcher as the sample in this study were the employees of the Civil Service Office (ANS) at the main service with a total of 61 people using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of selecting samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS version 23.0, the following results are obtained: It is known that the constant value of the career development variable is positive, namely 12,402, the regression coefficient of work performance is 0.649, so that the regression equation can be written: Y = 12.402 + 0.649X, and the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.739. This means that career development has a strong relationship with employee work performance in accordance with the guidelines for the correlation coefficient interval between 0.60 - 0.799. The results of the SPSS version 26.0 data are obtained a correlation value of 0.650 and to determine the level of closeness of the relationship between career development and work performance. , be on STRONG. The R Square value of 0.545 means that the career development variable is able to contribute to the work performance variable by 54.5%, while 46.5% is influenced by variables outside of this research model. The two-party t test proves the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that the career development variable in its six dimensions has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment on employee morale in the Agriculture Office of the City of Bima. The criteria set by the researcher as the sample in this study were the employees of the Civil Service Office (ANS) at the main service with a total of 61 people using purposive sampling technique, namely the method of selecting samples based on certain criteria. Based on the results of data processing using SPSS version 23.0, the following results were obtained: This type of research is associative with a population of 52 employees based on the Slovin formula. The constant value is positive at 22.559 and the oefficient of organizational commitment variable is 0.378, so the regression equation can be written: Y = 22.559 + 0.378X, and the correlation coefficient (R) = 0.222. This means that the variable organizational commitment (X) in explaining the morale variable (Y) is in the low category. R Square value of 0.049. This means that the contribution of the organizational commitment variable (X) to morale (Y) is 0.49%, while 46.5% is influenced by variables outside of this research model. For the t-test, two parties reject the alternative hypothesis (Ha) which states that organizational commitment has no effect on morale in the agricultural department of the city of Bima (H0 is accepted).
